Used K2 for t-shirts. I did everything online without even going into the building. They gave me a proof as asked. They came in the day they were promised. The price was great. I wish I would've gone into the building first, though to see the quality of the t-shirt and printing. I might've upgraded the shirt. Still, I would definitely use them again. read more

Top notch product and top notch service! I honestly couldn't be happier than I am with the plaque produced by K2 Awards! I was looking for specific baseball plaque that had been given to a friend a few years ago, but I wasn't able to find it online. I happened to run across the website for K2 Awards and realized that with a little ingenuity, I could create a plaque that was similar in inscription to the one I'd been unable to find. The customer service department helped me fine-tune the inscription by telling me how to work with the font and change the spacing, etc., and I ended up with a plaque that was better than I ever dreamed it would be. I paid a little extra for the package to arrive by 2-day air, and it arrived right on schedule. This company is absolutely great!!! read more

I was assured that i would get a proof before the plaques were created and it just didn't happen the plaques came in today. The plaques are fine but customer service lied to me about the proof process. If i was not happy with the plaques i would have been stuck. read more

Have been using them for years for the end of season awards for our special needs children's baseball non-profit. The awards are high quality, the price is great, shipping and manufacturing are fast and reliable and the website is very easy to navigate making the entire process a breeze. Can't recommend highly enough! read more

I would absolutely recommend K2 Awards & Apparel. I ordered the kids soccer bobble heads and even a bobble head for the coach and they were a hit! The kids loved them, and the coach trophy was a wonderful touch. The ordering process was extremely simple, the items were on the way very quickly (and never once deviated from the estimated schedule), and the quality was excellent. I did receive one of the 13 damaged. They were packaged very well, but it happens. I called right away and with a simple phone call, the replacement was in the mail the next day. I will definitely be using K2 again in the future! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Rude and condescending. Went to one of the competitors and the customer service was top notch. Don't recommend this place. I can't comment on their product cause I couldn't get past the nastiness of the man at the counter. read more

Found this company on the internet. They had great prices (and by "great" I mean within our budget) and ordering was easy. Best part (so far) has been follow-up with customer support. I've had questions and they have had IMMEDIATE answers. Company is easy to deal with and very responsive. read more

I admit I don't bother to "Yelp" very often, so you know a company has to be awesome to motivate me enough to get on here! My company uses K2 Awards to make our plaques for our big convention every year. Each time we order almost 80 plaques, each with unique text, which is a huge pain in the neck, but K2 makes it feel easy! They proof everything with great attention to detail, often catching mistakes we have missed. Their turn around time is super fast, the plaques look very high quality, and their sales & customer service crew could not be nicer. We have had some close calls in the past where we had to get some extra plaques made super fast and K2 has always had our backs and gotten the plaques to us in record time. I would not hesitate to recommend K2 to any business or organization that wants and affordable but high quality award company they can trust! read more

I'm so happy I found this place. We had a talent show and after shopping online (and seeing the prices and the time would take to deliver) I was happy I found K2Awards. I was able to go to their store and choose the trophies that I wanted and take the same day. The prices were very good. $46 for 4 trophies and engraved plates! Awesome! And the people there is so friendly and helpful! I'll be back for sure :) read more

Purchased some trophies for my fantasy football league since I won the championship. K2's prices were the best I could find for the model I was looking at. Received the order very quick and very satisfied with my purchase. They also have promo codes out so check out retailmenot to save a few extra bucks. read more

K2 Awards is awesome. Their ordering system is super easy. If there are any questions just call or email and they are quick to answer your questions and make sure you are taken care of. I left an order incomplete online and I got an email asking if there were any questions I had before completing. Talk about attentive! I've been super happy with their products as well. read more

We decided to use K2 Awards for our wedding favors and after receiving one of our final products, we could not be any happier. We went with the personalized mason jar and the engraving on it is beautiful! Honestly, we weren't really sure if the little details in the design would come out well, but it's perfect. Shout out to Nico for his prompt responses, great suggestions and customer service! I would highly suggest K2 Awards and would definitely use their services again! read more

Our company has used K2 Awards for 2 years in a row now to order some custom drinking glasses as prizes for our company golf tournaments. The site makes it pretty easy to upload your own artwork and their customer service is excellent. I have used both the online chat service, email, and phone. All have been very helpful in assisting with my questions and getting proofs approved. They are very fast and good quality! read more

Holy Moly! Proofed, printed, shipped and delivered nearly 6,000 miles to Hawaii in five days! Unbelievably good, quick, professional service. Extremely happy with my order (engraved mason jar mugs and shot glasses for my boyfriends new restaurant)! They turned out great read more

Great experience. I needed an award at the last minute; found K2 Awards online and I'm glad I did. I called the store for clarification on an item and received prompt professional service. I placed my order online and received the proof to review my order the very next business day. I had to make a few adjustments to my original engraving request and Sabrina was very patient during that process. Most importantly, my award was delivered on time and the crystal award I ordered was just as I imagined it. I will definitely order from K2 Awards again. read more

Ordered Rosewood plaques from Jessie for shipping to California. Not only were the plaques perfect, but Jessie was as helpful as could be. She is a real asset. Received proof copies in an hour; received the plaques in 6 days. Couldn't be happier. Will strongly recommend them to my national organization. Use K2Awards with confidence. read more

This is a wonderful company to work with. I wanted to customize a couple of graduation plaques for the kids and Chelsi really worked with me to accommodate all the design and text changes even to the last minute! The final products came very well packed in a big box and was beautifully crafted! For the price paid and shipping cost, the final creations r well worth it. read more

I've been using K2 for 3 years now to order practice shirts for my baseball team with good service and products. Sometimes full team orders, other times a few at a time. Now there's a new ordering system where you have to do everything online, no account rep contact and now there's a required minimum to the shirt orders. It's disappointing that they've streamlined themselves right out of my business as they are not able to provide what I need any longer. Disappointing. read more

Amazing. I would absolutely recommend K2 Awards & Apparel. Even though I had a small order rather than a large bulk order (two engraved mason jars), I was blown away by the customer service and overall quality of the product. I called to make sure I was placing the order correctly through the website since this was for a Christmas present I did not want to mess up. Someone answered my call right away and walked me through the process. I replied to my order confirmation with a second graphic and received a personalized response confirming receipt. I received proofs to approve which looked amazing. I was very impressed at the level of detail they were able to capture. I received delivery two days earlier than anticipated, and was amazed at the quality of the engraving work. They captured a very intricate design down to the most precise detail. Overall a very personable process with great product production. read more

We've used K2 for numerous awards over the last 2 years and have always had a positive experience. They offer quality awards at a reasonable price, have good customer service, and I have always received the awards by the date promised. read more

What a fabulous job they did for my outdoor plaques and such GREAT customer service! Nico responded immediately to my online order and did such a great job on the design. He was so polite and so concerned about getting it right. I was nervous about using an online service but he went above and beyond and even found another (better) graphic to use of a German Shepherd. When I received my first order there had been a slight glitch with the factory not "painting" in the letters. I let them know via email and Nico and Kelly rectified the issue immediately and sent me two new plaques via fedex. They did not ask me to send back the original plaques, which made it so much easier. This is a great business and I would highly recommend them! read more

Bought a trophie for a U10 soccer tournament a few months ago. v good customer service and fast delivery too!

K2 has great prices and an extremely fast and efficient customer service team. Just placed an order yesterday afternoon and Nico sent me a proof today. That is excellent costumer service. The set-up she did with the wording on my plaques looks great. I can't wait to see them in person. The pricing was amazing. I will definitely keep K2 Awards as my go to for future orders. read more

Amazing customer service! Nico was on top of everything to make sure I was satisfied with my order! I especially appreciated his patience with me changing my mind numerous times! If the products I ordered are anything like the quality of service I received... I will be 100% satisfied! Looking forward to seeing the end result! read more

Great trophy company. Quick response time. The only thing that might have made them 5 star was what took place when I contacted them via phone with some questions and wanted to place an order. The customer service rep was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions then the rep told me to place my order on the Internet website. The rep said there was better savings via an internet purchase. How much "better" wasn't explained. The rep acted as if they really didn't want to take my order. This is the second year I've placed an order with them and I've been happy with their performance. read more
