Drove over 20 min to this location to be told they canceled my 4:30 pm appointment with no email or anything to inform me so I could go to a closer salon . And told me I would have to wait till 6 to have my pedi done . My first and last time coming here . Advice for this location make sure your system matches your website . Very inconvenient and to be told I would have to wait for the people with appts to show up to be seen is crazy . Reply to owner: I think it's disingenuous to not notify clients that book appointments that you canceled them in advance . Your system has my cell phone number and email when I booked the appointment. A simple text message would of sufficed informing me of the cancellation. Instead of waiting for me to arrive to inform me . Maybe incorporate that into your business practice so you won't receive bad reviews.. read more

Apple's work is always 5 star. She did right by me and fixed the job one of her employees had done to make me leave a not 5 star review. They turned out exactly as I originally wanted. She is so sweet and I know she has high standards for her business, so I'm guessing her nail tech was just having an off day. I will be back in the future, to see her. Thanks Apple! read more

I am very picky about my nails. I have a salon I've been going to for over a year but they were so busy so I tried a new place. Let me tell you they impressed me. I have never been to a nail salon where the technician was so thorough. Michael was my technician and he was amazing he did exactly what I wanted and took his time perfecting my nails. Entire staff was super welcoming and nice. I will definitely be making this place my new go to. read more

OBSESSED with my Hybrid Gel from Apple! I am so picky about my pink and white and I'm also really rough on my nails.... I love how strong these are and how nice and crisp they look! Apple introduced me to hybrid gel when I started going there about 6 months ago and I will never do anything else or go anywhere else! Plus if you want you can just do solid neutral color and add paint on top! (Which let me tell you they have a STOCKED selection ) The pedicures are awesome with high tech massage chairs, the salon is clean and has a great modern vibe. Let's just say if you aren't doing hybrid gel yet, you're doing it wrong ... and Apple Nailed It has the best in town! read more

Just moved to this area and was nervous about trying to find a new nail spot. From the first time I walked in (w/o an appointment ) to now being a regular and even having a favorite nail tech (shout out to Kayla ) they have been welcoming, hospitable, & always have a great attitude! Thank you for creating such an awesome environment, Apple & Tom! read more

I just moved back to AZ after being in Chicago for the last 5 years. I was elated when I saw my dear friend Apple opened a spa. I visited yesterday and had the most wonderful, yet relaxing escape from everything. I got a full set of angel volume lashes, hybrid gel pink nails, and a Sedona pedicure with a French. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is vibrant, clean, and well sanitized. I don't mind driving over an hour bi-weekly to get this awesome pampering. You won't have any regrets. read more

After searching reviews on Yelp I noticed this place had a few great reviews. I can definitely see why! The salon is nice and new and the ladies who work in the salon are great! Christina did my pedicure and she did a really great job. She paid close attention to detail and wasn't afraid to spend time on my problem areas. Next, Apple did my nails and I absolutely love them. Apple listened to what I liked (I got a dip mani) and she did everything I wanted. I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this shop. Amazing customer service & extremely friendly staff. read more

This new Salon is nothing short of amazing. Apple is so sweet and caring. Danny did my pedicure and manicure which was AWESOME. The massage chairs not only do your full back, but your hips and butt as well- the best massage chairs I have sat in! It was hard for me to leave, I was so relaxed. The Apple pedicure is what I highly recommend. And the heated neck pillows were the cherry on top! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this salon. I moved from San Diego and have been looking for a nail salon for over a year. I've had such great experience with the work that's been done, and the interactions I've had with all the employees Specially the owners Apple and her husband. They are the friendliest, most professional and hard working owners I've ever met. My to go person is Anna. She is detail oriented, clean, professional, and does such an amazing job with my gel manicures and pedicures. I've never had to return for a touchup or ask her to do something twice for me. Everything is perfect the first time which is rare to find. Their prices are very reasonable considering the fact that there are in Gilbert. If I could give a six star I would. Thanks for your customer service and beautiful work. read more

The $10 that I am speaking of is from one of your nail technicians falsely claiming that gel was $10 more not $15. We wanted regular polish to begin with but they wouldn't stop asking us and made us feel uncomfortable so when we said "Ok how much?" they both said $10. So we agreed to a $10 up charge for the gel. As far as the amount of times I was knicked with the tools she was using, you said nothing about that. So no. My review DOES make sense. I was hurt multiple times and flinched/took my foot away in pain. My mom was also knicked and they put glue over the blood which caused her an infection within days of this happening. We were both hurt. The answer to why? Because we were being rushed, I understand it was mother's day and you guys were busy and have other clients but we are all PAYING customers who deserve a thorough job. We came to relax not to sit in pain and then get overcharged in the end. As we looked over at the woman sitting next to us, they were all receiving great service from their technicians which were men. Maybe it's just the woman who rush? I don't know.. but at the end of the day that is what happened. This was OUR mother's day. & instead of being sympathetic you are being rude & defensive and saying my review "makes no sense". Awesome business owners!!!! BTW This is what yelp is for, to inform others of anything good or BAD that they have experienced as a paying customer. If my past reviews are 1 stars, it's to warn others. I've been to amazing nail salons in the past & I show my gratitude by tipping & bringing my friends and family to the establishment. I use yelp to shine light onto businesses who have 1. hurt or made me sick 2. overcharge 3. bad service. I will continue to use it in whatever way I feel is necessary and appropriate to help other people in hopes of saving them time, money & pain. Nobody needs to go through what we went through. ESPECIALLY on Mother's day! read more

The older woman that did my acrylic fill was grumpy and a terrible nail tech! Obviously will not be returning!

Yep this place is fabulous. I had the San Tan Spa Pedicure and a basic manicure. (My job doesn't allow color, gels etc on the fingernails). The service is exceptional from the moment I stepped in the door until I walked out all new and fresh and relaxed. This salon is new and clean and wonderful and all the other gushing spectacular adjectives that I can't think of right now because I'm just so relaxed from the amazing pedicure I received. Bottled water was offered after I signed in and a bowl with granola bars was available If I wanted a snack while I waited 5 minutes for my technician. The massage chairs are a gift from heaven that landed in Apple Nailed it Spa. This is the salon folks! I travel all over the US for my job. This place is far and away top of the list. read more

Shout out best lash in town!! Apple always provides the best of the best services! A couple months ago, I moved here from Vegas and have been desperately looking for a lash artist who knows how to create a volume/mega volume set. I requested an online appointment for 2pm last Friday and got a call saying they couldn't take me until three. I politely told them I had to be out by four and I know the timing is tight so I would have been okay with scheduling for another day, it wasn't a problem. I was assured I could get in and out and was told to come in slightly before three to remove my current dip. I arrived at 2:50 and wasn't seated until 3:15... I even got up and told the gentleman at the front desk I was in a rush and could come back but he said no, it was fine. The nails..... I have natural long nails. I told the nail tech id like them slightly trimmed and she instantly took a buzzer and cut about half an inch off... didn't want for my dip to be off and use nails clippers and ask if I liked the length? All of my nails are different lengths as she didn't pay attention to that detail, either. I paid for a dip manicure. She didn't cut off any of my cuticles, no lotion at the end and now my white nails have turned yellow which has never happened (I've been getting white for a year now) and she put a gel coat on top and had me set my hands in the light which I've never gotten done with dip? Is this the cheaper way of doing it? The top coat is peeling off and they look terrible. Nail tech was nice. She told me the gentleman at the front never informed her I had to be out at a certain time... stars are for her, not for the nails. read more

I honestly wish that I could rate them no stars.. this is terrible. Even after them messsing up my nails at no point did anyone apologize or anything. This is a garbage!!! As soon as a crowd hits they want to rush and give you want THEY want you to have. And even with me not being fully satisfied I still had to pay $70 for this half assed shit. I was honestly being patient with them the entire process but the way they handled this was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I don't want the service for free but the least they could've done was APOLOGIZE for fucking my shit up. I WILL be disputing this charge immediately read more

I have to admit, they did an excellent job on my acrylic nail fill. However, I won't be going back. $55 before a tip is too much for fills. I've been to a lot of great salons thru the years, but thats the highest price I've paid anywhere. No design, nothing special, just fills. Too bad...
