Soooooooooo.... Talk about an upgrade! This salon underwent a MAJOR renovation. The new manager Tiffany is HANDS. ON. Very responsive, always walking around the salon, chats with customers, etc. She not only provides service, but she has TALENT! The tech that did my nails is named Julia. I adore her. She's the cutest, literally, lol. She is so sweet and SO talented. She takes her time, is so gentle and pays amazing attention to detail. Fair warning - she is a perfectionist and WILL start over on designs if she doesn't like them, even if they already look amazing, LOL! She took my vision for a design and nailed it. AND I told her that my job involves a lot of typing so she cut my nails down for me the PERFECT length. I'm hyping my girl up because she deserves it! I love love love it here and will definitely be a long term client. I will have to start making appointments once this little corner salon starts getting seen because no doubt they are a hidden gem. Today makes 14 days since I had SNS service on my nails. 5/12-5/26. My cuticles are ragged and already showing. I take excellent care of my nails. The woman who the little guy at the desk described as the "BOSS" told me that SNS usually lasts 2 weeks. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it was supposed to last at least 3 weeks. Nice salon. I get a deluxe manicure and eyebrow wax and am always satisfied. I'm in a wheelchair and the place is accessible, but the parking lot and the ramp to get to the front door isn't ideal, but certainly doable. Sink and restroom are convenient to access and fully accessible. They just redesigned the interior. Looks very nice. Manicure stations have USB port. Free WiFi now as well. Came here to bring my daughter to get her nails done for my wedding this weekend. Came around 1230ish pm, and it was not busy at all. They have a huge open parking lot since they are located in a shopping mall. Parking was not full at all. They saw her right away, and her nails took no longer than an hour. She had a basic mani and pedi. The staff were very polite and worked swiftly and efficiently. A couple of other customers who arrived after us were seen quickly as well. The location in itself was very clean and had nice decor. They do offer beverages and wine if you'd like some. I myself have my own nail salon I prefer to go to, so I didn't get my nails done here. Overall, I would recommend this location to anybody who lives close by and needs a regular nail spot. read more

I found this place over a year ago. I loved going to get a pedicure they were great. I had the same person every time . I went over the weekend and all the ones I have normally had do my toes or nails were gone:( They sat me with a young guy and we had trouble understanding each other :( Finally when he knew what I wanted we were good. Very nice interior very classy very calming sometimes will ask if you want a drink they have a lot of options like water sodas and some wine as well. They have pedicures, waxing, and nails; nails look depending on the person you get they might talk to you but it's all very nice. Pedicures leave you very refreshed; very broad variety of colors to choose from. Manicures also nicely done, removing cuticles and pushing nail beds, and can also choose a color for nails but also have the option of just the top coat; I was able to get just a clear gloss on top of my nails instead of a color. Today was my first time ever coming here. I decided to come with a friend. Overall it was a very beautiful salon but the service was terrible. I chose my gel color to go with my fill in and took a seat at my technicians work station (His name is Andy). As he was removing my old gel polish, he left some of the old polish on my nail and proceeded to paint over it. Lastly the color I chose was NOT the same color on the display. UThe lady who did my nails is named Tina and this is by far the most money I paid for a full set of nails that are all crooked and look terrible! I paid $55 dollars for my services and I told the lady my vision is bad and she insured me that I could trust her to do a good job. I pointed out that a few of my nails were crooked and she said "It's ok" so I thought it was just my bad vision until my family saw them. I also told her that I wanted them pointy and not squared but she insisted I didn't get pointy ones. And I had to paint them over because they were just all messed up looking! I want my money back or a new set of nails done by someone else. This is a horrible place to get nails done!!! They do not fill in completely to the cuticles! They have one older man who does nails, who is rude and hateful!!! They are unprofessional! Well, guess what? I recorded what you said, then used a translator app to translate, what I heard was repulsive!!! I had a really good experience here! The nail technicians were all super friendly and did their best to ensure I had a great first time visit. I went in while they were having their 50% off services special for their grand opening and I tried out their SNS dip. Very nice nail salon that just opened. This month they have a 30% off special. Miss Tina did my nails and they are gorgeous! I also got a Margarita pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I've been to this salon about 5 times since they opened and I have been very satisfied with my services every time. Prices are comparable to other nail salons, convenient location and parking and everyone is friendly. It's become my go-to place for nail services. I get the basic manicure, but they offer SNS too. Very satisfied with cleanliness of the salon and nail tools are prepackaged and opened in front of the customer. They offer a loyalty reward program too. Haven't had a pedicure yet, but I'm sure it's wonderful just like all their other services. Their prices are clearly listed at the front desk when you select your services. My manicure is $15 and lasts the normal 10 day time frame (if you wear gloves when cleaning or washing dishes). I made an appointment and was on my way there when I received a courtesy reminder from a really pleasant sounding young man. Everyone was super nice when I walked in. The young man at the desk helped me fill out the form so the nail tech would know what I wanted done. I had wanted to do a mani and pedi for a Christmas party I was attending the next day but missed the special discount by just a day! I opted to just get my nails done. I selected the SNS enhancement and went to select a color. They let me take my time selecting a color without rushing me. Amanda was my nail tech and she was really nice. I was served a drink during the process. I kept having to tell her that I wanted my nails more narrow. At the end, they looked a bit funny being wider than I wanted but I really appreciated the treatment and customer service so I tipped her. I got home though and kept staring at my nails. I showed it off to people and got more disappointing feedbacks than compliments so I contacted Lena just a few hours after I had left there. I had a Christmas party the next day and was short on time. When I didn't hear back from Lena early next morning, I drove back to the salon before my Christmas party started. Lena understood my concern took care of my issue right away. She personally reshaped my nails and now they look perfect!! I couldn't stop looking at them the entire two weeks I had them. This place is really clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. I really appreciated that the staff made me feel comfortable. Everyone was laid back and friendly.
