I highly recommend every man to get pedicure once in their lifetime. Taking care of one's body is essential for healthy lifestyle. Nancy was amazing and took amazing care of me. This was a first time getting a pedi due to noticing callouses under my feet. I left feeling great and refreshed. The seats were amazing, and water was just the right temperature. I am definitely coming back every month.

To the girls who care about shape COME HERE. I feel like in Charlotte if you want long nails especially coffin shaped you only see perfectly shaped nails from people working out of their homes. Not hating on their hustle but i don't want to stop at the atm every time I'm getting my nails done or worry about all the rules that come with that setup. I came early on a Monday no wait and everyone was super kind. It was super quick and painless which we love. Definitely recommend.

Great nail technicians! Take their time and don't rush. The front desk lady could be a little bit…read moremore welcoming since she is the first one to greet customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon…read more I usually have a good experience with this salon. Out of respect for the technician (who I started seeing after I delivered my son), I will not post her name. My pedicure went well, but everything went downhill afterwards. I requested that my existing nails be soaked off. Instead of properly soaking them, the nail technician essentially ripped them off my nails. The process was so rough that my thumb began bleeding. She took a fake nail and slid it under the acrylic to remove my nails. She said "oh no, I'm sorry". What upset me even more was that instead of just apologizing, I was told it was because I have "thin nails." That is simply not true. My thumb was bleeding because my nails were not removed correctly. When I checked out, I spoke with who I believe was one of the owners to explain what had happened. Rather than showing concern or offering an apology, I felt dismissed and looked at as though I was overreacting. The interaction was demeaning, and I left feeling like my concerns didn't matter. To make matters worse, when I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me in a way that felt rude and dismissive. I have never left a salon feeling so embarrassed, disrespected, and insignificant. I can't say why I was treated this way. I don't know if it was simply poor customer service or something else, but regardless, no customer should leave feeling this way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I believe customers deserve to be treated with care, respect, and professionalism--especially when a service results in an injury.

This is my second time at this salon! I came back because they were AWESOME the first time, but…read morethey had not yet had their "official" grand opening! I brought my 9 year old with me the first time and we were the only customers in there. Everyone was super nice and accommodating to our needs. I was able to converse with them and found out some of them went to the same school my daughter attends now. Needless to say, it's a family owned business and they are very friendly. Its Very clean and modern. The second visit, I was alone and they were busy, but the service was the same! Excellent customer service and attention to detail! I highly recommend this spot! Relaxing chairs, great leg and foot massages, and I feel like a million bucks when I leave!

I've been a regular client here for a long time and have recommended this salon to many friends…read more Unfortunately, my most recent visit changed that. I came in with a friend for a scheduled pedicure appointment. Early on, I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish. It broke and splashed across the floor and all over my arm. I apologized right away and asked where I could find supplies to clean up the mess myself. Two employees told me to "back up" and nothing more, then cleaned up the floor themselves. They speak English, so there was no language barrier. No one offered me anything to clean the polish off my arm, or even asked if I was okay. Another employee pointed to the pedicure chairs without a word or any eye contact. From there, no one spoke to either of us. We weren't asked what kind of pedicure we wanted, and I received only the most basic service. An extra step was added only after my friend interrupted the employees' conversation to ask about it. The first time anyone addressed me was at checkout, to tell me I was being charged $5 for the broken bottle, followed by my total. I was already embarrassed about the accident. I wasn't careless or intoxicated; it was simply an accident, and I would have handled the cleanup myself if given the chance. I left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not how a longtime customer should feel. I used to recommend this salon often, but I won't be returning or referring anyone going forward.
