This place started out REALLY nice, professional and prompt but now smh! STAY AWAY....walked in at 9am made an appointment for 2 for full set, fill and 2 pedis came back at 10am due to large party. Came back waited 30 minutes to be seen which was fine. Sit down for my appointment picked a color and the nail tech decided to pick his own AFTER I specified it wasn't correct. I found a new color which took another 15 minute because it was a special color. Once he finished at 12pm I waited to get started with my other services while all the techs sat around talking including the owner and no one said anything. My daughter kept instructing her nail tech on how she wanted her nails, he finally asked for help, only for them to have to get another nail tech to fix and complete the job. I finally asked about my pedicure everyone looked confused and not once apologetic for my time, the errors NOTHING. It used to be quality over quantity but now it's about how many they can get in the chair. I left with a gel fill after 2 hours only. I have been going to this shop for almost 6 months now. I am so disappointed. And not only that as I sat in my car waiting for my daughter to finish the owner's husband PAUL walked out to my car and instead of apologizing told me not to EVER come back because I "trashed" them on YELP!! We had a great experience. We called on a Friday asking to come in first thing on Saturday morning. There were 4 of us for a bridal party. They accommodated us nicely. They were attentive and did a great job. We aren't from Gilbert so we're very happy they were able to help. And our nails looked amazing! Thank you! read more

Coming to this salon was not the best option the girl who took care of me filed off my skin and then left blisters on my cuticle area and she did not shape them good I asked for square nails and gave me duck nails shape instead. I've been seeing Apple for over 9 months using hard gel and can't say enough good things about her and the salon. I work in the medical field and wash my hands multiple times throughout the day, previously had trouble with gel and dip polish chipping off. With hard gel, I can go several weeks without a fill and have never needed a repair. I highly recommended! read more

Meh....I don't mind paying higher prices if the service is excellent...The pedicure was great, but the guy got up half way though and left another man to do it. He rushed the polish, and it looks bad. I told the lady he rushed the polish, but they didn't offer to repaint. You can see in the photo how they don't use brushes to wipe off excess and didn't even bother to paint all the way down making my toenails look shorter. I don't think I've ever been to the salon and then rushed home to repaint them myself. Also, staff is rude and laugh at the customers. read more

To be honest, I had high hopes about this place (I even took my high standard bsf here) and I was left disappointed. First, they didn't do any cuticle care. Second, they said they had the color I wanted but when the nail tech opened the nail polish, it was all clumped. So, I didn't get the color I requested. Third, when I politely asked for gems, I was met with an exasperated sigh and complaint. Lastly, I got my nails done last Friday and I already have to get them redone. To say the least, I am frustrated and disappointed and am left with nails that cost $110. I would NOT recommend this place to get your nails done. read more

Okay so the first time I went here I got a full set done. I got a full set of short acrylics done. First off I told the lady I wanted short but she never asked me how short she choose on her own and they were extremely short like barely longer then my natural nail. I wanted them short but not that short cause I wouldn't have paid for acrylics I would have just gotten my natural nail done if i knew they were gonna be this short. I then went back for an acrylic fill and I first I thought it was fine but turns out it wasn't , I had a different lady do them them then first time she said they were done badly and are gonna lift badly. So another lady came over and gave me 2 options to soak off and do a new full set or to double fill or something like that. I came in with enough money for a fill which is what it was only supposed to be so I didn't want a full set that I couldn't afford. So I had the lady do the double fill or whatever it was called and then literally a few days later one of my nails break off. So I got upset cause I had just gotten them done. I went and got it fixed everything was fine then a couple days later another breaks off. Then now they are all lifting off and one of them the polish completely peeled off. So as I could say I'm am not happy with my experience here at all! I will now be looking for another place to go. read more

I recently just went into apple's Salon that opened up in East Gilbert. My mom has been seeing her for couple years for her lashes and nails. I have never seen her, this was my first time. It's a hit and miss. I went the other day to get a nail polish change and a pedicure. The pedicure I chose was 42$ totally fine , I chose gel elixir polish , when are my toes had polish on it but it was halfway sanded off they still charged me for removing polish. Then she painted my nails and missed a ton of spots, the edges and the corners and left some paint on my skin. Honestly my niece and nephew could've done a better job. . For my heads DePaulis change I did the same Gel elixir but a different color. Only polish change. I did have gel on my fingers so they took that off they charged me $18 to take that off and then $30 for the gel elixir polish. When she sanded off the polish that I had on it was very uneven there was a lot of sharp edges it was not rounded it just looks terrible not very uniform. I don't have the best hands and feet but they did not do a good job. She just sped through it. I freaking spent 100$ you would thing it would look better. read more

I have been to so many salons throughout the area and this one by far has the best service! Usually when I go to get acrylic or dip they never take the time to do my cuticles. Not here! Both my ladies made sure everything was done to perfection. I want to particularly mention Michelle, she made sure I liked everything every step of the way and overall just went above and beyond. I have been coming to this salon since they opened. All of the technicians I have had are very professional and courteous. They are all gentle and take their time and concentrate on what they are doing. I don't really have a favorite technician because they are all good. This place is the cleanest around. Tom is always disinfecting and cleaning the chairs. The instruments are sterilized in bags so you know they are clean and sanitary. They also have many options for different pedicures. You can spend the basic amount or really pamper yourself! I will definitely be coming back here for awhile! read more
