Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

I must have called at least 10 places and only Laser Engraving Pros said they could manage the task. It was a last minute call five days before Christmas and they said I had to bring it in immediately for a chance of having it completed by 12/22. I got it in the next day and Chris came to talk to me to see if the waffle machines could handle the task. Bottom line is, Chris did not know if the waffle maker would be able to handle the laser, but we were both willing to take a risk. Not only did Chris work his magic, but he did it in under 24 hours! A few weeks later, in mid-May, we followed back up to see when our order would be shipping. We were then told that they were backed up and could sent a partial shipment, with the balance to ship in mid-June. We accepted this new lead time. We received about half of our order, but were invoiced for the entirety of it. We paid. Mid-June comes and we send a follow up email to see when the balance will ship. It's ignored so we send 2 more emails a few days a part. Finally, on 6/24 Emma responds that she'll have an update by end of day. That's the last we've heard from them in the almost 3 weeks since and we still haven't received the rest of order that has been paid for. We've sent 4 more follow up emails and have called around 10 times. No one has ever answered the phone at any of the extensions, and all voicemail boxes are full. Emma, Aaron, Chris, Kit, and the general quotes email are all copied on our requests for updates. None have responded. Cannot recommend this business less.
