I am a plus size girl and today the owner decided to tell me don't lean on the arm of the pedicure chair to get up because I will break it. 10/10 do not recommend, I'm not the kind of person to leave bad reviews because I typically don't care enough to but my past and last time going was awful. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and passive aggressive for no apparent reason, I barely spoke 3 words to her I just tried to stay quiet, she got irritated with me because I asked her if I could test out a color on my nails and I could tell she just did not want to do it to add "more work" for herself, she snatched my hands at one point stating she had to "redo" something because I barely touched my nails, I ended up not picking a color and saying I was fine with clear because I was just ready to leave. I felt bad almost and did not want to cause a scene because my past 2 times going to Nail Garden were both good experiences and I had no issues but this time was god awful and I cried when I got to my car! Call me dramatic but that lady needs to go. Had the worst pedicure. This review is only based on the lady that did my pedicure I'm not sure anyone else in the salon. But my pedicure has come short, I ask for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Her work is very messy, first off she ask if I need to cut down I said yes please, instead of using a nail clipper she use the nipper (which is for the cuticles) to cut my nails, which OK but then she filed my toes nail with a file she pull out from her apron instead of using a new file in the pedicure package. Next she started cutting my cuticles which she not really cutting because she was yanking my cuticles which it hurt and she started cutting the side of my toe nails which I don't understand why she did that because I do not have ingrown at all. But now she cut all the corners and side of my toes, which I left in pain because again she was yanking it out. Scrubbing the bottom of my feet she barely put any effort pressure to scrub my still rough. I'm not expecting to be baby but smoot than what I come in with. But no is not. Now is massage, I thought I would get some decent massage with a deluxe pedicure, but massage was no longer then 2 mins she literally just slap some lotion/oil on and that it. Lastly the polish l, it is very messy got on my cuticles and the polish wasn't smooth. The lady told me I shouldn't get White because my toes were short, well I told her I never have that problem before. I left with uneven and painful toes. I will definitely not come back or recommend. I did paid $60 plus 20% tips The price is fair but the the treatment I get for what I paid doesn't match up. read more

I stumbled across this place after my main location never reopened after Covid. So glad I did even though I've lived down the street for 18 years. What I love about them is the prices. See I still get a regular acrylic fill in and a regular pedicure( I HAVE GREAT FEET) so I only spend $60-$65 and it lasts well into three weeks for me. Debbie is my go to for my services, she's one of the best her. Andy is good too but I like Women doing my services...imo they're gentler but anywho they have a point system which allows you to accumulate for a discount. And that helps. It is clean, bright and most staff members wears a mask and definitely gloves. The atmosphere is peaceful...HGTV plays on all the tv's(sound off) and you can vibe with good music in the background with a glass of wine, soda or water. Been here twice. Won't return. Both times they said they were running behind but still accepting walk-ins. They rush rush rush. This last time I chose a light pink. The nail tech completed my gel color change but it was bumpy and still transparent in some places. The lead teach told her to buff it out and add one more coat, which helped but it was still bumpy. She didn't want to and asked if he could "fix it " because she didn't see anything wrong. He said "no I'm too busy, you can fix it, easy!" As you see in the pic the color was no longer transparent but still not smooth. I gave them 2 stars because it's a clean place at least. And the massage chairs are powerful. read more

This place has a good nail color selection but the customer service is horrible. The guy that works there is so rude and gets upset about everything. I was trying to get a design on one nail of a feather and it needed up looking like nothing like I wanted so I asked them to redo it for roses I'm not sure what they did but they look nothing like roses and I was just so upset at that point I didn't want them to redo it he saw how mad I was though and didn't charge me but still his attitude was very unnecessary. One of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. My partner is gender queer, and we both felt very welcome, which is worth almost as much as the quality of work. Happily, they did excellent work as well! Both my tech & my partner's really paid attention to detail. I am very picky about my acrylics, but Kim shaped them absolutely perfectly. Would not have stopped here on my own...in a non-descript strip center behind a restaurant undergoing renovation. But wow oh WOW am I glad someone recommended this little jewel to me! Some highlights: 1--The acrylic fill was 15, which is half of what I had been paying. WIN! 2--The work was done exceptionally well and a pleasant amount of chit chat without mind-numbing yammering or utter silence. 3--I bring my own polish, but they had a really great selection of colors and kept special collections together, which is great when you are searching for a certain color 4--Greeted each guest warmly and made sure they understood what was needed before assigning someone. 5--Bathrooms were very clean! 6--Music selection was awesome, a nice mix of 80s and current music and not too loud, either! 7--Offered beverages (I had my own water) and very pleasant demeanor of my nail tech and I was thrilled by his work...which brings me to 8..... 8--Men working there, which I like because it seems to cut down on catty drama which can plague salons in a big way! Andy really is the one who deserves these 5 stars. He held on a conversation with me & still focused on doing the job properly. Really nice guy! He told me, "I can do anything, you just have to know what you want." He delivered! He left the store after doing my nails because I'm assuming he was taking his break. I stayed to let my nails dry & as I was leaving, he happened to be arriving.
