If you have bees this is the company to call. When I found the bees I called my regular pest company and they referred me to ASAP. What a great referral. They answered their phone (how often does that happen???) came out later that day to assess the problem and were there first thing the next morning to do the work. Fast, professional, great follow up, does what they say they will do. When dealing with a bee problem this is just what is needed. Highly recommend!! read more

Had ASAP Bee Removal out today to get rid of bees that were setting up shop in my attic. The service was amazing. Got a call letting me know he was about 15 mins out, showed up on time and assessed the problem very quickly! Price I was quoted via email is what I paid at the end of service! The service man was super nice, informative and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again if I have another bee problem. read more

Service was great , only took 30 mins, the bee exterminator was thorough, showed us the bee honeycombs that have developed inside roof of our garage. Thankfully, there was no bee hive yet. He sprayed and covered the entry point for the bees. Explained that bees were going to be around the area for several days as they was already honey in the roof. Sure enough, there were large amount of bees that congregated in the areas that he closed, but after a few days, they all went away. Would use their service again. read more

We called the owner, Dave, last evening and he came out right away this morning. We just learned from our pest control company we have bees in the cinderblock wall in our backyard, and we were very concerned for the safety of our children and our pet. Dave came out, provided us a few options, suited up, and took care of the problem right away. We are grateful for Dave's professionalism and quick response. Now we can safely play in the backyard again. Thanks, Dave!!!! read more

ASAP is exactly that, they were at my house within 20 min. Identified and resolved the issue in a timely and efficient manner. The price was reasonable and the warranty was solid. I will definitely be using them for my bee needs read more

I can't express my gratitude to Leighton and A.S.A.P. Bee Removal! THANK YOU!!!! This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience. I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I will only use A.S.A.P. from now on. Leighton you are the best. Susan Dwyer and family. read more

I called them out due to a large amount of bees at my pool. they came out looked around for 10 minutes and didn't find a hive so they offered to treat the pool and that that should keep them away long enough to find a new water source. so I had them do the water treatment cost 195 bucks 24 hrs later the bees are still at the pool in full force.so save your money if they cant find the hive. read more

This company stands behind their warranty. I must say David was very quick and coming out to resolve my problem, again. Unfortunately I had to call them back cuz the bees came back in a different spot but David came back within 24 hours to take care of the problem, again. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend this company to friends and family. Reasonably priced too. Thank you David and company for being so prompt and standing by your product. read more

Quick service. David was very friendly and taught me about bees. We had a swarm removed.

Great, friendly service! I called for an appointment and Kevin came out the next day. He killed the bees and sealed up the location of the hive to help prevent the bees from getting in there (which a friend told me went above and beyond what most bee removal services do for the fee that I paid). I still need to have the hive removed, which is pretty pricey, but i appreciate the work they have done so far. read more

The positive: They respond quickly and will kill the bees. The negative: While I hope it is not intentional, this ended up being a bait and switch. The description on the website makes you believe your paying for removal but really it is just for the extermination. Website states: Most Jobs Range $95.00-$225.00 with Free Estimates, Africanized "killer" bee removal, Hive removal, Honeycomb removal. Notice the frequent use of the word "removal". I only found out the real price to complete the job of removal (not repair, just removal), after I had paid the extermination fee and it was much more than $225. I felt cheated and will not call again. read more

All about customer service! The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful when I asked what could be done with the bee hive. ( They were in my block wall in the back yard) He said Kevin would be here within an hour, which only took about 30 minutes. Kevin was professional and killed the queen and the others. He told me what I needed to watch for in the future. I have never had a problem with bees so I was clueless on what needed to be done. This company and the employees were above and beyond what I expected. I had called another company to get a quote which was the same price but were a bit short over the phone. Even if ASAP Bee Removal was $50 more, I would have still chosen them because of their awesome customer service. Good job, and kudos to know how to run a business! I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. read more

Incredibly impressed by how quickly this company was able to make it out to our house. We initially called a national brand and was told someone would come out for an inspection only the next day between 7 and 9 -- we couldn't wait that long, so we called ASAP Bee Removal. They were at our home within the hour, and were extremely knowledged on the situation. Plus, there is a 30 day guarantee on our property with the service, which we hopefully won't need to use! read more

Dave come out same day to take care of my bee problem, he is very professional and knows his business. Thanks again!!

I woke up this morning to find a swarm of bees on the front of my house, so I called ASAP Bee Removal and they said they could be there in an hour or two. They were reasonably fast, about an hour or so. The guy shows up, takes a look at the bees and says I don't have a bee problem yet and they are just scout bees checking things out. So I'm out $125 to be told I don't have a bee problem and they gave me a few little screens to cover up a hole. I understand a fee for them to show up but $125? What a waste. They may be fast and they may be good at their jobs but don't give them a call until you have a problem because they won't cut you a break. They did say they would ONLY charge me $50 more if the bees show up again in the next 10 days. How generous. Also, their website states "most jobs range $75-$195 with free estimates" yet they didn't actually do anything at my house and still charged me. Truly a disappointing experience and I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Bees. Shudder. ASAP Bee Removal? Smile. Kevin is a bee-whisperer, indeed. A small place house we have in our side yard had become infested with what we thought was a bee hive. Turned out to be a bee commune. Over 100,000 bees had to be dealt with. The process involved jacking up the building, hauling out several hundred pounds of honey and comb (we kept a jar and it is delicious), building a trench to divert water to discourage future bee habitation AND packing the bottom of the shed with a material to keep future bees out. Wow. This was an hours long process which my husband and I watched from the safety of my office window. If you have bees, call these guys. They really, really know what they're doing. The thought of our Grandlittles playing in an area where bees might swarm was unthinkable. ASAP gave us piece of mind AND access to our side yard again. Thank you Kevin for what you do. You re professional and courteous and funny and amazing. You truly made our Bees Be-Gone!!!!! read more

Called them Saturday 4/11 at around 11AM when I walked out my front door to find 1000 or so bees that were not there the night before swarming and apparently setting up their queen in a new home directly above the entrance to my home. By NOON Kevin had arrived, removed them and sealed the point of entry. Fast, friendly, courteous. Would use again. read more

These guys are awesome! I was having trouble with an exterminating co I hired to take care of a bee problem and when I got fed up with the other company not handling it properly I called ASAP and they offered to take care of it for us for a good price and right away. The original exterminator decided to get the problem taken care of for us after all so I didn't actually get services from ASAP but I do wish I would've hired them from the very beginning because their tech was so knowledgeable and still came out and looked at it and gave us all the information we needed. I will definitely be contacting ASAP in the future if I need services again and I will refer to my friends/family. read more

Driver at 4pm today on via Linda could care less about everyone else waiting to turn left towards 101 so he passed everyone and jammed his way into the turn lane at the last second. He must be more important than the rest of us waiting to turn. If this is the kind of people the company hires to do their work that says a lot. What corners did this jerk cut the rest of the day? read more

Found out I had a bee problem near my front door so I called them around 12 noon and they were able to come within the hour. Kevin called to let me know he was on his way. I came home to find alot of bees trying to make a nest in my roof. I have pets and two small children. I called ASAP Bee Removal right away. Within a hour Kevin was at my door. Great job and called back ASAP and showed up on time and completed in a timely manner

Highly suggest ASAP bee removal for your bee issues. We originally called David due to renters thinking they had an issue with bees in a mulberry tree. David was quick to say he could be out the next morning to take care of. Our renters told us early the next morning they went away and David had no issues canceling the appt. A week went by and of course the issue was back. David was great and honest to deal with. He told us what to look for and when we would need to get his help. It's not that often you encounter a company that makes you feel comfortable with immediately signing them up to help and David and his company has gone above and beyond. Thank you again! The house is now bee free! read more

Fast, Friendly and I hope I never have to use them again! Wait that sounds bad. I mean hopefully I don't have Bees that need extermination ever again, but I am guessing this will become more common as the Africanized bees take over! Thanks Obama! Called late on Friday and they came out early Saturday Morning! Fast Response! read more

We had a bee invasion in the water valve box 6 feet from my elderly parents` front door. My father was having surgery, and I called hoping to be able to have the bees evicted by the time he made it home a few days later. They came within an hour of my call! Can you say "Customer Service!?" Very impressed, extremely grateful, and highly recommended! read more

The other guy (from a big pest company) couldn't get rid of my bees after 2 tries. ASAP was on time, quick, and explained what they had done. These guys know what they're doing. Prices are fair. No need to call anyone else in my opinion. read more

We called and within 20-30 mins late afternoon on a friday, Paris was at the house and took care of a huge hive in the stump of our tree. Very professional, friendly and jumped right in and got the job done. Less than 24 hrs later, theres zero activity at the tree stump, where before we'd see a ton of bees going in and out constantly. Would use again(hopefully don't need to) and would recommend them. First time having to ever have bee removal and it was a lot smoother than I'd anticipated. read more

They came out promptly and took care of the bee problem. Just one option given though...to kill them. I feel guilty killing all those Honeybees. They weren't aggressive at all. I wish I would have known about "live bee removal". I unfortunately didn't search for that on the internet before asking the guy on the phone at the first and only place I called. When asked about it, he said "no one does that anymore". Not true sir, you can find multiple local places on the internet, so search, if your bees don't seem mean, and you have a heart. But if the bees are mean and come after you...then have them exterminated because they are africanized have no chance of being re-homed. read more

30000 Africanized Honey Bees on your home is a pretty scary thing to see! Called ASAP after reading all the reviews and they really delivered! Killed most of them and removed all the hive and honeycomb. Cleaned up the area, hosed it down and sprayed the area with lots of good stuff to keep them from reforming. Was on the second story, so cost a bit more...but was worth the cost of me NOT having to deal with it. Thank ASAP! read more

I would not recommend unless you want to give away $175. The owner came to my home and sold me on customer service and 30 day guarantee. Started off good. After 10 mins at my home owner was supposedly done. 3 days after service, bees were still there. After calling for a week straight for owner to come back, leaving voicemails, and calling about 3 different numbers on company website and receipt, NO CALL BACK. No lie as I am writing this review 05/2 (service done mid April 2017) nothing... I mean a simple courtesy call back would've avoided me writing this review but still NOTHING. It was a horrible experience. Take my advice (or not) but your better off elsewhere. read more
