I will say though, my assigned nail technician, Cindy, was very lovely and unproblematic. Unlike the other workers, they would try to pressure you and upsale to get services that you never intended to get. Plus, I had a feeling the lady that ran the front desk, her name is Kim, I believe, she made it clear that she disliked me every time I came by for an appointment. Mind you, I came with decency and kindness, because that's how I naturally am as a person, but something told me that she does not really like Black people or people of color; so definitely didn't feel welcomed. Ever since I had the last encounter, last summer, I have not been back. I would definitely think twice about going there, especially considering if you don't feel like being annoyed or antagonized by the employees.

The staff were welcoming & friendly . The space was just remodeled & is nice & soothing. I got the Essential Comfort Pedi. I don't know the name of the lady who did my pedi, but she did an excellent job. My feet were awful & I have horrible calluses. They have added callus removal to the Essential Comfort Pedi all for $45. A great value in my opinion. This will definitely be my go to place.

However, Jobe is the absolute BEST when it comes to pedicures. He's very thorough, takes his time, he's friendly, and truly puts effort into providing an excellent service. I also love Susan for my nails. She's super sweet and always does a great job doing exactly what I ask for. 10/10 for both Jobe and Susan, but from my experiences you honestly can't go wrong with any of the nail techs. They also have snacks, treats, and waters available for customers. There is a very large variety of colors available to choose from for both gel and powder (although my one small suggestion would be to update regular color availability--some of the bottles are old, empty, etc.). It is a little pricey, but I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Truly, we love this place and will continue to go back! :)

Before I even sat down I confirmed they could remove ingrown toenails, the gentlemen' doing my nails did not know how to remove them and asked for one of the other techs help she rudely stated she would not be doing that because she couldn't and I said that's why I asked first in which I was told yes , I had to take them out myself while there no one once offered to assist we were there for about 4 hours and our nails and toes look horrible. The guy doing my pedicure burned my legs with the hot rags and cut and burned my toes with the drill., I left with product left on my legs My daughter got a full set and they are thick and chunky and all uneven. I myself also got a full set and mine are all different lengths and uneven. I had to take the file myself and do them because they did not know what they were doing. I am almost positive no one there is licensed and 170$ is a lot Of money to have spent on without being satisfied NOT HAPPY I ended up rushing out of there as I had to pick up my child from school and now I'm home with a mess to clean and scorned legs on my only day off thanks for nothing

I've gone here a few times a few years ago, and I just tried recently to start back going again…read morebecause my nail tech was on an extended vacation. I'm just sharing my experience. It could be a miscommunication or cultural thing, but I definitely feel like they went out of their way to make me feel uncomfortable. The first time I attended this salon number 11 did my nails she was super efficient. I did have a few broken nails because I had just moved from my apartment and she repaired those no issue. Now one of the nails she repaired. I came back to the salon a week later because that nail had broken. They then told me that they were going to charge me five dollars because my previous set was on for a long time. I understood my last nail tech never had an issue with this and I've never had to get a full set after two fills. It's just my nails grow really fast. No big deal I paid for the repair. I come back for a regular fill and this time the guy at the first desk does my nails and at the second fill my nail had broken again the one that number 11 had originally repaired. To remind you none of my nails that were broken. We're done by the nail tech that I originally went to the nails that they were fixing were nails that they had repaired when I had went and got my fill. He does my nails a week later that same nail breaks again I come in to get a repair and they're like clearly talking about me and then I say at the table next to where the girl number 11 did my nails and the guy is handling my hands, roughly being super passive aggressive saying oh you need to fill. It's been too long your nail keeps breaking. Mind you this is the nail they fixed none of the nails that my OG tech did outside of when it broke when I was moving has broken. So they're complaining about it being my Phil has been on too long and that's why my nails keep breaking, but the nail that keeps breaking is the nail that they originally repaired. So it was just like really uncomfortable. They were super passive aggressive. I really wanted to like this place because it's right next to my house. But after this last time and having the last guy be so rough with my hands, I probably wouldn't come back.
