    We are extremely pissed off! Our bill as you can see is now over 200 dollars. We moved in October 2024 still has updated our address

    We are pissed at Comcast!!!! They won't update address on our mobile account and keeps charging us extra. Took 227.68 out my wife account 1/24/2025 with bank statement to prove it but it's not showing on there end. They moved our cable service but not our mobile service to our new address. We've called 12x spoken with 2 managers and haven't been fixed. They have turned off our cell phone. If we haven't paid since December our phones would been off this whole time. We went to the retail store and spoke with James. James did absolutely nothing just saying I can't help you have to call the customer service then asked us to give him a review lol ok. At this point we don't know what to do and might have to seek legal action if we don't get answers soon

    Absolutely horrible company. The internet is inconsistent. Customer service is poor and they are so expensive. Never again.

    Customer service is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, this visit was very…read moredisappointing. We came in looking for a new laptop, and while the associate did ask if we needed help, the interaction went downhill from there. The laptop we were interested in was a sale item, and instead of respectfully helping us compare options, the associate made belittling comments. He insisted he would never buy an older model, since he only purchases newer ones. When I asked why manufacturers continue to produce and sell older models if they were not reliable, his response was dismissive--essentially saying that only the bigger, more expensive ones are worth buying. We always do our research before making a purchase. Sometimes you need the most powerful product, and other times a more affordable option works--especially if it comes with a warranty or trade-in program. The truth is, older models are still widely used and even bought back by the companies themselves. What ultimately made us walk away was not the product, but the poor customer service: the rudeness, the unwillingness to listen, and the pressure to spend more money based solely on his personal opinion. In today's economy, customers deserve respect, honesty, and guidance--not condescension. This experience left a very poor impression, and I strongly suggest more training for employees on professionalism, listening skills, and understanding customer needs.

Price match became a fight each time even with a membership. It is because of the horrible customer service we will be shopping elsewhere. The no can do attitude I encountered with several customer service line level and management level employees shows me nobody cares. It is a shame it appears another company will soon lose more business in this economy.

    Call for dishwasher repair. Technician arrived (at 9:30 am on Friday), diagnosed a broken water…read morepump and said I would be better off buying a new one. Told me they could install it for $175 (with new hose and take away old one). Told me sales would call me to get which machine I wanted. Said they would call me later that day from sales. When I noticed that they didn't call me, I tried to call them at 3:50. Answering machine said their hours were 8:30-3 M-F. over the weekend I thought about ordering from Lowes (same make/model/price) but they were charging $275 for install and thought I would give my $ to the small business. On Monday at 1:30 pm when I still hadn't heard from them, I called and got the receptionist who explained that she would have to "get with the repair person" and that they were closing at 3pm and so she would need to get back with me on Tuesday. When I asked if we could move this faster as I am a single mom with 4 kids and really need my dishwasher, she said " Well, this is a luxury item and I have 2 kids and don't have a dishwasher right now."     I brought my vehicle to Audio Express to address an audio output issue. Following their initial…read morediagnosis, the amplifier and transmitter were replaced. A few days later, my left rear light stopped working. Assuming it was a simple bulb issue, I took the car to another auto shop. I was then informed that the problem was due to improperly reinstalled connecting clamps, which had been removed to access the amplifier during the prior service. I contacted Mike at Audio Express to explain the situation. He acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the repair. He stated he would coordinate with upper management and arrange for a reimbursement check. After several weeks without any update, I followed up and was told the matter was still pending. I continued to wait, but after more than three months and multiple attempts to get an update, I have neither received reimbursement nor any further communication. While mistakes can happen, the lack of follow-through and accountability in resolving this issue has been very disappointing.
