I ordered the French dip, the chicken tenders and the jalapeño poppers and my whole bill came to $12. Everything came with their correct sauces and dips and the quality is always good. They have all kinds of specials if you get there Arby's club membership for free and you can get buy one get one free, you can get free french fries. I do not know who runs this place but it seems to be run by a grade schooler! The food is very inconsistent unless it is a bunch of lunchmeat slapped between two buns. The gyro is constructed all wrong to the point of having all of the meat falling out of the flatbread! The meat should be the base, like making a fricking taco! No different! This Arby's is amazing! The worker Jasmine is very nice and friendly to all costumers! She acted like she knew us when we walked in! When we walked in, the system was down so we had to wait for it to go back up. Honestly it wasn't that big of a problem though, because I wasn't sure exactly what to get and I needed more time. Finally when I was ready, but the system was still down, Jasmine had the cooks start to prepare our order! Within 30 seconds the system was back up and running and we were able to order! Too inconsistent and they often get my order wrong. The last time I ordered here my fries were served to me in an upside burger box that got soggy and caused my fries to taste like cardboard (they were the fancy sauced ones). One of the sandwiches I ordered had no meat on half of it. The other was the totally wrong item. Not impressed at all and I doubt I'll return to this location. read more

We have always operated under the concept that you don't go to Arby's without coupons. So we went online and found some! The Carson City Arby's store is pretty conveniently located north of Fairview (remember the last SB 395/580 exit for years?). We just go to the Dutch and look across Carson St. The restaurant looks new. It's clean and nicely kept. Even the restrooms were well attended to. A dynamite staff with a wonderful sense of humor. Plenty of parking and a speedy drive thru. Mrs. E. thoroughly enjoyed a turkey gyro once we got the formula straight. IMHO, they use way too tzatziki sauce. I met the challenge of the Half Pound Roast Beef sandwich and potato cakes. Not much has changed from way back east. In the taste department, least ways. My daughter had the Market Fresh BLT-the lettuce was black and had to be thrown out, the curly fries were not curly and half of the curly fry order was undercooked french fries. I came here on December 27, 2018 for a late night snack, I guess you would call it. I hadn't been to an Arby's for a long time, but decided to give them a try since I had a coupon for a free signature sandwich with any soft drink purchase. I knew they were in Carson City somewhere by the mall, but I actually had to look on a map to find them since I had never been there before. I was more than impressed. First of all, the service was excellent. The young man who assisted me at the counter was courteous and knowledgeable. When he needed the manager for an approval, he came right away. The restaurant itself was very clean, with an upscale feel, due to the modern decor and nice, unique, high-quality oval trays. I could not believe this was a fast food restaurant. The condiment bar was clean and fully stocked with new, hand-pump sauces I had not seen at other restaurants, like their Horsey Sauce I think it was called (like a horseradish sauce) and a spicy sauce. I loved the spicy sauce! There were three other sauces too. I chose the Reuben sandwich. It was fully loaded and similar in quality to what I would expect from a better class of restaurant. It was definitely not what people pejoratively think of as fast food quality. I also chose the smallest drink they offered, which I think was called snack size. It was $1.29. I didn't want to commit more since I was unsure of what the quality of the sandwich would be, so I remained cautious. But in the end, I was blown away with the quality. I even ate a small piece of sauerkraut that fell onto the tray since it was so good. I regret not taking pictures, because they would have shown the quality of the sandwich and the restaurant. I will have to wait until next time. I am not sure why I didn't. This experience made me try another Arby's in Tracy, CA, and my experience there was not as good (higher prices, dirty store, disinterested employees, they didn't make the sandwich right, and scary people outside). The Vallejo, CA one, when it was open, was also bad. So I can definitely say this location in Carson City is top notch. I will be back! I now am addicted to Arby's, haha! read more

Watch out when you order curly fries they put regular french fries in the bottom of the container and then put the curly fries on top to make it seem like you have more curly fries which you don't you have more french fries. This is the second time they've done this. read more

I rolled in today at the tail end of the lunch rush hour - parking lot was fairly full (I had to park out back) - dining room fairly full and the crew was rockin' it. This is exactly the timeframe I've seen the crew dragging and the dining room a disaster... but NOPE, not here. In the middle of the action was Kat... who appears to be some sort of blend between Violet, Helen and Dash Parr... using her superpowers for good, squashing problem after problem as they come up (and they DO come out of nowhere sometimes!). It's invaluable to have a friendly, high energy, driven "solver" in da house! Several of the customers were known by name - "by Ron, have a nice day" - these efforts are showing! I called and talked to Cory (said manager) he could not care in the slightest and blamed it on door dash. I said tho the less than impressive Cory but you cook the meal. What a huge improvement new owners have made at this location. I've always been an Arby's fan, but this place had progressively gotten worse over the years. The new folks have refreshed the furniture, etc., but more importantly the crew now looks great and is on the ball. I took my mother to Arby's today for lunch. We went to the drive-thru, and she ordered the Fish Deluxe sandwich, I ordered a small Crinkle Fries. My mother enjoyed her sandwich, but said it was very messy. No big. On the other hand, my "crispy" Crinkle Fries, which cost $2.59, were not crispy at all. In fact, they were limp and stale! We live in Gardnerville, so it's quite a drive, and I decided to have a fry on the way home. The fry was SO BAD, SO GROSS, that I spit it out the window!! It was clearly not fried today, and the employees had to know that. And, it had to have been old before they fried it yesterday...it tasted very stale! I have been a loyal Arby's customer for over 50 years, but this pissed me off so bad that I will probably never spend another dime at Arby's. $2.59 for a small, stale, limp order of fries just doesn't cut it! read more

Slow service. They had a lady in the restaurant feeding her dog from a dog dish. I complained because the dog had no service dog identification. Employee said they knew the lady and it was a service dog. We will never return here. We returned here 11-30-18 for their gyros. We ordered the traditional Gyros. The cashier said "what" and after we repeated our order she looked at the board behind her to see what to ring up. When we received our order the gyros had roast beef in them instead of the traditional gyro meat. So training still an issue here. BUT we were very impressed at the reaction when we returned the beef gyros. Employee apologized and said the replacements would be right out. We received the replacements very rapidly and the gyros WERE VERY GOOD. We rang their bell on the way out. read more
