When comparing all of the options side by side, the Termite Division came out on top. But what do I know? I'm just a guy on Yelp trying to figure out who provides the right service for me. People say a lot of things, and many companies look the same when you don't know the business. Once David Reynolds, the General Manager, showed up at my property, I knew that I had made the right choice. We spoke for quite a while about the process, the chemicals used, the concentration, the plan for drilling, the time the job would take, and what I should expect. He performed the work exactly as I expected, with the chemicals that I wanted, without cutting corners. All at a price that was less than the other companies. After speaking with David, and watching the work that he was doing, I knew that I had made the right choice. When the job was done, Mickey the owner called me personally to review the job and ask if there was anything else that could be done. That was a nice touch, and closed out the experience on a high note. Easy to get ahold of and came out later that evening after we got home from work to inspect the house and property. Prior to him coming I checked the foundation for mud tubes. And did not find anything. But Mickey was able to find one right by the threshold of one of our outer doors that I had missed. And he found spots in the ceiling that we didn't see and in another room. So he was very thorough. And He's used covers over his boots when he walked though our home, which my wife super appreciated. After determining there was termites he was very confident that he could get rid of them. And settled our anxiety about having termites in our home. We have never had termites so we thought it was the end of the world. It made us feel better when he told us that it's likely a minor problem and that he was 100% confident that he could get rid of them. When it came time to discuss treatment options and pricing. Before we even got started talking about prices he asked that I search average costs for whole home treatments in Arizona. Just so I had an idea of cost. I was very pleased that he was able to work with us and come up with a reasonable price that was below the average cost for a whole home treatment and warranty. Both combined were well below the cost of just a normal treatment would be based upon the search. I really appreciated his transparency and how he came up with his pricing. We were able to schedule the treatment two days later and he arrived right on time. He did the treatment as discussed (spot treatment with foam to 3 areas/room, liquid pesticide around the parameter and bait trap around the parameter) and he made everything look clean and even patched the holes in the ceiling where the termites had eaten through. I'd say he went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And his confidence that the treatment was going to work was very reassuring. I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I was recommend by a friend who has used them for years. Our first experience was great. The Tech…read morewas thorough and explained everything well. He informed us that the first round rarely gets all the bugs so to call within two weeks and the follow up spray was complimentary. He was right as there were still a few spiders and a scorpion or two that didn't die. Things were great for a couple month till the bugs reestabisued so I called again for service and the same tech was out a day later. That visit was great and I told him I'd keep an eye out for anything still moving in the next week and a half. A few things were still not dead so I scheduled what I thought was the free two week follow up only to find out later I was billed for the visit. I explained this to the office assistant via text and she simply said I'm sorry for the miscommunication but the follow up sprays are only for monthly customers. I paid the invoice and said fair well to this company that can't seem to be clear with its customers and seems to not value them enough to care. I returned the text to ask: "Why didn't you leave a voicemail? Do you think everyone has unlimited texting? How do you know the county website has correct information?" No return call just another text. Very unprofessional!! "WOW!!! We've been texting with customers for years and have never had a complaint. People work and can't answer the phone but they can respond with a quick text. As far as the counties website most of the information is correct enough to give a quote that we will stand by even if it turns out we have to do a little more work. Most people don't want a high pressure salesman coming out to get them locked into a contract that they regret later on.
