I went back to show them the shotty job that was done- my cuticles were not properly pushed back and the paint was lifting and chipping on every nail, so they scheduled me for a repair 2 days later and gave me permission to soak it off at home since it was snagging on everything. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they need to charge me for a new set because it was now past 5 days. I had time stamped pictures to prove the manicure didn't last, but they still refused to redo my nails now saying they'd "fix chips within the first 3 days" but that they don't redo the whole job. Consider my experience before you drop $60 on a manicure here.

Other than the standard and spa like treatments, there's also services dedicated to those who are diabetic, geriatric, and deal with harsh calluses and dry skin. My consultation with Vay (the owner) was for a couple of calluses and layered skin on a corn in between my little toe and the one next to it. She also gave me my first pedi. The seating was is very comfortable. She was friendly, focused, and thorough tending to my concerns. You can tell this is an art for her and she's serious about her work. I was nervous about it feeling uncomfortable, but totally the opposite. I left with my feet feeling amazing. The callus and corn between my toes was so smoothed out that I was pain free. Haven't experienced that in a very long time. No other salon tried to help with the layered skin, so I stopped going. The polish lasted about 3 weeks and pedi was good for a little over 4 weeks (the smoothness of what's between my toes). The salon itself feels spacious, clean, and I love the layout and color scheme. The music is loud enough to sing along to, but low to where it's not overwhelming. They also offer water and coffee. Despite the prices being a little high, it's been worth every single cent! You can also book appointments with a guest. Set up appointments that include a couple of services as well.

It is ecofriendly, diabetic and geriatric friendly,calluses and dry skin is more visible to care for, allows nail polish to last longer and reduces the risk of cross contamination. Great place! When I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, I didn't expect them to be able to do it exactly, but they did the exact colors and what I wanted. Also, I had a small irritated spot next to my nail, and when they were bluffing my nail, she made sure not to scratch that part with the filer and was gentle, and in the end my nails turned out really good! read more

Her work is very messy, first off she ask if I need to cut down I said yes please, instead of using a nail clipper she use the nipper (which is for the cuticles) to cut my nails, which OK but then she filed my toes nail with a file she pull out from her apron instead of using a new file in the pedicure package. Next she started cutting my cuticles which she not really cutting because she was yanking my cuticles which it hurt and she started cutting the side of my toe nails which I don't understand why she did that because I do not have ingrown at all. But now she cut all the corners and side of my toes, which I left in pain because again she was yanking it out. Scrubbing the bottom of my feet she barely put any effort pressure to scrub my still rough. I'm not expecting to be baby but smoot than what I come in with. But no is not. Now is massage, I thought I would get some decent massage with a deluxe pedicure, but massage was no longer then 2 mins she literally just slap some lotion/oil on and that it. Lastly the polish l, it is very messy got on my cuticles and the polish wasn't smooth. The lady told me I shouldn't get White because my toes were short, well I told her I never have that problem before. I left with uneven and painful toes. I will definitely not come back or recommend. I did paid $60 plus 20% tips The price is fair but the the treatment I get for what I paid doesn't match up.
