I went today around 12pm. I got out around 1pm. I forgot the name of the two people who serviced me, that's my fault. I called prior to see if they had availability and they absolutely did! I came for a gel manicure and pedicure. I did change my mind and got a regular pedicure with polish. My manicure was $30. My pedicure (regular) was $30. I had a good experience. They were quick, and clean. They were kind as well offered me water. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a good atmosphere and if you're getting any gel. My mom is a regular here and recommended it. read more

I went in for just a fill in on acrylic nails with gel polish and nothing extra or special and they charge me $50 so that's the only reason I won't go back. I used to love this nail salon. I felt pampered when I went here. I came in a few weeks ago to get a gel pedicure and left with an infected toe. It's been about two and a half weeks now with 10 days on antibiotics and the infection still hasn't cleared up. Next step is to get my nail removed! I'm updating my review (again). I have learned a lesson on this salon. I highly recommend making an appointment to be seen. They do get busy and are unable to take every customer. I recommend Cindy and Jolie. They are so friendly and amazing at their work! Also updated: the shopping center was purchased by a different company, hence the remodeling, etc. Topline had to raise prices due to the new property owners raising rent prices. I do believe the quality of work the employees makes up for the prices. They also started letting customers have wine! Mike also started purchasing foot bath packages for the deluxe pedicures. The packages are an extra five dollars, but they smell amazing. The best one is cucumber melon. They have lavender and can order green tea and one more flavor (forgot the name). read more

Amazing place out of the way where they make you feel like family and the foot massage was amazing!!! I don't know how I get so lucky with drop in pedicures but my husband and I went after lunch and what a treat! Glass of white wine 10 min foot massage and such a friendly staff!!! read more

I love this place! The people who work here are friendly, and after one or two visits, they all know your name. Their massage chairs work well, and they provide free drinks, including a generous pour of wine, if you're so inclined. You can tell a lot of people have been frequenting this place for years, as there is a cozy familiarity between the nail techs and their customers. I've had my toes done by several of the ladies, but my go-to person is Danny. Think it's weird to have a guy do your nails? Think again. He's polite and quiet and does a good job painting your nails. But the reason I'm a repeat customer is the EPIC foot and leg massage that he treats you to as part of even the most basic pedicure. You know how usually people rub your feet for a few distracted minutes and the next thing you know they're spraying alcohol on your toenails? Not Danny. I've clocked him at up to 18 MINUTES of foot massage bliss. O. M. G. Call and ask for him, thank me later. Haley is also really great, especially with children. My little girl loves her and the free toe design she gives her. I know there's a million nail shops in Mint Hill, but this place is special. Give it a try. read more

My sisters, grandma, mom and I have been going here for as long as I can remember. They always take care of us, our nails and make sure they treat us with care. I just had my first pedicure from Cindy (not sure if that's how you spell it) and it was WONDERFUL. My experience started with me walking in to a pretty full salon but being greeted by everyone in there. They have a young guy working the counter. He showed me to a chair and made sure I had something to drink. They have their colors number coded so it is super easy to find a color on the samples then pick it out on the wall. I've never seen this before but I thought it was really helpful. I was seated and only had to wait maybe 2-3 minutes before Cindy showed up and introduced herself. She was super friendly. She paid a lot of attention to my feet. I had some really bad ingrown toe nails and my calluses were pretty gross. She took care of it all!! She made sure she asked if each of my ingrown toe nails felt better afterwards and told me to call her if they don't get better in a few days. She rubbed my feet for like 20 min! She was really great. I would definitely recommend coming here and making an appointment first! read more

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had speaking with the manager. Only 4 hours after getting acrylics with gel French tips my nails started to get black bubbles and discoloration on nearly every nail on the white tip. I called the salon to see if I could have this fixed and the manager proceeded to tell me they have been in business for 13 years and always did perfect nails and he did not believe me that anything was wrong. He said I said they looked good when I left and tipped the girl $10 (I always tip as I believe it is respectful) unfortunately I'm you can't see the dots in a photo but you can see the awkward shape of the nails and if you look closely on the last picture the far left nail you can see some brown discoloration. He proceeded to tell me unless I made it there by 7:30 when they closed not to bother coming at all and they would not look at them the next morning. I was 30 min away at South Park and it was impossible for me to make it there. The customer service was appalling and they asked me to pay for them to fix it. I hope this review makes someone else think before trying this place because they will not fix anything after you leave and I even made a comment that there was a spot on my nail when they were finished and she told me it's because I hit it on the light and she couldn't do a thing about it. I'm truly appalled by this salon I have never been treated like this as a customer anywhere and I work in customer service. read more

The services are hit and miss when it comes to peds, i've had better paint and care of my feet. Eyebrow waxing is very good though. Keep an eye on your bank account though, the girls will tip themselves on your card w/o asking... twice they added a dollar to my bill, mind you, not noted on my signed receipt...not knowing she did/or did after the fact, i gave her a cash tip on top of the one she gave herself. I'm not gonna get too excited over a dollar, but I guess she needed it more than I did. Now I only deal with cash and she did the same thing to my daughter too...they count on customers not catching a couple bucks! read more

I've been going to Topline Nails since they opened many years ago. The owners have changed through the years but the service has not. It's like going to Friends , where everyone knows your name, is friendly and do a polished pedicure . You will never leave with an ingrown toenail or calluses. I've been to other places, but Topline is my go to salon. I do recommend an appointment as they can be quite busy. Michele is excellent, but honestly, everyone is great. read more
