I love being able to order, and a few minutes later, my custom drink is sitting on their counter. I've been working in the area for a little while now, and with my days being a little longer, I've been skipping out on home keurig brews and have been straight to work after dropping off my kids. Their app is very user-friendly , and I will use it and order with Starbucks over other competetors for their convenience factor. Super clean restrooms and dining area. Always a plus for me! One thing about chains is that they usually all look the same. I love that I can pre-order a breakfast sandwich with my morning lattes or pick up a protein box and eat on the go. This mommy is always on the go, and I appreciate my pick me ups without the wait time. read more

Starbucks is such a well known coffee shop, it hardly needs reviews on the quality of its coffee. However, the quality of the Partners is something I truly believe needs to happen more! This Starbucks in Dayton is amazing for so many reasons, but there is one employee who shines above and ALWAYS takes such good care of his customers. Antonio! He is such a delightful, kind, caring individual who truly understands the customers he serves. I go to this Starbucks a lot, and when he is there, I know without a doubt we are going to be taken care of in such a special way. Thank you Antonio, for everything you do!! It does not go unnoticed! read more

The line through the drive-through I counted four cars with two parked in the front and they told me you would be 15 minutes before they could have my frappe drink ready this location is awfully slow. read more

short you change then you don't have 2 cents and it's a big deal when they have shorted me change the last 5 times smh dead serious

No greeting when you come in. Wait 15 minutes for a coffee when there's only two people inside. Thank you very much Wait 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich because they forgot to make it. And then you get one excuse after another for the mishap. It seems like the workers there are devolving instead of evolving as humans used to do in the little poster in grade school.. The new remodel is a complete joke and is worse than before as far as coffee shop ambience. I hope all Starbucks go out of business. It's only because they deserve it. read more

We were headed westbound on the 50 through the little town of Dayton, and "someone" in my vehicle says they really really need to use the restroom (me eye roll and sigh) ... so I spot a Starbucks right off the highway and whip it into their parking lot. There's other fast food places that have restrooms, but Starbucks are usually more pleasant, if you know what I mean. So, we all go in anyways. Some use the restroom others skip it. I get a coffee, cause why not? We debate if we should stop for food, but all we see is fast food and one of my guys says he knows a place on Reno as we'll be heading that way that way better. OK, then off we go and good stop here at Starbucks ... maybe I better pee while I still have the chance, it's not like we're driving out in the boonies where you can just pull off and go anywhere there's a bush. read more

Christmas. Waited 40 minutes through thrive-thru. There was quite a few cars in front of me because the inside was closed, okay reasonable, but you can't spare ONE worker, to go outside and let us know that if we get to the window AT 2 or AFTER 2 , you cannot order????? There was 5 other people behind me that waited just as long. This could have been prevented. And not mentioned how it's taken 25 MINUTES?? To make 2 drinks when we go inside? Definitely not the best place of service. read more

This is the only location that charges me .75 more to switch out a tea bag. I make the switch because a heart conditions prevents me from having caffeine. I've gone from being a $10 a day customer to avoiding this location altogether. They are often slow as well. read more

Bought two travel totes of coffee that was hot brown water!! There was no coffee! My Americano was also incredibly watery. There was hardly any coffee taste. read more

I had a good experience at this location in Dayton. My wife and spent the prior couple hours exploring the Christmas lights in Virginia City and wanted a little pick-me-up for the drive home, so we stopped here. We were greeted immediately by the barista as soon as we walked in. She took our order and got to work whipping up our drinks. She was very friendly and conversational. Our drinks were also spot on and tasted how they should. We would definitely stop by here again in the future. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for years ,and have always had great service. However on todays visit Maya made it extra special. I had mentioned that I was picking up a cake pop for my granddaughter who was having a bad day. She took the time to write a n encouraging note to her on the bag , very thoughtful! read more

Meh, that's really all I can say about the Dayton Starbucks. They're consistent at what they do, but nothing really special about the place - it's no Dutch Bros or Human Bean. It does in a pinch, but nothing really outstanding about the service or location to give it more than 3 stars. read more

First of all, I think it's terrible that most Starbucks do not have decaf coffee on hand. Most offer a pour over and some will suggest a decaf Americano. I suggest if they offer the decaf Americano, to offer it as the same price as regular coffee. It is not the customer's fault that you offer decaf. Secondly at this location, we waited approx 10 minutes for 2 lukewarm pour over decaf coffees. A bit disappointing! Probably won't be back here. read more

Prices too high. Drive thru line too long. I have taken my business to Larry's Organic Coffee Shop in Dayton.

That make great food and their pink drinks are to die for. The people make the food fast and are so kind and always my order right!!

It is Dayton, so I am grateful to have a place to go with free wifi. This is Starbucks and there really are no surprises here. The baristas are a bit more casual (shall we say small town friendly?) than city Starbucks and somewhat uncertain on the process - it was a bit of a group effort. I have been here a few times and I have always been satisfied with my purchase so no complaints. I also try to time my visit when it is not crowded. The last time I went I got the Cinnamon Chia latte on ice. Wow. It was really good. I also got the Thai-Style Peanut Chicken Wrap. It comes in a little bistro box with is great for a to-go lunch. The spicy, fresh wrap comes with a very piquant peanut dipping sauce and a small bunch of grapes. Very tasty. And even though the portion was small, I found it very satisfying. It is a bit pricy - $10 in all for the drink and sandwich - but not outrageous for the quality of the ingredients. It is a nice alternative to the usual fast food. read more

Starbucks - Treat. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dayton, Nevada

Employees are nice, but can never get the order right! Simple DEmocha , almond milk no whip and it's fully caffeinated every time!l I ask for that specific one due to a health condition and this allows me to enjoy what I sometimes like to treat myself to. I tell them every time emphasis on decaf, and even after they explain that the decaf has a little caffeine in it, I'm ok with it, the last three times have been full caffeine and trust me I can feel it. They do not do what other Starbucks do and display what you ordered on the side of the cup, apparently they don't understand what's being asked for, it's not like I don't tip good. Not taking a chance on it again. read more

Starbucks for the most part are pretty consistent, our Starbucks here in Dayton is no exception good service, same drinks and food you get at all locations. read more

Good coffee, clean cut employees, clean establishment. BUT, pricing is higher than most shops around, living off of a name. Parking lot busy, drive through busy, WOKE OWNED, morning hours too long to get service. Takes master card, visa, cash, gift cards, ATM and more I'm sure. read more

I have been a patron here for YEARS on end. When Starbucks separated out their frappachino recipe I no longer liked the drink, but Megan helped me for hours until we got my drink JUST right until I liked it again. Now over the years I've tweaked it here and there and about two years ago I fell in love with the salted Carmel mocha frappachino. Then guess what? They DISCONTINUED it! I almost died. I mean not that I REALLY need the calories but umm ya it's yummy! So they still have toffee nut syrup so I can get close but the roasted salt on the top was bomb and it's GONE! Now......if I could just get the staff to be consistent at the Dayton Starbucks so my drink wouldn't suck 50-60% of the time lol, we'd be good. But to be fair when I tell almost ANY Other Starbucks the recipe I might as well grind up my money in that blender and flush it because it doesn't matter if I explain it they are just NOT going to get it right. I've wasted thousands of dollars trying other Starbucks and now I'm just over it. Dayton or bust! read more

What can one say about Starbucks? America can find a Starbucks in every town. Well I am happy that they are here in Dayton. We have only been here twice in the last 4 months, but it is good to know there is a clean and airy coffee house to sit a moment and enjoy some good over-priced coffee. We look at it as a treat. Maybe we should treat ourselves more often. ? read more

Very clean, friendly staff quick service. Alway happy with my coffee. I prefer the chai tea which is my favorite, and the breakfast sandwiches. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and during Covid they have been great for us at risk and have worn their masks to help keep us protected. Which I appreciate because I don't want to live a life of always being inside. But anyways. I do love this Starbucks and they will continue to have my business. read more

Have never had a bad experience. I love the people here. The drinks AND food are yummy. They always get my brother-in-laws specialized order spot on. I ordered his drink once and they even asked "Is this for Steve?!" read more

The coffee taste burnt. They need to buy better beans and roast them better. There are better coffee places in town.

Bad service at this place, shift managers are the worst. Seems like the blind leading the blind. No one seems happy there and they get too many orders wrong. Never going back. read more

Coffee is good. Scones are good. Guy who took my order and money? Well, I won't be going back. His personality was very dry and not to mention, I thanked him for providing me service (even though his attitude sucked) and he just looked at me and continued about his business. Not to mention when I pulled up to pay, he didn't greet me with anything. Not even a hello. Definitely disappointing. Especially for Starbucks. read more

Store was closed before posted time. Baristas we're inside on their phones. As a former SM for Starbucks this behavior is unacceptable and I'm planning on speaking with this district manager about this experience. Baristas for Starbucks apparently think they can close whenever they please. It's becoming a common theme. read more

Ordered a drink through the app (the same drink I ordered the day before, which they got correct) they gave me a hot version of the drink when I ordered a Frappuccino version. Then they came out with an iced coffee version which was still wrong and belittled me and told me that's how they make the drink I ordered. They said that I need to order the drink correctly on the online order next time. I did order the same drink as I did the day before and they made it perfectly. I don't know who Kevin is but they should send him to some customer service/management classes because he should not be in a management position with the "people skills" he displayed today. read more

Starbucks - I ordered a Toasted White Mocha Frappuccino. This is what I got. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dayton, Nevada

Was instantly greeted by the most friendly cashier I have ever met. I told him I wanted to try something new and gave him an idea of some of the flavors I like. He was very helpful with recommendations and was patient with me through my order. I ordered 4 drinks which all were made correctly and tasted amazing. I'll come back to this location any chance I get. read more

I don't normally review places like this because chains are usually just the same thing in a different location. That being said, this Starbucks is one of the best ones I have ever been to. I couldn't even count how many I have been to. When it comes to places like these customer service is top priority, and I feel that the staff here really has it down. When I come to Starbucks it is usually me alone with my three little ones, and even in the drive thru they always make it a point to notice the kids. Which as a stressed out mom of three, that really makes me feel good. I've never had any side eye or complaints when I ask for cups of water, and I've never had to complain about my drink. And trust me - I usually want them on the weirder side of things. Anyways, I make it a point to go to this location even if I'm heading to Carson. read more

Great customer service. Open super early, which I love because I have to be at work at five am.

The place is always backed up and takes forever. I understand short staffing but it's ALWAYS like that. The drinks are maybe right 2 out of 10 times. You can tell they don't make them as you order it. Best to go down the road to the place at dayton valley rd and highway 50 next to the gas station read more

This place doesn't allow you to leave tips for the baristas with a card And most people don't carry cash on them now. Really not cool.

Love this place, great staff they know a lot of their customers and gives it a personal touch. They make your drinks as requested, I love caramel and they add extra and it tastes amazing, they also are willing to change up drinks for the kids, mine like a raspberry/strawberry Frappuccino. It is clean inside with a lot of extras like coffee mugs, machines, tea, flavoring for coffee at home. I also love to order the traveler coffee for meetings at work. This location beats the others I have been to in this area, and ca. read more

Everytime I come in here the girls are very rude the set your drinks on the counter when they are done and don't say anything like how are we supposed to know if that's our drink or not?! You're the reason I keep coming back other wise I'd go somewhere else!!! read more

I've gotten pretty mediocre service from here previously but today really took the cake. I had to repeat my drink to the guy at least 4 times, had a pretty substantial wait and then my latte was served to me COLD. Over 4 dollars for a latte that feels like it had been left out for an hour. I don't know how they even made it that way! I was already running late back to work (due to the long wait) or I would've gone back and asked for another drink. Not going back, I will be bringing tea to work that I can drink rather than going there on my breaks. read more

Dayton needs a better coffee place. This Starbucks is awful. I am a huge fan of chai tea lattes and every time I go in to get one I pay 5 dollars for watered down milk with cinnamon. It's horrid. Not to mention the redhead with the glasses and braids is absolutely rude and not very attentive. How about not wasting money on unnecessary remodeling and start spending on quality drinks. Oh and the prices suck. read more
