Yep this place is fabulous. I had the San Tan Spa Pedicure and a basic manicure. (My job doesn't allow color,gels etc on the fingernails). The service is exceptional from the moment I stepped in the door until I walked out all new and fresh and relaxed. This salon is new and clean and wonderful and all the other gushing spectacular adjectives that I can't think of right now because I'm just so relaxed from the amazing pedicure I received. Bottled water was offered after I signed in and a bowl with granola bars was available If I wanted a snack while I waited 5 minutes for my technician. I requested an online appointment for 2pm last Friday and got a call saying they couldn't take me until three. I politely told them I had to be out by four and I know the timing is tight so I would have been okay with scheduling for another day, it wasn't a problem. I was assured I could get in and out and was told to come in slightly before three to remove my current dip. I arrived at 2:50 and wasn't seated until 3:15... I even got up and told the gentleman at the front desk I was in a rush and could come back but he said no, it was fine. The nails..... I have natural long nails. I told the nail tech id like them slightly trimmed and she instantly took a buzzer and cut about half an inch off... didn't want for my dip to be off and use nails clippers and ask if I liked the length? All of my nails are different lengths as she didn't pay attention to that detail, either. I paid for a dip manicure. She didn't cut off any of my cuticles, no lotion at the end and now my white nails have turned yellow which has never happened (I've been getting white for a year now) and she put a gel coat on top and had me set my hands in the light which I've never gotten done with dip? Is this the cheaper way of doing it? The top coat is peeling off and they look terrible. Nail tech was nice. Charged an extra $15 to take the gel off my toes during a pedicure. Polish removal is part of a pedicure service! DO NOT GO HERE!! This is a -10000/5 stars. This was my first and last time going to this nail salon. I asked for a pink sparkly tip nail and the owner assured me they could do it. She picked out a pink polish and a sparkly polish to go on top. I asked her if she could do a pink sparkly powder instead because i knew it would show up better (I have been getting my nails done for years). She told me that was not possible because I had acrylic polish on from my previous set. This is completely false. I was cut 3 times and was visibly bleeding. The woman doing my nails did not do anything about it, in fact she did not talk to be the entire time she was doing my nails. As you can see in the pictures, they are ridiculously thick. She put the first coat of sparkle polish on and I saw that it barely showed up so I asked if she could do multiple coats and she said sure. Then she never did it. She wrote up the nails to be $77, which is the highest price I have ever paid for basic nails, no design. When I went up to pay I told the owner that I was not happy with the nails and that the sparkle was not what I asked for. She said she could put the dip I originally wanted on for $10 more. So she wanted to charge me extra for doing something she said she couldn't do when i asked at the start?? I said fine because I wanted my nails to be what I wanted and to leave. The nail tech came back looking very annoyed and didn't say a word to be as she barely filed off the tip and put the powder on. As you can see in the photos, she did a horrible job. They are CLEARLY way taller on the tip because of the extra powder and the fact she did not file off the first part. TWO DAYS LATER they started to break off when i was doing daily tasks. So in conclusion I paid nearly $100 for the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. Again, do not go here. Nobody should have to deal with this level of frustration. I want my money back. read more

This is one of the most upscale nail and spa salon in the area. Clean, elegant and you are treated like a VIP when you enter the door. They do it all here, nails, spa treatments, lashes and permanent makeup, etc. Everything is well organized and stocked with every color you can image.
