This is my first visit to this Dutch Bros location, which I drive by every morning on the way to daycare. This mid afternoon stop was quick and tasty! Usually this place is slammed, especially between 7-8 AM when I typically drive by. However, it was pretty chill when we stopped by for some kid fruit smoothies, an Americano, and an oat milk latte. There were about 4 cars in line but we had our drinks in less than 10 minutes. There is also a few tables and a walk up window at this location. The Americano was interesting. I asked for sugar free vanilla syrup and they loaded it up. Tasted more like artificial syrup than coffee. I think people come here for the sugar filled sodas and teas, and maybe not for a great cup of coffee. Nonetheless, the service was still good and we got what we asked for. The latte was better and the kids smoothies were a great value. They also hooked us up with these awesome buttons (pictured)! Overall a great experience. Probably wouldn't get an Americano again, but everything else was great. read more

We went to Dutch bros coffee we ordered three drinks and when we went to get our drinks, they only gave us two and the person that was at the window was very rude and was like annoyed that we said that we wanted to drink and then come to find out they put my pitcher perfect they added banana bread freeze, but they combine two drinks into one not paying attention. Don't appreciate the attitude. And this is not the first time that they have messed up our order and they need to re-read the order back to us they just act like they don't really care about standing out there and getting orders. They're always in a hurry. how our orders have gotten messed up. read more

Dutch bros isn't my usual stop for coffee but decided to give it a try the other morning. The employee working outside taking orders was a delight. Went over some options with me he thought I'd like as I told him that my husband and I are not regulars. He was super nice. The service inside the booth was very rushed and subpar despite it being slow with no one in front of us and only 2 cars behind us. I ordered the cereal latte with the marshmallows on top and my husband got the golden eagle. They both just tasted like a cup of milk. Neither of them tasted like there was any coffee in them. I'm not sure if this is typical for Dutch bros as I said, I'm not a regular, but we were very disappointed. well, it's been four years since last reviewed Dutch brothers so I thought it was time to do an update. If it's possible for something to get even better than Dutch Brothers has excelled in that area. They have added so many new flavors of so many special kinds of drinks. It's a pleasure and I absolutely love their muffin tops. They have three different flavors and they are pretty good size. Their blended drinks a wonderful and I usually get their sugar-free decaf French vanilla large and it lasts me for quite a long time before for the ice melts. It's such a pleasure because even though you see a long line, they have people come out and take your order and it goes very quickly, by the time you get to the window, your order is ready and off you go, they have the cutest sweetest kids working there, there's always music and such an upbeat environment. I would say that Dutch Brothers beat Starbucks 1000 times because they don't charge for the extra whipped cream and extra sweetener and they will make any kind of coffee drink you want even if it's not on the menu. Our Starbucks are locally owned and it makes a big difference because I like to shop at our local vendors. there's never a time night or day that you don't see a line there which speaks to the quality of their product, but as I said before, don't let the long lines scare you because you wouldn't believe how quickly it goes. Dutch Brothers is very community involved and that's another nice thing plus if you join the Dutch Brothers club you get points every time you shop there and then you get free drinks . I suggest you give it a try and say goodbye to Starbucks, you won't be sorry. read more

Super busy here the line is crazy but they got it handled they come out get your order so when you dive up it's done. My first time here not familiar with the menu so one of them said to wait and look at the menu and they will come back another girl came I said waiting to see the menu and she was a little rude and said to look it online. We had horrible service, stood in line for eight minutes while the two girls chatted with the car ahead of us. Then after the two cars from the window cleared, the dark haired girl walked forward with the same car and started talking with the car again while no one was at the window and no one was ahead of them for additional five minutes. So basically we waited 15 minutes to get two drinks. The girl that came up to take her order was tall with a long blonde ponytail didn't greet us wasn't friendly at all and was irritated that we actually pulled up like they normally ask you to do to move the cars forward and was very short and no one said hello to take the order and no one said hello at the window. Rude. And then we were handed sticky drink cups. read more

This was the first time I'd ever been to a Dutch Bros. Staff was great. Prices are a lot less than I expected. But the coffee was mediocre.

They advertise the brownie batter drink but what is frustrating is I've went there 2 times in the past 2 weeks and still they do not have the brownie bits for this drink. At the very least take the sign down or place a sticker saying sold out of product or manger forgot to order brownie bits for the drink. Customers come just for this drink and are frustrated to learn management failed and the second time still no brownie bits. You can do better Dutch bros. The staff are very friendly and the first time the girl working said she could recommend something similar or make a special drink. Kudos to her for stepping up. I wish I could remember her name. I'm as mad as a wet hen with this new remodel. They've removed one of the drive thru lanes for what appears to be an outdoor seating area or just to get rid of it. So we have the nasty South Reno design here in Carson. Oh boy! The out-to-the-street lines that make the Virginia st location a nightmare have arrived! For now, they've doubled the runners grabbing orders. What happens on days where kids call off sick? I've never seen many people sitting here in the past, is there some insight this will change? Then there's winter time. Nobody will sit in the cold or the wind. Thank goodness it's never windy in Carson. They've even started sending these kids back and forth collecting money/returning change. Seems risky to me. What if a $50 should blow out of their hands as they're running? Are they going to chase it across a crowded parking lot? Thank goodness it's never windy in Carson. read more

Should got the servers names but honestly rather you go and experience the great service I received. This was our first time visiting a dutchmans coffee. They were kind of shocked we had never heard of them before. There was 15 cars in line and they come to your vehicle to take your order kind of like In-N-Out Burger. So it was a half hour to get our order. We ordered the double torture, strawberry milkshake, grasshopper with coffee and picture perfect. Since this was our first time they actually gave us some free drinks! Their drinks were so addictive we wanted to save some for the next day but we couldn't put them down. All of then were sooooo good. Max and I absolutely love this coffee! We make special road trips to Carson just to get it! Not only is the drive great, but this place has memories from when we first started dating! The staff who works there is always ready to help with a cheerful demeanor. I don't know anyone by name, and can't point anyone out specifically, but they all do a fantastic job. They are always efficient and get coffee out in a speedy manner, but still at a slow enough pace that they can get to know you. Okay so I love me some Dutch Bros, we do not have one where I am from so whenever I travel to a place that happens to have one, I HAVE to make a stop! All the locations that I have had one from, did not disappoint. This location, however, was disappointing :/ First off, I know that the annihilator is a breve, so it's going to be a little more creamy and milky. But whenever I've had one from other locations, there is still a good coffee taste. So, when I received my order, and right when I looked at it, I can just tell by how it looked that I probably wasn't going to like it... But I didn't want to be one of those people to hold up the line, there were lots of cars in back of me. So I drove off and parked at a store, just a few feet away, where my boyfriend was. As soon as I took a big sip of my drink, sure enough all I could taste was milk... I tried to drink a little more, but just couldn't. So I drove back over, parked, and walked up to the walk-up window, and KINDLY told one of the girls about the drink, and even though seeming a bit hesitant with a slight attitude, she offered to make another and would bring it out to me. When I got my new drink, it still looked so light. I didn't fuss about it, in my head I did. But I let the girl explain how the breve drink is and then she went on her way. So I tasted it, and the only difference was it tasted sweeter! Still NO coffee/espresso taste... My boyfriend met me at the car, I even had him do a taste test, and he could taste the same thing. Been going to Dutch Bros for nearly a decade. Their drink quality has significantly gone down. My order is never correct, the drink is made wrong or it's 98% ice and 2% drink. They have a very difficult time making a rebel with a sugar free can but regular flavors or they don't put enough flavoring in it. Also, when you tell them it's make wrong they aren't friendly nor do they offer to make it. Not wasting hundreds of dollars a month here anymore. Also they don't have any rewards program anymore after getting rid of the stamp card. Everyone else allows payment with app and rewards on an app so they should really change to an app. read more
