My friends and I stopped here on our way home from our mini vacation and it was delicious! We shared a breakfast burrito that was huge. I would earn there again for sure!

The food and place had the potential to be 5 stars but execution is key. I had the hangar steak and ordered it medium rare. It came out rare. The Ahi Tuna appetizer was my wife's meal. Adequate I would say but nothing special. We would probably had another drink had they been more attentive. All in all, not bad in a tourist trap like this but nothing special either.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute restaurant in Incline Village with indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed the shrimp pasta but it was a large portion, good for sharing. The beet arugula salad was also good and fresh.

Good news, the wine is great, and cold. The bad news. The lobster deviled eggs were over done. The lobster had to have been unfrozen/overcooked, the level of stringy was-beyond. And the oyster Rockefeller, full of shells, so much so it couldn't be eaten. This area is so expensive, I expected food to be amazing no matter what we chose I'll keep yelp at the ready next time....if I have signal.

Great brunch experience here. The omelet and croissant French toast were both very good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service and vibes were great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be returning and trying their dinner menu too.

Couldn't wait to bite into my smash burger.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a neat gem of a restaurant in Incline Village.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is whimsical and beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is really friendly and helpful. Of course the star of our lunch was the food. I had an absolutely delicious smash burger while my wife and mother-in-law shared a Cali Chicken Club. Can't say enough good things about FUMO. Will absolutely go back to try some of their other offerings.

Insanely delicious!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great atmosphere and service too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the dark wood and burning man photos on the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We did their seasonal 3 course dinner and wow that was the best salmon I've ever had. Combined with the slight sweetness of the risotto on the side it was so good. The salad was surprisingly amazing too, as a person not a fan on beets I still cleaned my plate! And the dessert. Wow no words. Amazing. The warm decadent butter cake combined with the slight sweetness/tartness of the berries, breathtaking. 1000% Will come back and try more. Service was amazing , our server was very nice and def hyped up the menu (well deserved to be hyped up).

Very cute and cozy restaurant right next to the Hyatt at lake Tahoe (walking distance)! We came in for some last minute breakfast/lunch and we both got the Benedicts - both pretty delicious! They served breakfast items until slightly later (2pm) so that was nice. The inside was small but very homey! Nice interior. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely visit again when we're at the lake in the future.

    Clam chowder

My friend and I went on a Monday when Austin's was closed. Our previous time, about a year plus prior had slow service which made us late for an event and was expensive so we had skipped it other times. This time the service was excellent! The place is designed nice with the decor. It's very Tahoe modern and clean. We sat by the window. We couldn't understand why a bowl of clam chowder would be $19. They explained it was full clams but that still didn't make sense. They split it into 2 bowls for us and it was huge! I am definitely coming back for that. The Brie was okay, but I wouldn't seek it out. The spritz drink I had was lovely. The clam chowder and price match for the quality, but I feel some of the other items on the menu do not.

    Monte Cristo

We were lucky enough to snag the last seating at the bar otherwise it would have been a 40 minute wait to eat indoors. Hubby thought we were going to a Japanese restaurant because of the name lol I ordered the ultimate benny, hubby got the Monte Christo and our kid got the clam chowder. The Ultimate Benny was so good even the waiter said nice choice when I ordered it, that's always a good sign! lol My eggs Benedict had everything you could want: poached eggs, avocado with bacon, crab cakes and buttered lobster. Even the potatoes on the side were delicious. Hubby and my daughter seem to be happy with their meals too

Had the best time at Fumo! I was in the area for a college reunion and decided to book an igloo reservation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We thought it was super cute and appreciated the heater.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got the seared ahi, crab cake, risotto, clam chowder and a few drinks. We loved the food so much we came back for brunch the next day! I got the crab cake benedict and absolutely loved it! I'd definitely come back just for the benedict. Our servers both days were great, although I didn't catch their names.

    Lobster deviled eggs

Nice new addition to the food scene in Incline, and convenient for off-property food options if you're staying at the Hyatt Regency. Cocktails: Overall, cocktails were tasty--especially the ones served on coup glasses. Skip the old fashioned--it was served over a bunch of ice cubes instead of a big cube. That's a vibe killer for me. Food: the food was tasty from the lobster deviled eggs to steak tartare. My husband loved his ribeye. The elk (the nightly game special) was okay, but overcooked. Mushroom risotto was tasty. Because it's Incline, it's an expensive meal, but a tasty one.

The prix fixe menu from our evening
    Brad N.

We were visiting Incline Village for a family trip, and all seven of us (six adults and a six year old) descended on Fumo in search of a place that would have something for everyone (including our one gluten sensitive diner), and Fumo really delivered. Seated in a lovely outdoor space that was cozy without feeling cramped, the views were nice and woodsy feeling, but the service was as good as if we were inside. We quickly settled on shrimp ceviche, beet arugula salad, and sea scallops for table appetizers, and each one was fantastic. Honestly, the salad may have been the best of the bunch; a truly fantastic composition of fresh ingredients, with special care given to all aspects of flavor and texture contrasts. Sea scallops were large, fresh, and perfectly seared, with a tender texture and buttery flavor. For my entree, I asked to combine some elements of the prix fixe menu, and my wish was granted. I ended up with a filet mignon with mushroom risotto and asparagus, netting me a juicy and perfectly medium rare filet with a delightful but unobtrusive cognac sauce. If there was a knock on the dish at all, it was the risotto - it was a tad on the thick side, and could have used a bit more liquid, but it still tasted great. I also must call out the Passione Fumosa cocktail - featuring smoky mezcal, passion fruit, and jalapeno slices, it was a spicy delight with a great mezcal punch, and made for a great opener to our meal. We had a great time at Fumo, and seven diners went home satisfied. A win in anyone's book.

We decided to walk around the other shops instead, and as we were walking we both looked at each other and said, "Do you smell cinnamon rolls?" The amazing smell led us right into the bakery. We ordered a cinnamon roll to go because we were still full, and the staff suggested warming it up for about 40 seconds when we were ready to eat it. That was the perfect recommendation! Once I got home and warmed it up, it was absolutely delicious. The roll was soft and fresh, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet--it had the perfect balance. My only regret is that I didn't buy more! We'll definitely be stopping by again.

I ordered the Frangipane, a small gluten free treat. First, I don't like almond paste and didn't make the connect that's what this was. That's on me. But let me tell you, I devoured this dessert. It was so buttery, the texture spot on- crisp and moist at the same time, and there was the nicest little taste of raspberry. I guess I do like almond paste. I got the bacon breakfast sandwich to go and reheated it the next morning. Very filling and wonderful flavor in the biscuit. Can't wait to stop by again later this summer.

You have no idea what allergies people may have. ---- so arrived around 10 am on a Sunday to a line out the door, it took about 25 minutes to get to the front. I ordered the breakfast tacos with no pico and no guac repeating that I just wanted the meat cheese and egg, and the woman taking my order repeated it. The receipt reflected the correct order (no pico, extra cheese, etc) Food came out approximately 15 minutes later and I opened the styrofoam box to reveal pico de gallo plopped on top of my two tacos. I immediately told the guy bringing the food out that they weren't supposed to have pico, and he took them back. He then called out the tacos no pico pretty quickly and I took them outside to my table, opened them... seeing cilantro and some onions leftover. So, you just scraped it off? I'm just so shocked at this. I understand it's busy but you cannot cut corners like this. I paid for this meal so it's very confusing. My husband then took them back and brought out the correct tacos. These tacos were good. Pulled pork, eggs, cheese. They didn't skimp on ingredients. The homemade corn tortillas were great. As I said, it would have been 4 stars had they not thought it was appropriate to just scrape it off the top. I DO think it would be worth it to give them another chance, it is clearly a popular place. Dog friendly patio.
