Prosciutto & pepper jack Salmon lox Americano Latte
    Claire C.

The americano was a little bit watery, but the latte was good, I ordered it with almond milk and I liked the nutty taste of their almond milk. I think their bagels were better than coffee lol. Good morning option for people want a quick breakfast when staying at Lake Tahoe. The staff was also friendly and energetic, and I loved the atmosphere of this coffee shop.

Great local spot. Got a couple coffees and some breakfast bagels. Definitely will be back next time we are in the area! Everything was so yummy great spot for a quick bite.

Came on a Wednesday morning and had a small line of 3 people. I ordered a vanilla sweet latte and a croissant. I didn't have to wait a long time to get my order. Staff were also friendly. The latte was great, a perfect amount of sweetness and good ratio on the ice. The croissant however was the least pleasant of this experience. Definitely should've chosen a different pastry. Aside from that, this was a great cafe to visit and will visit again.

Bagel with lox. So very good

    This is a fantastic little coffee shop in Incline with a great vibe, killer coffee, super friendly baristas and delicious food at fair prices. I recently enjoyed a bagel with lox and it knocked my sox off (;

Maple bourbon latte, brown sugar spice latte, peppermint mocha

Went on a lunch run to pick up some pizzas near by and decided we needed some coffee. This was the closest cafe next to us so we decided to try it out. We got the seasonal drinks which was the maple bourbon and peppermint mocha latte. The maple bourbon was great. We tried the syrup beforehand cause we were a bit skeptical on how it would taste with bourbon. The bourbon and maple flavor ended up being really light. The peppermint mocha was like any other peppermint mocha. It tasted nice as well. The shop was nice and cozy. It was snowing when we went too so the feel of everything was great! Service was excellent as well. We were concerned about the bourbon flavor being too strong so the staff let us try the syrup and gave us advice on the drink. Some staff even made small talk with us while we waited. The whole experience there felt so personal. We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tahoe.

    matcha latte

Stopped here for coffee/tea on a Sunday morning and it was super packed and busy! Got a hot matcha latte ($7 after tax) which felt a little steep to me, but at least matcha quality tasted good -- fyi the drink was not sweetened. Alternative milk is an extra cost. They had many house specialties that sounded interesting, but my friends tried some of them and didn't think they tasted super different from a normal latte. They also have lots of food options which sounded good. Service was very friendly and they have some limited indoor seating. They were also selling some merch and coffee beans inside.

Great coffee located in Incline Village! They open early which is nice, and have good seating options. Very yummy bagels for sure! A good place to fuel yourself up before an adventure in Tahoe

Yummy drinks, thanks. Inked up Mikey Madison you are a treat! The peppermint hot cocoa was a fav. We are getting that again.

Super conveniently located by the Heavenly slopes for my fellow skiers and snowboarders, Drink Coffee Do Stuff is situated in this cute standalone house with a nice alpine aesthetic inside. The shop offers high-quality coffee and fun flavors! We got the Pines Latte and the seasonal Maple Bourbon Latte. Both were delicious! To top it off, the barista, a gal who grew up in Lake Tahoe, was super friendly in the early morning.

    Latte, Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel
    Ethan W.

The beans here are the best I've ever made into coffee at home. I made a detour here just to get some of those. The latte was very good. Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel was also delicious. Service was quick! I was surprised that by 9 am some items were sold out. A huge throng was gathered there in line at about 9:30, but the lines still moved pretty quickly.

Pines Latte at Drink Coffee Do Stuff, Incline Village.

Great coffee stop at the Incline Village location after Snowshoeing. Plenty of parking and although it seemed small due to so many people, it actually ran quite efficiently. There were 9 in my group and we all got our drinks pretty quickly. The is a decent amount of seating inside, but it was snowing so a few of us sat outside. There are benches outside that are just perfect to sip on a warm drink while watching it snow. The coffe was excellent! I'm a big fan of house-made syrups and was happy to find out that they make their own here. I tried the Pines Latte and it was really good. Will definitely return when in the area!

Coffee is overpriced. We both got Carmel lattes, couldn't taste the Carmel, only bitter coffee and foam.

And yes, the "issue" has been fixed and Happy Tiers Bakery was allowed to reopen, but five months ago, they were shut down completely for rat droppings and no hot water in their three compartment sink (the one that you use in kitchens to wash dishes). This probably explains why there was no one in the entire place when we stopped in. Did the baked goods look amazing in the case? Yes. Did the cinnamon roll (which was buy one get one free) live up to the hype? NO. Did the woman who took my order, listen and get my order correct? Also no. Was the latte served extremely boiling hot with no coffee sleeve? Yes. We stopped here to support local, but would have been much happier with going to the big green corporation that specializes in coffee across the street. Health inspection history January 2023: The Washoe County Health District issued a public health alert, advising residents not to consume products from Happy Tiers Bakery because they were manufactured without inspection or a permit and the products were sold between October 1, 2022, and January 24, 2023. July 2025: The Reno Gazette Journal reported that the bakery was temporarily shut down for violations including rodent feces and lack of hot water at the three-compartment sink. July 2025 Follow-up: Happy Tiers Bakery passed a follow-up inspection after fixing the issues found in July.

After finally arriving to Lake Tahoe we wanted to look for Food and so because we saw this place as a recommendation, we decided to stop in and see if the recommendation was a good or bad one. As we pulled in we could tell that this was going to be a great spot to eat at because it was busy and there were lots of people in line waiting to order food. After getting to the register I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and my wife ordered the Egg Muffin. The thing is that when you order the food, they ask you what Protein you want to put into it and so you have a choice of a couple of different items because the Breakfast item that you order wont come included with it. So I chose Ham and so did my wife for her Egg Muffin. So we both ordered Coffee to drink at the register and they handed us the cups. Went to the Coffee station and after getting there you have the option of either choosing Half & Half with Sugar or you could just take Simple Syrup and put that into your Coffee instead. After sitting down at our table, let me tell you that the place was decorated very beautiful inside but we decided to find a table closer to the outside since was already starting to be a beautiful day. After about 5 minutes the waitress came to the table with our food and to my amazement I stated "Wow, that was quick!" The Waitress said "Yeah, our Cooks are Turning and Burning the food today" Which at my delight the bite into my Breakfast burrito was great. We also ordered a side of Potatoes and while I'm not a big fan of Green Peppers, the Potatoes were soft and very delicious as well. I poured Ketchup on them to finish the topping and let me tell you they were fresh and very good as well. I took a sip of my Coffee and while it wasnt Hot, but it was warm I told the waitress about it and she brought over a cup of Hot Coffee. I then put Half & Half into it with the Simple Syrup again and AGAIN, the Coffee was wonderful. Overall this place simply deserves a 5 but I wish I had the opportunity to give it more. Thank you Tunnel Creek for such a wonderful experience.
