Don't bother contacting them! Made an appointment and they never showed and won't answer the phone!!!!

Scam. Paid and scheduled my service and nobody showed up. Nobody will return my phone call or email. You book online and they just take your money. Update as of 8/6/20: Yelp has more customer reviews posted stating that they were also scammed. Never heard a word back from this company. I have emailed several times and the phone is disconnected. Definitely a scam, check yelp reviews first! Update as of 9/9/20: So the owner finally emailed me on 8/24/20 apologizing for the inconvenience, and stated that his business was closed due to COVID. The offered me a refund for $190 and also a complementary service. He stated that my money would be refunded in 10 business days and we scheduled to have the complementary service done on 9/19/20. Once again, Lynwood did not show up. Now he is not returning my calls, emails, and my refund has NOT been issued. It's hard to believe that this is a legit company when they do scam like things. I don't even want my car detailed at this point, I just want my money back! Update as of 9/15/20: this man has lied to me about refrunfing my money and has now TAKEN an additional $190 from my account. I'm not sure what his issue is, and why he thinks he needs to scam people that want to support a black owned business. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS. read more

I had a great experience with Lynwood! I just got a new truck, and wanted to get the exterior washed and waxed to keep the paint protected through the winter. I called him on a Friday morning- and he was actually able to see me that afternoon due to a cancellation. He showed up on time, and got to work washing and waxing. A few hours later, the truck looked great. He took his time and did a great job. He was extremely nice & professional as well. While I cant speak to his detailing work, or anything interior related- i would trust him to do that on my car anytime. Great experience, will use him again! read more

The people never came I was livid definitely do not recommend just don't waste your time

I read through several of the reviews and it seems that most poor reviews were because he didnt show. I am hoping that was a glitch in his online appointment booking service, that has since been ironed out. We used the online booking service and he showed up and sent a confirmation text that morning (I do wish the confirmation text went out the night before but being a small business owner I get juggling many things). As far as the quality of service, I have never experienced anything so excellent. We paid for a great service and got a step above great. Our car was a disaster. I let our boys eat in the car (I have three boys) and we also take our dog to the park - so we are a traveling pigpen. Lynwood was kind, nonjudgemental and got right to work. The job he did on our car was beyond reproach. The very best detailing service I have ever gotten. My boys went out and sat in the car afterwards saying how great it looked. It did really look like a new car. He is extremely dedicated to detail. I would highly suggest giving him another chance to wow you. We paid AND tipped him it looked so good. FYI, this is our second time using him and both time we scheduled online and he showed up and is such a hard worker. read more

he did such a good job on my wife's van that i had him come back to do my bike. And I'm VERY particular about who I let come even remotely close to my busa. I think he did an even better job on the bike than he did on the van. read more

I scheduled an appointment on 1/12 for my car to be detailed at 9:30am. I was called at 9:32 to be told it was too cold to do the job (which I'm sure he knew WELL BEFORE the appointment time). Nevertheless I rescheduled for today, 1/19 for the same time. An hour after the appointment time no one showed, no one called, no e-mail NOTHING!!! I called twice and left VMs with no response. The worst experience ever, because I rearranged my schedule to be available only to be shown a total disregard for my time. Extremely disappointed and I do not recommend their services. read more

I chose this detail company because of the reviews i read and was highly satisfied. I set an appointment for 11am for interior detailing. I had requested they come to my place of employment and he was right on time. I however was a little late (stuck on a phone call). He greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Gave me an estimated time of when the service would be completed and called me when the job was done. I have had my car for almost 10 years and never had it detailed. I would "try" to vacuum here and there. When I tell u he has my car looking like new I'm not exaggerating. He did an fantastic job and I'm so pleased. I'm getting ready to have a baby and I wanted my car as clean as possible and he did an awesome job. read more

Very impressed! I called Wipe Me Down in dire need. I had spent an evening by the water and my truck was FILTHY , inside and out! Same day service was available and I was thrilled! The owner was very polite and friendly on the phone as we scheduled, and that great first impression definitely carried over into his work ethic and performance. Very impressed. I have to say my worst personality flaw is impatience, and working worth this guy was just a breeze. He was able to come out to my place of employment with same day availability. On time, personable, my car looks newish again too. I paid extra for the pet hair removal and boy let me tell you, IT WAS WORTH IT! . I have 3 furry kids that's love to go everywhere I go and lately I'd been getting out of my car w a fur coat of my own. It was a real mess. I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment online, which was confirmed, and I was sent a reminder and told that I could not cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Ha! Today I have waited and no one has ever shown up nor answered the phone explaining why they blew off the appointment. Too bad I can't charge them for failing to give me notice of cancellation. Made an appointment for Saturday morning, no one showed or called. I was finally able to reach them by phone and they said they had equipment problems. My expectation would have been a phone call to let me know they weren't going to make it, and an offer to re-schedule with some level of discount to make up for our inconvenience.
