I came into the Verizon store and was promptly greeted and checked in. There were several people in front of me and right when I got to the five minute mark/antsy period, The manager of the store, Jay, came over address my concerns and provided a solution. So when I got to the actual representative, he was able to simply communicate all of what I needed in less than two minutes and get the ball rolling. He handed the baton over to Raleigh who was absolutely fabulous as well. He tried every possible avenue to make sure I was satisfied. I left the store with a new phone on the way through my insurance for $0 and he also talked about how I could go about getting a new phone for less than three dollars a month. It was absolutely amazing. I left the store, not frustrated as I've been in the past, but absolutely satisfied. I will come back to the store again and again just because of Raleigh and Jay. Stop in and ask for them! You won't be disappointed!

The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. I asked if he could order it for us and he said no that I had to call. I told him I don't want to order it online because there isn't an option to pay with a separate credit card. He couldn't help. I just purchased an LG microwave and electric range and had an amazing experience. The purchase was smooth as ever. I found the items that I wanted and that were in stock and ordered them online for delivery and installation. The delivery was free and installation prices were comparable to other places. I ended up upgrading to their tech/service program because the cost of individual installation was the same price. So now all of my appliances are covered for repairs, etc. and I got free installation as a result. They were excellent about communication. On the day my appliances arrived, they texted, and then called when they were 10-15 minutes out. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. Both men wore masks and had our things set up in under an hour. I paid to have them move our old stove and they did with no problem. Again, I have no complaints with our experience. Very happy with our choice to purchase from Best Buy.

I noticed employees using their phones while stationed at the customer service line, which comes across as unprofessional and can make customers feel like they aren't the priority. Customer service employees are often the face of the store, so I believe management needs to do a better job reinforcing the phone-use policy and expectations around professionalism and attitude. A positive experience I do want to highlight is the Apple team in this store. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They represented the store very well, and I really appreciated the difference in their customer service. At this point, I haven't decided whether I'll return to this location. That will depend largely on my next visit and whether I see an improvement. This is also one of the reasons many customers choose to go directly to Apple.. their customer service standards and professionalism are consistently emphasized. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
