I called kyles bee removal (which is in association with the the beekeeper total bee removal) on Saturday afternoon. They could have their tech Moreno at my house at 9am the next day which was great (no extra charge for the weekend). Moreno came, removed the combs, exterminated the bees (now I know that most likely these bees are assuredly Africanized so there is no relocating). Moreno took a hour to get the job done. My suggestion is that once you know that you have a hive and not a swarm that is just stopping for a while, that you call Kyle or the Bee Keeper right way and have it taken care of so that the hive doesn't have time to get huge. Excellent company. And it is hard to find competent tradespeople in the Valley! I called and the guy came out within two hours for my problem though I didn't describe it as an emergency. He was very knowledgeable about bees and options for getting rid of them. The problem was fixed immediately and only a couple of bees showed up for the next day or two, then none--exactly like he told me. This company can even do repairs for you. Since my problem did not involve removing walls or more other serious work, I merely used some caulk and patching material on my own to seal up the hole in an outer metal flashing where the bees got acces to build their hive. Nice to know that they can do this for you if you lack the time or interest to do it yourself. All in all an excellent experience and it cost about what I expected. Noticed bees congregating on the eaves of our front porch late Monday. Called Tuesday and they were able to come out early Wednesday morning. They arrived on time, gave us a very reasonable estimate and got right to work. If you notice bees and they seem to be setting up home you really don't want to wait to call. They build fast and even if you were to kill them all the leftover honeycomb and pheromones will attract other bees and insects. They estimated we had roughly 10,000 bees in our eaves (most we saw at a time was a few dozen.) But they got them out, cleaned and sealed the area the bees were building in, and you can't tell they were ever there. We didn't want to use sprays or an exterminator because we're concerned about the environmental impacts and we really do believe bees are beneficial and deserve a place to live - just not the front porch :) read more

Contacted them early Saturday 04/02 to have an inspection of a shed floor beside my house. Isaac and Kyle were there within two hours. They explained what their plan was, how long it should take and how much it would cost. They cut into the floor, removed the bees, honey comb and filled the void with media to discourage the hive from being rebuilt. If you have a bee hive problem, call Kyle...you will not regret it. We had a bee hive problem hidden in the attic area above my sister's bedroom. We initially hired somebody else and they came and sprayed to kill the bees. But they said that there are most likely honeycombs with dead bees and that it must all be removed before it rots causing damage to the house. They quoted it would cost about $1,000 to cut into the attic to remove the honeycombs...insane! So I did some research and found Kyle! He came over within a couple days, he cut into the drywall and removed about 20 lbs of honeycombs!!! Then afterwards he fixed the drywall and all we had to do was paint over it. He charged only about couple hundred bucks...huge savings. He recommended that in the future if we ever have bee problems again, to call him so that he could try to remove the live beehive with live bees vs spraying and killing the bees which can cause damage to the house.
