We frequent yogurt beach 2 to 3 times a week. However, they are always out of vanilla yogurt no matter what time of day. Vanilla yogurt happens to be your favorite, which is a bummer. We have asked about the situation and the people working there tell us that it's so popular that the machine can't keep up. We have suggested that they put yogurt into two of the machines so they don't run out. It would be great if they did that. read more

My family visits Yogurt Beach fairly often and we enjoy this frozen treat with a multitude of toppings from which to choose. On a recent visit, there was an issue with the debit/credit card system. As a result, the staff member contacted management by phone and we were told that our "froyo" would be free that day! The yogurts great but it's always the same flavors and the worst is when there's 3 kinds of strawberry on at one time . With so many cool favors these days, Taro, Ube, Pistachio, etc and they always rotate the same 10. Lots of strawberry some other berry (black usually) maybe a cherry or if you're lucky pomegranate or pineapple and than chocolate, vanilla and cheesecake are always there. It's boring, the kids running can never seem to cut berries and they're always out and just filled with ten kinds of boba instead. I would go here on the reg if they'd get it together. I always hear other adults complaining about the lack of variety and how half the time nothing will come out of the flavors you want. If I could give zero I would. The girl saw us pull in and decided she wanted to close early so she hurriedly turned off her open sign (before closing time) and locked the door. This was our first date night out since having our new baby and we were looking forward to having some ice cream and this was so unprofessional. Even as I write this sitting out front it is still within business operating hours but they decided to shut down early. Got overcharged and the cashier didn't tell me until I ask for a receipt. They usually don't give receipts unless you ask for it. Went to get a refund and the cashier couldn't figure how to refund the money so she gave me a punch card for a free yogurt. I'm upset the cashier overcharged me and didn't let me know. We drove our family, got there less than 15 minutes later and the place is closed because "the boss told them to close early". The yogurt is a great treat if you're in the area! Not the biggest choice of yogurt flavors but the diverse choices of toppings was very cool. The shop is near Lampe Park and is a great outdoor area to enjoy your yogurt. The place is clean and the employee we saw was very friendly. I'm a 'frequent flyer' at the Gradnerville store. The gals that have been working there are super friendly and helpful (Harmony especially makes a visit most enjoyable with her smile and positive energy!). My 2 stars tonight are because of the following: For a while there hasn't been several flavors: Hawaiian coconut andl vanilla bean (vanilla custard is thick and heavy, in my opinion). Would love to see these flavors on a more frequent basis, as well as a constant sugar free flavor or two (extremely helpful for those who can't have sugar). Mango sorbet would also be a pleasant surprise! read more

One of the things that makes this place so much fun is that some of the tables are surf boards. They have great low or no sugar yogurts and some are Gluten Free. The fruit for toppings is always fresh. The other goodies for toppings look good too. They are always well staffed and the staff is always friendly. I need to make a trip back to Yogurt Beach to get the exact skinny on their Yogurt card benefits. I do remember that there is a good price for purchasing a whole quart to take home as opposed to buying individual yogurts by the weight.
