My fish and fried shrimp was pretty good. The fish could use a little bit more seasoning, but it was cooked very well and tasted good. The shrimp was really good and once again I was surprised at how big they were. There was a ton of fries and only ate about half of them, but they were good as well. I was very impressed with the fried oysters. They were big oysters and tasted great. My wife loved her snow crab. It comes with tons of potatoes, corn on the cob and several shrimp and we were stuffed by the time we left. We will definitely come back and try something different on the menu next time

I was seated in a section where a waitress appeared to be focused on a large group of "Red Hat" ladies. She brought me an Arnold Palmer and hush puppies, but never returned to take my order. When my friend arrived, I informed her. She acknowledged us and said she would be back in a few minutes. What happened next was astonishing: she proceeded to serve multiple tables around us while completely ignoring our booth. Not once did she stop by to take our order, apologize for the delay, or even acknowledge that we had been waiting. Watching every surrounding table receive service while we were treated as if we were invisible was beyond frustrating--it was simply unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has a long history with this restaurant. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and retirements here over the years, which is why this experience felt so out of character and frankly disrespectful. To their credit, the assistant manager stepped in and reassigned our table to a male server, who immediately provided excellent service and salvaged the situation. However, the fact that a paying customer had to be rescued from being ignored at their own table suggests something is broken in the service culture. A refresher in basic hospitality--acknowledging guests, managing sections, and communicating delays--might be overdue. If I return, I will absolutely refuse to be seated in this server's section again--even if it means waiting. Because good food should never come with the side dish of being ignored. The taste of the food makes up for the sterile ambience. One issue that I did have was that I gave them cash and a card because my friend and I split the bill. I didn't notice until I drove away that they had taken her portion of the bill (half) and used it as a ginormous tip. I will still return because the soup dumplings were really good. Unfortunately, when I called to resolve everything, no progress was made because I don't speak any Asian language, and the people there didn't speak English.

This is by far the best and cleanest Asian buffet in the area and one of the best I have been to by far. My husband and I decided we might try it out. We had been unsure because of experiences at other buffets in the past and it was a little over a hour before they closed. When walked in we met Louis and requested to look before we made our decision. He was so friendly and showed us around. The food smelled so good and fresh, Plus the restaurant was very clean so we had to try it out. At first I didn't see sweet and sour chicken, so I asked, not only did Louis show me where it was but he also when to the kitchen and brought some super hot and fresh chicken to our table.With every bit I was happy about our decision and I will most definitely be happy to go back. I sat at the window seat and saw Louis treating every customer with kind smile and respect. There are 6 huge food bars in the buffet restaurant . From chicken , beef ,pork, shrimp , crawfish ,seafood ....... Oh I do not have enough room for all food . Also they have Fresh sushi make by sushi chef in front of you. If you need something else not sieving on the sushi bar, you can ask the chef make you one . A lots of selection : like crab leg ,frog legs oyster shrimp ...... Total is 5 steam table and a incredible dessert bar and not to forget sushi bar & hibachi bar . I went to lunch on a Tuesday and would have liked to have stayed longer and enjoy more of the selection, but was way to full to eat any more. I was really impressed with the variety and number of choices to select from. I cannot begin to remember half of what was offered and will definitely be going back to try some different things. This a great place to eat. The food is always fresh and plentiful. If you want something not on buffet just ask and they will gladly make it for you. There is all ways a variety so you will find something for every one. They have some american type food for children too like chicken nuggets or French Fry's. Great fresh fruit and a good selection of deserts as well as ice cream. For the fish or sushi eaters they have your choices too. Friendly staff and a clean environment. The PLace has some great food choices from fish, to meat, to chicken, and tofu. There is something there for everyone including the pickiest of eaters. My family and i went in earlier today to check the place out before we brought everyone and the man who greeted us was the one who made it so enjoyable. He was full of life and very animated. He made sure we knew what everything was and he even showed us the chop stick trick he does while singing!! It is a place I plan on going back to time and time again. Very good variety and a decent selection of Chinese food. The grilling station is nice because if you want to have something grilled fresh, they are willing to do that. The soups were good. The mini salad bar was pretty torn up. Hot entrees were reasonably fresh and good. The desserts and fresh fruit was half empty with lots of debris from other diners lying about. Not good. This place has incredible variety. You will always find something to eat regardless of how specific your pallette, so it makes a great place to go when your friends are being indecisive. Service is hospitable and quick. Wonderful and colorful atmosphere. And a plethora of healthy options between the surprisingly quality sushi, the fruit and salad bar and the Mongolian-style grill. Had dinner here tonight (Tuesday) and there was a ton of fresh fruit and the hot and sour soup was great! The restaurant is super clean with nice new decor and the staff was very friendly. A manager came over to ask how our meal was and sang us a song and did a little chopstick show for the kids. They showed that they appreciated our business and asked us back. This buffet is fking awesome.....i went here on saturday and they never ran out of crab legs. I was really impressed. The oysters never ran out as well. I generally despise buffets. They are typically terrible value. This one is an exception. It is the only buffet that I will go to. The price is reasonable, the food typically fresh and the staff helpful. I don't give it five stars because they send out the worst coupons in the mail, like by one meal at full price and get the second with 10% off. read more

My husband and I discovered this a few weeks ago. Every time we have been, the servers have been courteous, kept our drinks filled, and kept the table clear. They have a wide variety of food available, from "traditional" Chinese to regional to things kids will eat. They make small batches of the sushi and raw oysters so they are kept fresh. read more

I was very impressed by the amazing selection and the hot, fresh choices I made. often buffets do not maintain a high temperature for fear of overcooking. This was not the case here. I applaud the cleanliness, accommodating staff, and pleasant atmosphere.Louie the manager provides the entertainment. I higjly reccommend this nee gem! read more

this is brand new restaurant by the north east mall cross from Dillard. Asain King Buffet has such delicious food the sushi is marvelous! What I like about the buffet is they have a lot to offer. On Fridays and Saturdays there's crab legs... They sure are tasty! Not only is it just great tasting its also very beautiful and welcoming. I love eating there I recommend it. read more

This is huge and brand new restaurant . when i walk in the door i feel like i am in the Hilton hotel . very nice decoration . nice food , nice service!!! The have a lot of seafood. sush as : king cab legs , oyster ,mussels , craw fish , scallops...... much more. everyone should give it a try!!! read more

They are a more locally owned version of a well know chain of build your bowl and bring it to a spot for cooking. Here, at least the last times I went, they still had an all you can eat option. The one complaint is that if you have some dietary restrictions, cross contamination is hard to avoid. (Which is part of why my wife tends to stay back from going here.)

My brother ordered Garlic Shrimp, and he truly enjoyed it, the next day he told me it was the best Chinese food he'd had since moving here about 3 years ago!
