I have used 2000 Net Computers since before the year 2000. Mike leads a team that has helped me out many times. They have been there during computer crashes with quick fixes at reasonable prices ( and calming words). They set up wireless network when that was a new thing, and have continued to help us with updates. Mike has built computers for my business and home, and built a state of the art gaming computer for my son. They always know the current state of computing, making recommendations when asked for upgrades to speed up computers that have slowed over time. They have repaired computers of ours from Dell, HP, and custom computers built by them. He has always been able to figure out the problem, from simple to very complex. I would highly recommend 2000 Net Computers for anything you might need. They can do repairs at their office or, like for our network issues, have come to our office. I once had a computer go down with 15 years of appraisals and other info on it. They recovered all of it for me. I had to buy a new computer, and could not afford a new custom build from them, but they guided me to a computer that works great for me, and they put all my old data on it. Anything else I have needed such as accessories like keyboard, mouse, speakers, or connection lines I have purchased here and it was perfect for my system and needs. I told him the parts/brands, the only thing I had trouble deciding was a case which he had one in stock I absolutely loved! Took my computer to these guys at the end of May. Explained the issue, what I had tried to troubleshoot and upon recommendation went to them to see if they could fix. They did not do their own diagnostics to confirm what I thought needed fixed was the issue and attempted to fix the issue. After almost 3 weeks I had not heard any feedback from them so I called - they immediately knew who I was before I said my name told me that the motherboard was bad. I called the place I got the computer from and ended up taking it to them. Of course now they can not tell if the motherboard is truly bad or not bc of the obvious damage done to it by 2000 Net Computers. I can say 2000 net was adamant about pulling info off the hard drive for me - they didn't seem to want to return my computer and now I know why. Of course, I know they are not going to own this so the fix/replacement will be on me. They seem to have some cool stuff in their shop to buy but for repair - use at your own risk. Never going back and would not recommend. One last part before taking my computer to 2000 Net and before the battery fully died (issue was it wouldn't charge) my computer was working fine otherwise. Got it back and now even with a charged battery it won't boot up. So now looking to get a new motherboard bc it was damaged by them. read more

Very happy with the service and pricing for servicing my laptop. I brought mine in because I had jarred the power port when I accidentally dropped it. I brought it in for servicing and, since the port just needed to be reset, I was only charged for a basic service, not full price. I completed my first PC build except for the installation of the processor and cooling fan. I then went to OfficeMax to purchase thermal paste, which to my surprise they didn't carry. However I was referred to 2000.net Computers by the OfficeMax manager. They had thermal paste readily available and also answered all of my questions in regards to the processor and cooling fan installation. After completing the build I was not getting any power, so I give the owner of 2000.net Computers a call and he recommends that I come back in the same day for a free analysis. We check the Power Supply Unit and he realizes that Newegg sent me a defective unit. He then supplies me with another PSU for a very good rate and walks me through the boot process. Also, during this time he worked with me one on one and gave me extremely great information about my build and how to make it better in the future.
