    BLAT
    Jennifer S.

Wanted an afternoon pick me up and a snack, decided one of the newest small businesses in town was just the spot! Do you love the Candy Burger food truck? Same great people, just expanding their business. Staff were super friendly, the space is inviting and they fit a lot in a small space with so much room to sit and enjoy. Had the BLAT and a latte to go (all their handmade coffees are 20 ounces) and it hit the spot! They also have a drip coffee bar, grab n go snacks and drinks, and a variety of wonderful food options. Walk in the front doors and it's just past the welcome desk. Follow your nose!

    Today's special - salad & lasagna

The special today was lasagna and salad. The lasagna was excellent and the portions were generous. It was easily two meals. Being the special, it was pre packed and ready to go, so service was fast. I'll definitely be back to try some of the regular menu items.

They offer a 32oz iced latte which is exactly what my daughter and I need when we are traveling. Our favorite was the Cinnamon caramel white mocha with oat milk. But we also tried the Caramel House and the Butter Run which were delicious. The highlight though was the customer service provided by the team members working at Larry's. They were the sweetest bunch, so kind, helpful, and with amazing recommendations. And they remembered us each day...making us feel like regulars. If we ever make our way to or through Carson it again, we will definitely be stopping by.

(@lovingreno775 on Instagram) and was excited to stop by! I used the drive-thru and was greeted with friendly service. I ordered an iced butter rum latte for myself, an iced raspberry mocha for my husband, and one of their chocolate-dipped biscotti. The raspberry mocha was the standout for me, with a rich, deep flavor that really came through. My butter rum latte was good, but a bit milkier than I would have hoped for. The one thing that gave me pause was the price. At about $9 for a medium drink, it felt a little steep. That said, I appreciate supporting local businesses, and I was happy to learn that they use organic coffee. I've also heard they make their own chai, which definitely has me interested in coming back to give it a try Overall, a solid local coffee stop with friendly service and some unique offerings. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu.

They had the banner for best brunch 2025 hanging nicely. Diane, the owner, put us on the waitlist and also showed us to our table. Very warm welcome! We started off with coffee. Hubby had the Chorizo Quesadilla and enjoyed it very much. The portion was enough for 2 meals. Sure enough, he took half home. I had the Coconut French Toast, the small portion. Even though it's supposed to be small, I still left some on my plate. Love the fresh sliced bananas with it! There are more menu items we would love to try. Just need to come back and visit again!

To make the experience even better, the owner, Diane, actually came by our table to introduce herself. It's always really nice to see an owner who is that attentive to her customers and invested in the dining experience. For my meal, I ordered the breakfast burrito which, as you can see from the photo, comes wrapped in a great spinach tortilla and served with sour cream, and salsa. It was loaded with egg, chorizo, green and red peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese. I was a bit surprised, though, because even with so many distinct, flavorful ingredients packed inside, those flavors didn't quite come through. The pepper jack cheese was just a little too heavy-handed and ended up overpowering everything else in the burrito. The other minor issue was that I had specifically ordered hashbrowns with my meal, but I was served the breakfast potatoes instead. They were still perfectly crisp and seasoned well, but just wasn't exactly what I asked for. Overall, the atmosphere and the service made it a great experience, but I just wish the burrito had a better balance with less cheese, and that the sides hadn't gotten mixed up. I'd definitely give them another shot, though!

It's not a rush in-rush out kind of place. I think that is the idea of a good coffee shop. You need to slow down for a minute to pace the day properly. I came in about 10am on a weekday. There were a few patrons in the shop doing some work, and having meetings. I was greeted by the barista and placed my order. My drink was ready in a few minutes and it was perfect. I'm not sure why I havent come in before, I guess I was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. This will be my new coffee spot in Incline.

It's located in a nice area with plenty of parking and even has a decent bathroom. It also happens to be near the East Tahoe Trail (one of my favorite lake walks), which is what brought me here. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was fun, but my drink was just okay. Pretty bummed. I gave the summer menu a try and ordered the Pink Velvet Latte--fun name and flavor profile--but it lacked flavor. I ordered mine breve style with half-and-half, and honestly, it just tasted like iced half-and-half. There wasn't even a hint of the raspberry or coconut mentioned in the description. I love lattes and usually order them breve style, but I've found not every coffee shop can balance the trifecta of bold coffee, cream, and flavor. An expensive latte with no flavor is no bueno. That said, I know for next time to ask for a little extra syrup because I really love the vibe and the convenient location. I'll definitely be back. Oh and they gave out free stickers, so that's awesome!

Usually this place is slammed, especially between 7-8 AM when I typically drive by. However, it was pretty chill when we stopped by for some kid fruit smoothies, an Americano, and an oat milk latte. There were about 4 cars in line but we had our drinks in less than 10 minutes. There is also a few tables and a walk up window at this location. The Americano was interesting. I asked for sugar free vanilla syrup and they loaded it up. Tasted more like artificial syrup than coffee. I think people come here for the sugar filled sodas and teas, and maybe not for a great cup of coffee. Nonetheless, the service was still good and we got what we asked for. The latte was better and the kids smoothies were a great value. They also hooked us up with these awesome buttons (pictured)! Overall a great experience. Probably wouldn't get an Americano again, but everything else was great.

I ordered the cereal latte with the marshmallows on top and my husband got the golden eagle. They both just tasted like a cup of milk. Neither of them tasted like there was any coffee in them. I'm not sure if this is typical for Dutch bros as I said, I'm not a regular, but we were very disappointed. I had a free drink for downloading the app which was nice but we paid $5.44 for his cup of milk.
