excellent experience at Jersey Mikes in Carson City. Leah was awesome and has excellent customer service. Plus she makes an awesome sandwich read more

I used to really like their subs, I actually stopped going to Port of Subs because Jersey Mike's was so much better. They put a decent amount of ingredients in their sandwichs, way more so than Port of Subs. The last time I went, I ordered online, and it was ready when I arrived (surprising, given the last time I went I waited at least 30 minutes past the time given in the app). I picked up the bag and I thought, is there even anything in here?! The sandwich was so small and had so few ingredients it literally tasted like eating two pieces of dry bread. A few small spoonfuls of chicken salad, a couple scraps of lettuce, and a tiny bit of tomato. Seriously, is lettuce affecting their bottom line so much they have to be so chintzy? This was hands down the most pathetic sub sandwich I've ever gotten at any sandwich shop. The "regular" size is now more like a "snack" size. This is what happens when a greedy private equity firm buys a decent, well-run company. I'm deleting my app, I'll never step foot in a JM's again. Based on the opinion of many others, they feel the same. Peter Cancro sold his soul, I hope it was worth it. read more

Jersey Mike's holds their own when it comes to tasty subs. I'm a sucker for a cheesesteak and they do a great job here. I'm hesitant to give this experience a five star rating because I do have an issue with the wait time. I ordered online for pickup and it said my order would be ready at 5:28 PM. I arrived at 5:34 and ended up waiting until 5:43 before my order was ready. That's a problem. However, the food was good and the staff apologized for the wait time- so I'm letting it go. The cheesesteak here is a huge win. Love the warm beef and gooey cheese. Get the big kahuna with jalapeños too! The kids meal was also good and a good value. I think everything here is a good value actually. Compared to many other sub shops, this places pricing isn't too bad. The inside has plenty of seating but the few times I've been in it's been pretty empty. Must be more of a take out spot. It's super clean inside and seems like it's generally well kept. If you're looking for a good hot sub- this is your place- and the cold subs aren't bad either! Enjoy. read more

Placed an order online. When I got there, they were real busy so I gave it some time. I asked if my order was ready a few min after the estimated ready time, they said they were a little backed up but would be done shortly. I waited somemore, but still nothing. I went and asked again, the employee said they didnt have the order noted. I asked for a refund and showed my email order confirmation and was told I can request it online. Another employee came over and found the order and said she can make it or give a refund, i asked for a refund. Shop was complete chaos, and the one employee was short and rude in customer service and response. read more

The best sandwich (franchise owned) in Carson. Period. Quick, fast, friendly atmosphere read more

I feel bad cause the sandwiches are always consistently good including today. However the time frame was way way off tonight when ordering online to pick up. I'm currently 20min passed the pickup time and I'm still hanging out. These kids are trying and I understand but seriously it's kinda annoying that there's only 3 people working a Friday night and they're super backed up on big big orders... Ambiance is what it is. You can tell these kids haven't been able to do anything other than attempt to catch up on orders so obviously the eating area is a bit chaotic and messy. read more

I wouldn't recommend ordering online, it seems like they are prioritizing walk in than ordering online. Theres a time when its ready for pickup but the girl told me that they don't follow the time that you see when ordering online! Really? Then why you put a time there then! Whenever we come here its always frustrating! No improvement in service! Bad customer service! Now weve waited 30 min then later we know that they are not doing our sandwich so we have to wait another 15 minutes because the girl there saying nobody pick up our ticket! This people working here has no common sense when it comes to working efficiently. We already paid online so even we want to go somewhere else were stucked! This place is a mess! Wish theres another jersey mike somewhere else! read more

This store has just opened so the place was extremely busy so I won't comment on that. Every single place I have ever been after its first opened has had some hiccups. However, what I will comment is on the sandwich I got. I ordered the Philly, and it was absolutely delicious and piping hot! Tasted so fresh for a more fast food style sub place. I would highly recommend! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - The #17 Mike's Famous Philly - Sandwiches Near Me - Carson City, Nevada

Service is consistently slooooow!! This was my last attempt today. They've kept me waiting in line for 45 minutes before. Today I ordered online instead. After waiting 40 minutes after the "time ready", I told them to cancel my order. Even this they couldn't do timely and told me it would take 20 minutes to do so. Ridiculous! Other locations: no problems; this is the only one I've tried that can't get it together; not enough help or untrained and can't do anything. read more

We had Jersey Mike's in Reno and it was delicious. We are finding the Jersey Mike's in Carson City is not as good. The sandwiches were wet. The meat and cheese seems more ground up in a sliced. The bacon was a little bitty pieces. read more

Service. From the owner. Like that was weird asf. We have gone there since opened and got gluten bread and salami. Total comes to around 7-9 dollars. It's never the same price but never more than 10$. Today he charged me 28$. For salami. I was like Oh I'm sorry we usually total is... Well not today. That what he said. I was Karening him. I was being loud. I was literally confused. Like how could you just up and change the price like that. Someone would say something. So he said well the other people priced it wrong and I'll take away the 'extras' and the sandwich comes to 18$. Wow okay. I said we came here yesterday and that's not even what we were charged. Well that's all I'm going to do for you. Wow I know it doesn't matter and we won't go there again but that owner needs to learn some grace and manners when speaking to others. read more

I travel the country for work. This is hands down the worst jersey mikes I've ever been to. I ordered my normal order, it took forever to come out. I checked it and it had nothing it comes with, nor did it have the mushroom I added. Not terrible. I brought it to their attention to fix it. They apologized and went to add the veggies. I asked them again to please make sure it was correct. I should've checked again but instead drove to my job 20 minutes away to eat. I open my "giant 42 on wheat add mushroom" to see they only added mushroom, not the peppers and onions. read more

The food was great just as expected. The service on the other hand was not. This was my third time in a row, where it took far longer than expected to get my order. I even ordered online for in-store pick up to avoid the long lines. The order iwas supposed to be ready at one time and it was ready. 31 minutes later. They need to properly staff the facility. Two people who were standing in line to order walked out without ordering after 10 to 15 minutes. read more

Ordered online and showed up like 20 minutes later and got told my order wasn't even being worked on cause they had too many and that I should just cancel and get in the long line they had. Why wouldn't the app just tell me so I don't waste my time or why can't they just make it then instead? Not coming back here. read more

This place continues to give terrible service. I gave it another shot because I really do like Jersey Mike's. Amazing sandwich, great, pleasant service, very receptive to my questions and understanding! Great Gen X music playing

God service thanks for being so caring and so particular with the way you make the sandwiches exactly how we want them

Love Jersey Mikes subs but this location is consistently bad. The staff needs better training. I can't eat steak and ordered the Portabella mushroom chicken cheese steak to go. Got all the way home to find a regular cheese steak, not the chicken that I ordered and no mushroom. I wouldn't normally write a review but whenever we order subs to go they are usually wrong. read more

I placed an order for pickup and reminded them that they forgot the avocado on my last order. When I went in to pick up my order I asked if they put extra avocado on like I asked? No, they forgot and went in the back to put more on. I was scared to death that I was going to find a fake eyelash or remnants of makeup in my food from off of the girl that came from the back to the register area. All of the workers were rude especially eyelash girl. I ordered a Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss minus bell peppers, plus avocado. What a joke. There was barely anything on the sandwich. I won't be returning and I won't recommend. Terrible. read more

No music. Workers OUT LOUD telling other workers they don't care about their job or what the other workers do or don't do. Messing up simple orders. Throwing around food. This place was good when it opened...now we will not be back. read more

Unfortunately it was very understaffed today. Two poor employees running around trying to handle what was clearly an overwhelming amount of mobile orders coming in. As a walk-in it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich with no line in the store, besides those already waiting on mobile orders. Additionally, they were out of the rosemary parm bread. The staff were still kind and truly trying their best to keep up. Very disappointed in whoever left these two employees alone to manage the dinner rush by themselves. Poor management, more employees needed to support the influx of mobile orders. read more

The store in south Caron city NV by the Walmart ; My second visit for my wife, I warned her what I got last time was trash ! , first visit I got slop, just trash, when I asked for a Tuna Sandwich it was just pure slop, old dried tuna probably the day before left out to dry out ! My second visit was no better, I asked for Tuna sandwich ..then had to ask for extra Tuna as what was put on the bread was a scraping of Tuna like it was a light spread of butter . $14.52 for a medium that was only fit for the trash bin again! I have zero idea what the hype about this franchise is !!!... I would never recommend this store or their products to anyone... read more

Great subs, great people and had an amazing experience. Love coming in and always looks forward to it!

I came in today this evening to pick up some dinner to go, a little after 7:00pm. I decided to go with The Original Italian and got the regular size. I'm not sure what "Mikes Way" is--so I passed, but I'll try it next time. Great experience. The staff are very friendly, all on the move and working hard. I noticed the seating area was very clean. The sub I ordered was made very well, not just thrown together. The sub also tasted very fresh which was fantastic. All around, I'm a big fan. This is the first Jersey Mike's Sub shop I have been to and I'm thoroughly impressed. I will be back for more. read more
