A.S.A.P Bee Removal Fantastic service! Dave and Kevin were super today! Dave assured me that Kevin would be able to remove the bees. A Scottsdale property needed emergency service for a swarm of bees at our client's rental property in which the tenant is severely allergic to bees. Kevin provided same day service. Was there on time and removed approximately 2000 to 2500. Thank you! Lorie Torch Torch Real Estate read more

My trim was damaged from the white substance that was used to remove the bees. I brought this to the attention of the owner but he did nothing about it. I will not be using this company again. read more

I'm doing a renovation on a house. Working with 10 different companies/tradesman at various points in process. Bee removal extremely important to access roof/attic/paint etc. This is the second bee company which has shown its incompetence. And I've had no issue except for these bee companies. Both have charged MORE than their stated quote. Job has been what was predicted, reasonably easy access, no snafus, yet charged more (and ironically it's never LESS). I mean at least ONCE they have to come across a job that's easier than expected, right? But I digress. I've paid $500 to first company who quoted 250.00. "Oh there were 2 hives". Second company, ASAP (now somebody else/other name) comes out cuts hole in stucco (which is fine/appropriate) but says one hive removed along with 100lbs of honey. 975.00. (Orig quote 750.00 AFTER the tech had been out there and assessed. But regardless of shady business, after paying nearly 1500.00, I still have bees. Plenty. And when brought to their attention, both companies went to house when I wasn't there (which is not ideal but they have eyes). ASAP goes out to house at 8 pm. Rarely have heard of a swarm attacking someone at dusk. They're in the hive! Basically saying I'm seeing things along with roofers, handyman, and painter. I sent a short cell phone video of the bees and got ZERO response. The bee biz must be about as "fly" by night as the undercoating and rust proofing business. Don't use these companies. read more

Outstanding service!!!! I had a beehive that was getting bigger by the day, and a colleague at work recommended ASAP Bee Removal. He explained what he was going to do before he started the work, When he was done, he told me what to expect, and to call him if there were any bees remaining after 3 days. ASAP was WONDERFUL!!!! I think it was Dave and a helper. We had a bee hive formed/forming above our door, in the roof tiles. This happened several months ago and the bee's have never came back and we are sooooo relieved!!! Thank you ASAP!!! read more

If I could give more than five stars I would! I have a really bad wasp problem and they took down six nest that were scattered on my property. I let them know I have my grandma living with me which is why I was scared of her getting stung and that we noticed wasp coming in and out of the ceiling fan on our back patio still after they sprayed. They were so great and came back out and re-sprayed down for me to ease my mind. Thank you guys again! I will be calling you again next spring read more

OUTSTANDING! David & his team go "above and beyond!" Knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and professional... they do a GREAT job, taking the "sting" out of Bee Removal. read more

It was a relief to know that there are those who would take the time to look after as does ASAP. I called the pest control company, Simply Green, I use to find out if they remove bees and was told yes. The person that answered the phone was forthcoming that the bees were killed. As did some of the other companies I called. She however understood my concern and immediately recommended ASAP. That's good customer service. David from ASAP called within 5 minutes and came the next day to remove the bees swarm. I was told it will be relocated to a bee hive somewhere in the valley. So the next time I purchase local honey, who knows, I might have helped. The price was good compared with other companies offering the same service. read more

I had a swarm of bees that were beginning to nest in my backyard and called ASAP. They were at my house the next day in the morning, completed the removal and worked quickly. Great customer service and was able to use a discount from their website. They also have a 30 day guarantee for the whole property not just where they removed the bees. If I ever need them hoping I won't I would definitely call them. read more

We bought a home in Sun City West in March, 2019. The previous owners had a bee problem which they told us they had taken care of. In May, 2020, one of our neighbors alerted us that we had a bee problem. We weren't there, so had to take care of it long distance. Oh, and did I mention that our house was within a week of being painted?!? We called ASAP, and are we glad we did! They got rid of around 6000+bees, removed over 50 pounds of old and new hive and honey. They removed our soffit, scraped and cleaned the remaining debris, installed bee proof insulation, replaced the soffit and painted with Kilz. Now our house is ready to be painted and we are breathing more easily. Thank you, David and company for your rapid and thorough response! Rob and Judy P. read more

We noticed that we had some bees going in and out of a space beneath our shed. I called ASAP bee removal and explained our situation. They were able to come out the next morning to evaluate the situation. He provided an honest opinion and fair estimate to handle the bees. We couldn't relocate them as upon viewing the bees location they became very aggressive and there were too many. He guaranteed his treatment and within 48 hours there were no bees to be seen. We followed his instructions to backfill the shed sealing off the prior hive. The entire process was quick, affordable, and effective. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I decided to go with them due to the fact that their worker named "Doug " said that they guarantee their work and quoted me for the work of removing the beehive and Removing the bees . Which I have receipts of. So I paid to remove everything and I mean everything they said that if any bees came back on my property that it will be taken care of for free as part of their guarantee here I am today calling them back to let them know that the bees are back . And all the owner could tell me is that he's sorry that I wasn't told correctly because Doug was in training and he didn't know what the guarantee covers well that's not my fault it looks like you need to train new employees better before they give wrong answers highly disappointed with this company. read more

My first Yelp review here. Only writing now because I had a great experience with A.S.A.P. I just happened upon a small hive of critters developing in my backyard. Freaking out over "Africanized" bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services. I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big. I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews, got Kevin on the phone right away. He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem. But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, "Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps?" With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look. I then realized "Hey, those are Wasps, not bees!" I told Kevin. Well, instead of just saying "no problem, we take care of Wasps also", he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning "if you're not afraid to"), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store! He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! ) I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting. If it works, and they are all gone, I'm out a few bucks. If not, I'll call him and let the pros handle it. But in any case, I appreciate that Kevin didn't just use my bee panic as a means to suck $150 buck out of my wallet (which I would have gladly paid). Integrity is a really underrated quality in business. Thanks Kevin!! read more

I found this service amidst my turmoil with THOUSANDS of bees congregating a tree in my front lawn. They came out and had the colony destroyed within 50 minutes (ON A SUNDAY!). Thank you, thank you, thank you! They charged me $165 as their flat fee. They took away at least five pounds of bees. There were a few stragglers for a day that eventually dispersed when they figured out what was up. WOOHOOO! read more

These guys are the best. I had a bee problem and called them in the evening. They were booked that night (looks like lot of bee problem here). They came in around 8 AM next day and by that time bees were gone. They looked around the house to make sure that they are not someplace else. Did not charge any fee for coming to my house. These guys are honest and professional. We noticed a swarm on Sunday. Called for service and were told Bees many times will leave in 24 hours. The guy told us to call back the next afternoon if they were still there. i thought that was awesome since her could have just come out and killed and Bees and charged us. The next day there were less bees but a 3 inch honeycomb starting on our second story. They came out in a few hours inspected the house to see if the bees got in the house. Yesterday I came home from work and found a large pile of honeycomb just laying in my front yard under my tree, bees were everywhere. It appeared the bees made a home way up in the top of my mulberry tree. I ended up doing a quick google search and found A.S.A.P within seconds. Upon calling them I explained the situation and luckily they were right around the corner from me and said they could be there in 5 mins. WOW talk about fast! The gentleman that came over (cant recall his name for the life of me but he was fantastic) completed the job in less than 30 mins! Had bees congregating at a point 25 ft up the second story of our commercial building. Our regular pest control guy recommended ASAP Bee removal. They came out very quickly and sprayed the Bees, this diminished the number of bees right away. They gave us a bid to remove the hive, which included removal of some stucco outside. We had them come back a week later for removal....WOW! The hive was huge! Did I mention it was about 25ft up in a hard to reach location? Bottom line, the hive is gone, the guys were very professional, easy to deal with, did a fantastic job, did a great job on the patch from the hive removal all at a very reasonable price. I will "bee" calling them next time we have a need, and highly recommend you call them if you have a need. read more

I recently called ASAP back to my house after 16 months. This is the first time in over a decade a have gone a while year without bees attacking my house in the same place. I have had at least a half dozen companies out to deal with bees. Not one of them can match the results. read more

I suppose I could have shopped more for a lower price, but it was competitive especially after he gave us a discount. But the topper was a 30 minute response time on a Sunday morning. Wow! He didn't just take care of the bees but ALSO sealed the area where they might return. That was professional and gratifying. He then checked the rest of the home and the 30 day coverage was nice. They're in my contacts now for good. read more

Kevin is awesome!! After dealing with another bee removal 'service' that failed miserably to provide any actual service but gladly took advantage of a situation to make way too much money for nothing, I was referred to A.S.A.P. by my exterminator, and boy was I glad! I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he gave me the information I needed to make the decision to have him treat the bee problem for us. He agreed to fit me in right away, showed up 30 minutes later, surveyed the bee problem and gave me several options regarding bee/hive/honeycomb removal. He treated the bees and when he was done, we talked over the options for complete removal of the hive/honeycomb, including directions for self removal. All in all, the service was great, I definitely recommend A.S.A.P. Bee Removal over any other service in the valley!
