My daughter is a computer nerd and knows her stuff. She broke a hinge on her laptop but knew it wasn't time to replace the whole thing. Couldn't find a place to repair a domestic issue. Aaron said he could and when he looked at it, he quoted the prices to the parts and labor. After a few hours he called and said the parts are no longer sold but he could glue it and fix the issue but no further changes would be able to be made to the hardware. Wow... Am I impressed! Recently my 2 yr old HP laptop overheated due to cooling fan failure. (It was making a loud whirling sound for a number of days before it finally quit.) I foolishly tried to dissect the laptop on my own, thinking I could clean out the fan and put it all back together -- using a YouTube video as my instructional guide. Having never done anything like that before, I screwed up the computer and it wouldn't start once I put it back together. I didn't want to take it to Geek Squad because they typically want to keep your computer for a week or more, and often end up deleting all your data as part of their "repair" process. After doing an online search with Google Maps for laptop repair, I found this place, Aaron's, which had about 15 glowing reviews (more than almost anyone else in the area), many of them recent. One of the things that caught my eye is how quickly Aaron's works. Most of the reviews indicated Aaron's was able to fix their computer in a matter of hours, unless a part had to be ordered. Sure enough, when I phoned that morning, Aaron answered the phone and told me to bring my computer by at Noon and he would try to have it ready for me by the end of the day (they close at 6 pm)! Amazingly fast, compared to the competition. As it turned out, he wasn't able to have it ready until the following morning, but I was still extremely impressed. He told me my fan was faulty and needed to be replaced and he would need to order it online. He was able to order the part with expedited delivery and I had my computer back within a couple days. Total time it was in Aaron's shop = 3 days (two of those because of the part being ordered). Total cost: $130. Aaron charges $100 to diagnose and repair most computer problems. If they can't fix it, there is no charge! Unheard of! When I picked up my laptop, the new fan was so quiet I couldn't even tell the computer was on. Aaron showed me my old fan and why it needed to be replaced. He also described how he was able to creatively fix the two couplers I broke and even replaced some of the tiny screws I lost when I had taken it apart. The company is very trustworthy with customer data devices, in my opinion, and they even take all major credit cards! I absolutely LOVE their fast, friendly service and VERY reasonable prices. Took my Gaming Computer in because of Windows Blue Screen of Death Errors giving 6 Different Stop Codes. For my first time going to Aaron's PC Support, I can confidently say it was very much worth it. He traced the issue back to one of my memory sticks being completely faulty and I bought the new memory from him and had it installed same day. People Like Aaron don't come around that much, especially with computer repair. He is on time with his services, very fair pricing, very professional and awesome personality. He fixed it! That's worth four stars - the fifth is because Aaron was totally professional and really nice. He explained exactly what was wrong with the laptop, showed me the broken parts and how they had caused the problem, and what he'd done to repair the machine. My daughters Apple laptop suffered water damage, I read a review about Aaron's on another site. Knowing how bad water damage can be, I knew Apple doesn't cover it. I spoke with Aaron who was very professional over the phone. I explained my situation and much to my surprise, there is no cost for a " look-see". So if he could repair it , he quoted a terrific price. It was 3 on a Friday. He called me back an hour later the same day to tell me he repaired it. I could not have been more thrilled!!! TLDR at bottom: Windows updates have always given me fits, so when the latest updates crashed my pc I went online and tried everything I could think of, and finally ended up trying a complete reinstall...all seemed well, then windows started crashing again with memory faults. I was tapped, having tried all the online remedies I could find. Finally threw up my hands and decided to get the professionals involved lest I do permanent damage by getting REALLY creative. I flipped Aaron an email with the details of my issue and the list of remedies I had tried. He stated it sounded suspiciously like a hardware issue. THAT made me nervous...A hardware fix can get costly. I set up a visit and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We tried booting up my pc so I could show him directly the issues I was having. He said he would be happy to dig into it, and let me know what he found. If it was a software issue, it could be resolved in as little as a few hours, however a hardware issue could take longer. I heard back a couple days later from him that it was a hardware issue, but NOT a costly one! No new purchases required, just cleaning the connections on my memory sticks. Windows was successfully reinstalled, and the memory faults...a memory. All is well, and I am extremely satisfied with the solution. TLDR: Windows kept crashing on me. Took my PC to Aaron who discovered my repeated memory faults were not due to the Windows update, but tarnished memory sticks. He cleaned them up, reinstalled Windows, and sent me on my way...Thanks Aaron! read more

Fantastic data recovery and just all around amazing service! My computer of 5 years died (ironically enough) right as I was moving its files to my new computer and I was unable to transfer my photos in time. I freaked out and took my compute to Geek Squad who kept my computer for a week and charged me 40$ just to tell me they couldn't recover my data. I freaked out even more and, after seeing the fantastic reviews online, took my hard drive to Aaron's PC Support. Not only did he look at my hard drive right away (and for free!) while I was still in the shop, he was able to recover everything in a matter of days for a very reasonable price. Never again will I not have extra back-ups of my files, but if I ever have computer problems in the future I will take them to Aaron first. read more
