I love this place. I have made so many creative T shirts for myself and for gifts. The turnaround is next day and the guys there are super friendly and obviously know what they are doing. I have never had a problem with one of my designs, size, etc. it's amazing--you can design, color of shirt, text or image, font, size of font/shirt, placement on the shirt, etc, etc. All the while you can see the product you are creating and view the final product before purchase. The shirt(s) waiting for you are exactly what you confirmed at the end of your design when you placed the order. If I could give the a half star, I would. I went in before noon today and wanted a Juneteenth and a Pride shirt made, simple right? Upon sending the artwork and getting the 2 shirts, at the end of the order the gently at the counter decided that he couldn't do it, he had new workers and he had other customer....that came in after me. These were all of the excuses he made not to print the shirts I wanted today. So the customers behind me money matters more, him not having adequate staffing is on the patrons. I will NEVER give this business my money again as I am not a new customer. read more

Ok so my first thought was $71 for 2 shirts to be done was a bit to much (I normally deal with a place in Regency but I went here based on the location I was).. but beyond the $71 for 2 shirts.... the turn out of a basic shirt was TERRIBLE... my sister wore her shirt for 10 mins and the letters was coming off... I have been wearing these type of shirts: jackets/ sweat pants since 2003 and I have never saw letters come off like that... NEVER! I will never go here again, complete disappointment in basic work! read more

Our business needed shirts with our logo in a hurry because we were going on television that week and had short notice. We called around Richmond and could fine no one who were willing or able to do the job. We found T-Mania and they not only had the shirts done that day, they did outstanding work and we were proud to wear them on live television. my wife went in to the store to have some shirts made foe her and her friends. She brought in some art work that she had spent alot of time and effort to create. The employee asured here that he would not change anything. When my wife went to pick the shirts up at the store, the clerck told her that he HAD changed the art work, he had enlarged the drawing. When my wife returned home she tried on the shirt and the print actual went under her arm pits.Iwent in to the store the following day for a refund ( $28.00 ) and was giving the run around and told I would have to return the following day. Overall, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Initially, my experience was positive. I asked for a custom design on a hooded sweatshirt. The tech created such a beautiful design that I doubled my order and asked for slight adjustments: the second hooded sweatshirt was a different size and color; the name was different and was to be printed in a different color. I explained the significance of each color so he could have an understanding of the project and for whom it was intended. He confirmed by saying, "same image, different name, different color", and specified the colors I requested. To my disappointment, the colors of the names were not as discussed. I told the tech that there was a mistake. He told me he heard everything I asked and gave me what I asked him for. I reminded him about the details of our conversation. He said he remembered all of them, but that I changed my mind. I repeat: he told me I changed my mind. He said he would color over the writing, but that it would not come out well; he refused to reproduce my order correctly. Next time, I will go to T Shirt Studio USA located at 3037 W. Cary Street in Richmond, VA. My experiences have been much better there. read more
