BE WARNED! This is not about any one particular store. It's about Verizon's online credit verification process. BE WARNED! If you go online to sign up for a cell service plan and new iPhone, as a new customer BE WARNED! Before checkout you'll be asked multiple choose questions and past loans and loan terms. If you guess wrong on any answers, you will be denied credit towards your new phones over the 36 month contract. What that means is YOU'll HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT FULL COSTS OF THE PHONES and will not be eligible for any 'phones on us' promotions. Got 850 credit score on all the credit bureau reports? DOES'NT MATTER! Called 4 different Verizon service numbers before I finally got a real person in the credit application review department. There was no kind of ID, bill in my, name, lease, credit report, etc. they offered to review to override the denied credit application. I was told I had two options. Wait 60 to 90 days to try on line or in store again or pay up front for full cost of two iPhones. LESSON LEARNED: If you go online for to try to take advantage of Verizon new customer phone plan and get credits towards purchasing iPhones, HAVE A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT IN FRONT OF YOU TO CONFIRM YOU ANSWER THE MULTIPLE CHOiICE QUESTIONS CORRECTLY. Otherwise the automated process of credit check will flag you as a credit risk should you chose the wrong answer about the terms of some loan you took out decades ago! And no one at Verizon appears to be able to resolve this for you NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR CREDIT IS! Signed....Extremely Frustrated read more

V is for Victra, Verizon and Victorious! Matthew, the manager here at this authorized Verizon's dealer, was a wizard! His knowledge and expertise is setting up our business account, helping us with the promos to save us a bundle, and switching all of our data! He tirelessly assisted us by making extra calls, handling hiccups, and basically walking us through an otherwise tedious process. The stars are for him! He's like an octopus, able to use his "tentacles" to accomplish several tasks at once! He greeted all the other patrons with a warm welcome! As he mentioned, the store needs a facelift... aesthetically it needs an upgrade, just like our phones!! I think once the remodel is done, this will be an amazing sister store! But with such incredible customer service, the looks of this shop pale in comparison to the shining care and attention we received! If you need anything for your Verizon needs, give him a ring!! (By the way, Yelp has that this store is closed today, a Wednesday, but it opened at 10:00). Came back a second time and Matt again worked his magic!!! However, when James in this store started to go through what we needed to do he was professional, thorough, and set my mind at ease. Shawn W. Was amazing! He was the only employee working. My situation was 8 hours long. 4 hours on Sat and 4 hrs on Sunday because Verizon made a huge mistake. Shawn got hung up on 12 times! He had great patience! Excellent manners! At last my new phone is working with the correct phonexplaon his last call he explained to the cs rep, the error was Verizon fault and asked for fees to be waived that shouldn't have been charged! He was told no! We would have to call them back after the next bill. When we see the charges posting in real time! This review is the for the service. The service is awful! We had AT&T for years rarely ever had bad service or dropped calls. We switched because we thought we'd have a better business plan and the coverage would be the same or better. BIG MISTAKE!!!! BIG!!!! I wish we had never gone with them. We don't have service about 30% of the time (that's cell and data). AT&T is so much better!!! read more

The employees here are top notch! My girlfriend's phone was pretty much on life support, and the representatives here took great care of her. The Google Pixel is a very new phone that is both elusive and one with which not everyone is familiar. The knowledge Jak displayed when helping my girlfriend was professional, courteous, and extensive. She even ensured the online order, which we had to cancel due to incorrect information did in fact get cancelled. These employees will be with you every step of the way during your visit. I know Verizon gets a lot of criticism for their customer support, but you can feel confident and reassured that the team at this location will help you with any all questions during the buying process. My only regret is not coming here sooner, but I won't make that mistake again. This place has earned both my trust and future business. I highly recommend recommend this store. Keep in mind it is not a repair store, but very few are. However, if you are in need of a phone or other device upgrade, have software questions or questions about your phone, or if you are finally ready for a new phone and/or plan, this is absolutely your store! Great customer service at this store! Parker did a great job ordering my new phone, trading in my old one, and transferring everything from the old to the new. All other stores in the area (Best Buy and Verizon) that I called do not transfer data from old to new, so go to this store- they will help you and save you the frustration of having to figure out how to do that yourself!
