Top notch product and top notch service! I honestly couldn't be happier than I am with the plaque produced by K2 Awards! I was looking for specific baseball plaque that had been given to a friend a few years ago, but I wasn't able to find it online. I happened to run across the website for K2 Awards and realized that with a little ingenuity, I could create a plaque that was similar in inscription to the one I'd been unable to find. The customer service department helped me fine-tune the inscription by telling me how to work with the font and change the spacing, etc., and I ended up with a plaque that was better than I ever dreamed it would be. I would absolutely recommend K2 Awards & Apparel. I ordered the kids soccer bobble heads and even a bobble head for the coach and they were a hit! The kids loved them, and the coach trophy was a wonderful touch. The ordering process was extremely simple, the items were on the way very quickly (and never once deviated from the estimated schedule), and the quality was excellent. I did receive one of the 13 damaged. They were packaged very well, but it happens. I called right away and with a simple phone call, the replacement was in the mail the next day. My company uses K2 Awards to make our plaques for our big convention every year. Each time we order almost 80 plaques, each with unique text, which is a huge pain in the neck, but K2 makes it feel easy! They proof everything with great attention to detail, often catching mistakes we have missed. Their turn around time is super fast, the plaques look very high quality, and their sales & customer service crew could not be nicer. We have had some close calls in the past where we had to get some extra plaques made super fast and K2 has always had our backs and gotten the plaques to us in record time. Now there's a new ordering system where you have to do everything online, no account rep contact and now there's a required minimum to the shirt orders. What a fabulous job they did for my outdoor plaques and such GREAT customer service! Nico responded immediately to my online order and did such a great job on the design. He was so polite and so concerned about getting it right. I was nervous about using an online service but he went above and beyond and even found another (better) graphic to use of a German Shepherd. When I received my first order there had been a slight glitch with the factory not "painting" in the letters. I let them know via email and Nico and Kelly rectified the issue immediately and sent me two new plaques via fedex. Great trophy company. Quick response time. The only thing that might have made them 5 star was what took place when I contacted them via phone with some questions and wanted to place an order. The customer service rep was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions then the rep told me to place my order on the Internet website. The rep said there was better savings via an internet purchase. How much "better" wasn't explained. The rep acted as if they really didn't want to take my order.
