I used Blackout Screen Printing for tanks for our local running club and Patrick was awesome! The quality of work was excellent, pricing was much better than a large vendor, and he was very quick to get me the finished product. I highly recommend and will use him for future projects. read more

Used blackout for printing t shirts and screen printing tote bags for my fiancée's bridal shower. Their prices were actually way better than like custom ink.... Their work was great, I didn't have a single problem with any of the items, and they looked awesome. I much prefer using a local vendor for things like this, and they didn't disappoint at all. Will 100% be using them again when I need shirts or anything else screen printed again. read more

We used Blackout Screen Printing to design and print t-shirts for my daughter's graduation. Communication was so easy and we loved the design that Patrick came up with specially for us. The shirts were higher quality than other options we considered, but still affordable. The whole family wore them at our big dinner out the night before graduation. We were very pleased with how they turned out! read more

I have never had a problem with one of my designs, size, etc. it's amazing--you can design, color of shirt, text or image, font, size of font/shirt, placement on the shirt, etc, etc. All the while you can see the product you are creating and view the final product before purchase. I must have called at least 10 places and only Laser Engraving Pros said they could manage the task. It was a last minute call five days before Christmas and they said I had to bring it in immediately for a chance of having it completed by 12/22. I got it in the next day and Chris came to talk to me to see if the waffle machines could handle the task. Bottom line is, Chris did not know if the waffle maker would be able to handle the laser, but we were both willing to take a risk. Not only did Chris work his magic, but he did it in under 24 hours! It was a Christmas miracle! I am so grateful for Chris, Melissa, and the Laser Engraving Pros team for making this happen! They did such a wonderful job and my husband loved his gift.

A few weeks later, in mid-May, we followed back up to see when our order would be shipping. We were then told that they were backed up and could sent a partial shipment, with the balance to ship in mid-June. We accepted this new lead time. We received about half of our order, but were invoiced for the entirety of it. We paid. Mid-June comes and we send a follow up email to see when the balance will ship. It's ignored so we send 2 more emails a few days a part. Finally, on 6/24 Emma responds that she'll have an update by end of day. That's the last we've heard from them in the almost 3 weeks since and we still haven't received the rest of order that has been paid for. We've sent 4 more follow up emails and have called around 10 times. No one has ever answered the phone at any of the extensions, and all voicemail boxes are full. Emma, Aaron, Chris, Kit, and the general quotes email are all copied on our requests for updates. None have responded. Cannot recommend this business less.
