I have been going here for years and I see Tina but everyone is great! They do so many great things for their customers. First if you pay with cash you get 5% cash back. They have a frequent customer stamp card so once you get nine stamps you get a FREE pedicure! They offer beverages with your service too. I normally never write negative reviews but I'm so disappointed in Apple! I've been going there for years and have always requested one technician but thought I'd just walk in today. I had Tammy and had the worst nail experience I've ever had and I've had my nails done a lot. I asked to fix a "bubbly" nail at the end and she told me I moved my hand, which I didn't and then told one of the other technicians in Vietnamese and then pointed at me and laughed at me. I also work in healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner and am not allowed to have long nails and she kept telling me my nails were too short and "next time come with long nails". Beautiful interior design and lots of skilled nail techs make this my new go to spa place ! Temperature checks , lots of sanitizing and social distancing this place has figured it out. Worst part, owner, Kevin, just watches the show but don't have guts or common sense to intervene. It's time I take my business somewhere else after 4 years of coming here. Anna, insulted my two friends. Only mistake, they didn't have an appointment and asked how long is the wait AFTER waiting for 1hr 15 mins patiently in pedicure area. Feet were already wrinkled from being soaked for over an hour. Yet, Anna slammed their chairs and asked them to leave for giving her "attitude". I had a 2pm appointment today. They called me at 12:20 to push it back to 2:30. I arrived at 2:25 and was told the tech was ready for me. I sat in her chair. She removed my polish then told me she had to go finish painting someone's pedicure. I watched her do a FULL pedicure and 30 minutes later, she still hadn't returned to me. I used their services for over a year, because I liked their price and speed, but I never liked the attitude of the workers, especially the older women. I preferred to make an appointment with the men because the women were very rude. Sadly, the last time I didn't get an appointment and I got a worker named Christy and I couldn't stand her attitude anymore. She got the wrong color and treated me horribly. This is my go-to spot for pedicures. Nice massage chairs. Very friendly staff. The technology is 50/50. They have a cool iPad at the front desk where you enter your phone number to check-in but they don't allow you to make an appointment online. They all do a great job. I got the deluxe pedicure. I always leave there feeling great. Will I go back? Absolutely. I go back all the time. When I told her I didn't like my nails she said too late. She did a poor job and then gaslighted me by saying I wanted natural nails after I asked for a full set. I used to come here all the time when I didn't live too far away, but I have been out of town for a few years and just returned this weekend. The owner Kevin remembered me and my husband, he's very nice. They got me in early for my appointment, didn't have to wait at all. I got SNS manicure, Laura did my nails. She was extremely thorough, she cut my cuticles really well, filed and buffed them. There isn't any dip in my cuticles. I'm very pleased with my nails. She was also very sweet and made great conversation! Highly recommend! For covid they are taking precautions. They have you wash your hands before you get any work done, you have to wear your mask and there is a glass in between you and the nail lady. read more

I got a gel manicure. The lady who took care of me was Nhuy. I don't get my nails done very often. It's been maybe a couple years since the last time. The lady I went to was very kind and patient with me and kept me informed on each step since i told her its been a while and don't remember how this works. I was pretty nervous to get my nails done and it turned out fine. I would request her next time. She was also pleasant to speak with and seemed interested in what I had to say. Also this place was very big and there were a lot of people. I was initially worried I couldn't get in but they communicated with me right away even though they were so busy and still got me in right away. Everyone was very polite. It wasn't too loud even though it was busy and very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I would also go here again. Also had a good selection of color options for my nails. read more

At first I was a little nervous because the seat at the nail salon aren't socially distant but what this place did was put a rolling board in between myself and the other customer to divide us and give us our space. 2 out of 3 visits here have been dissapointing and therefore I will not be returning. The first, a gel removal and manicure, was very rushed and many basic steps of a manicure were skipped. I had to tend to my nails once I got home from the appointment. Second visit was for a pedicure during the holidays and it was an enjoyable experience. After having a positive experience my third visit also for a pedicure. They fit me in at last minute, which I appreciated, however if I had known how it would go I would have gone elsewhere. The woman performing my pedicure was very rushed and extremely rough on my feet. Every step was sloppy and half-assed. She was so rough with the nail file (non electric) that she nicked the skin around my toe and it bled throughout the remainder of the appointment. This is not a place I care to visit in the future. I went here for years but over time it went downhill. I really like the owner, he is a very nice guy. Unfortunately the older women who work here are really rude. There is only one woman who can do acrylic nails and she clearly does not want to do acrylics because she constantly was trying to upsell me to SNS (to the point it was just rude and obnoxious) and she would over file my nails to the point that they hurt which caused issues with my nail bed...when problems arose she would say "get SNS" , a good nail tech would immediately address nail fungus but she did not care. I am giving this salon one star because I like the color and ombré. I was rushed thought service, no manicure service - no cuticles, lotion, hot towel, massage. I received the powder dip only. At the end of the service I was given a sticky note with the name of technician and $60 written. If the service matched the charge I would be happy to pay. However- I received nothing besides the dip. There were no nail tips and I was charged for a "full set" with an up-charge for ombré. Nowhere in the salon was there a posted price list and when I found a brochure in the salon I was told the price listed for the service I received was old. I'm giving them 2 stars simply because of Julie! Julie was so sweet and nice. The young girl sitting next to me was super sweet as well. The other ladies in there were rude as heck and racist. I simply ask for scrub because I had white residue from soaking all over my hands and it wouldn't come off with just WATER! My sister was there with her baby and the lady with the bob cut was talking about her 6 month old baby crying. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. They are so unprofessional. They massaged everyone else hand with scrub and oil and just told me to get the oil myself. 150 spent and I will never come back! The staff was rude and disrespectful. I was really disappointed with the service. My sister and I took my parents there to celebrate my mom's 65th birthday. They were refugees from Cambodia and have physically laborious jobs that never allowed them to care for themselves. This was something special my sister and I wanted to give my parents. Awesome pedicure! I was a walk in for a pedicure and they're wonderful for offering an organic pedicure for a great price $35 plus tip. I had a relaxing time and enjoyed myself. My tech was super and kind. I think they are changing their schedule to be closed on Sundays in 2020, so keep that in mind. They have a rewards card to earn free services after so many purchases. I was serviced by Anna for SNS, and it was honestly one of the best manicures I have ever had! She is incredibly talented, has great attention to detail, and was FAST! I used to go here years ago and then started going to a nail place closer to my office and house and also because I didn't get a friendly feeling from them. however, the nail tech left there and went to Apple - I was so disappointed! But I really like my nail tech so I went back to Apple. Today myself, daughter and friend were going to have our nails done. I have one of their reward cards which gets you a free pedicure when you get another full service. I asked them, since I was paying for my daughter's full service if I could use my reward and get my pedi for free. They said "no it had to be the same person". I was floored since the reward stamps are when you have 9 full services (estimate at least $540). so I've spent at least $540 (probably more because that doesn't include tips) and they wont let me get the free pedi when I'm still paying another $60 today? Such poor management decision as the 3 of us left and went right back to the nail salon closer to my home. Between my daughter and I for over a year thats at least $2,000 in lost business. Plus how I will be sure to let my friends and community know how there are other salons more worthy of your business. read more

Went for almost a year. My dip nails kept cracking. Wasn't sure if it was they soak your hands in acetone until they are ready or not enough coats. Going back to Aloha. No soaking. This has always been my go-to nail spot, good for a reasonable and quick pedicure. My husband bought me a gift card to there for my birthday in 2020, which was the week before everything shut down for COVID. I use nails as a special treat, and to be honest getting my nails done was not something that I prioritized when I was trying to keep my household together and my kids schooled at that time. My husband works in the healthcare so we have been very careful about doing indoor activities, but recently we have relaxed a bit so I thought that I would try to use my gift card and give my feet some much-needed attention. I talked to an employee and the owner Kevin today. They said that they would NOT honor the gift card because they were only shut down for 2 months, and they give people a year to use the gift card so I had plenty of time. I explained that although they might have been open, it wasn't my priority to use the gift card prior to now (it wasn't really on my radar that it would even expire - I mean, they already had our money, and they're still open). They REFUSED to honor the gift card, so they essentially stole my money. They may have enough customers that they don't mind losing an occasional customer, but I will not go there again and I wouldn't support a business that treats even occasional customers that way. read more

Apple nails is very pretty inside. It's kept really clean. I even watched the manager or owner, not sure which. But he was dusting. I was a walk-in. They took me right away. I needed to have my SNS removed. They soak it all did by putting your hands in acetone with a paper towel in the bowl. You rub your fingers against the towel to rub off the polish. I didn't like this process at first but it did take the polish off faster. My nails came out beautiful. They have so many colors to choose from. Kim did my nails and she was very sweet. There were several men getting pedicures. So men definitely feel welcome. I will definitely be back and get my nails redone. read more
