Absolutely do not got here. Worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. Incredibly slow and nail tech did not have any idea what she was doing. Spent 2 hours in the chair to not even get half of the service I paid for because she was that slow. I sat and watched 2 other people sit down and get their pedicures done after me while I still sat there. The 5 star reviews are fake as they tell you to leave a 5 star review to get a discount on your service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE LIKE I DID. read more

I love everything about this place! So far I've had a gel pedicure, gel manicure, and facial waxing. Both times Kim was my nail technician and I will continue to ask for her in the future. She does a great job and takes her time. It's a beautiful salon with very comfortable chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the fun upbeat music as well. They have a HUGE selection of gel polish to the right when you walk in. I've never done the SNS polish but I saw several ladies having it done and they had lots or color swatches to chose from . I love this place ! You get a 15% discount for paying in cash . If you are like me and never carry cash don't worry! They actually have an ATM in the salon. I found that kind of comical This is my new go to place for nails! It's right by the mall but not so close that you can't find a place to park . read more

Had to give this salon a try because a fellow Yelper wrote a review about a certain nail tech and guess who was there when I arrived... that fellow Yelper and guess who didn't get to try that certain nail tech... me. I read the review awhile back so it was a total surprise to see her there. I was very impressed by my Deluxe Pedicure and my nail tech. I'm in love with paraffin wax treatments. The wax wasn't very hot at all. My nail tech was very friendly, gives a great leg massage and makes a mean mimosa or two!!! Premium Nail and Spa offers a wide range of services and the large salon space is very welcoming. There has to be over 20 plus pedicure spa chairs. They also much have about 500 nail polishes!!! It was very hard to pick a color. I will definitely be back and they offer a sweet discount if you use cash! I followed my nail tech Jenny here.. She is my go to girl. And the place is nearly and nicely set up so that's a perk.. Their polish options are endless. The place is clean and huge.. However, I do wish they have a couple more options in the pedicures sept. I think only 3 choices.. This do make me miss the place I used too. At this point you don't need to set an appt yet because it's fairly new. I say give it a month. You should set an appt Jenny is a great nail tech. She's alway on time when I do book an appt with her. She never cut me. Her polish alway look great and it rarely chip before my 2 weeks. I will follow her everywhere she goes read more

This nail salon is beautiful on the inside, the cloud celling, the marble walls and spacious space. Like most nail salons they offer wine but Cindy (My nail tech) was the sweetest as I first ordered white wine and it really was not to my liking then I saw another customer with a mimosa and I was like " awww I should have ordered a mimosa". 10 minutes later she's like you want mimosa and I'm yesssss, I still had a good bit of wine in my drink & she poured it right out and gave me a fresh glass of mimosa. It was delicious and I was so thankful she did that. On to my nails I got a nude color SNS and told them I wanted white chrome. Cindy was a little unsure what I wanted but she spoke to 2 other nail techs to make sure it came exactly as the picture I showed them. I'll definitely be back as I appreciated their willingness to ensure I was satisfied on every level! read more

Expect good services only if Ivy or Lilly do it. Technicians hate when ask to get multiple colors. I'm a new resident and need to find a nail salon as I get fake nails and pedicures. I went this morning fir a deluxe pedicure. It was the worst I've ever had. It was so umcomfortable and I was so distracted with how she rushed that I totally forgot to put on the massage chair. She scratched my legs with the massage like that was supposed to feel good.and dragged her thumb very painfully with the nail up and down my shin bone. They will not get my business and I will be willing to travel farther from home to find a relaxing and enjoyable pedi. read more

I was in the area of the Charlotte Premium outlets and wanted to try the nail bar my friends raved about. I went to get a French pedicure w/ gel polish. I was sat down and given a menu of the various pedicure types. I picked the "deluxe". The nail techs that approached me were all very nice and inviting. The nail tech that provided my service did a great job 10/10 LOVEEE ITTT. Very sweet reasonable prices. At the end of my service I was given a punch car after 10 visits rewarding me with $40 off my visit. I will be returning read more

Not sure how I feel about this place. They are extremely close to my home so for that perk alone, I decided to give them a try. I always get the SNS but after about 8 days, I've had a nail get caught in my hair and pop off; both times. This last visit solidified it for me; I won't be returning. The nail tech was in such a rush that she was just running all the drill tools over my nails as if I'd walk in 5 minutes before closing. She knocked my skin 3x's. Each time I jerked my hand back. She kept slamming drawers and fiddling with the clear polished that acts as a top coat. The filing was terrible; she was beyond rough. She kept pushing my hang nails down with her nails. The color is beautiful but but that's about where it ends. I will try another salon moving forward. read more

pedicure was awful, was rushed. manicure was not that great, all the nails are uneven and crooked.. wouldn't recommend. for my pedicure the guy put me in the chair then said he had forgotten he had to do another client and he'd be back... resulting in rushing with her and when i asked him to cut down my nail he said no... lol ok. support small businesses instead. read more

If I could give them one star I would. I went in to use a gift card that was purchased from them and was told I could not use it because they changed their name. I showed the receipt with the gift card and the address on it matched up and they told me it was invalid. The gift card was purchased earlier in the year. Very dissatisfied with the service especially because I have purchased gift cards before as well as being a regular customer. read more

Really loved my first pedicure with Jenny she shaped my toe nails and kept the length and even saved my big toenail that I broke on vacation, she's awesome and my pedi lasted almost 2 months. My second pedicure I didn't like as much it was with a different nail tech and I didn't like the way she left the French tip design on my toes I like it more square and she left it really round after telling her how I wanted the line thinner three times I gave up. But anyways, the salon is clean and looks brand new still I've not had to wait for a pedicure which is nice. read more

Great experience! I had SNS and an amazing hot stone pedicure. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Also love the Sunday hours. Yesterday was a circus you could definitely tell the owners wasn't there. I go to this salon all the time. My service was good. I had my gf with me her first time. It was a complete catastrophe as well as so many frustrated customer's. She waited in the chair for almost 15 / 20 minutes & we had to ask was someone coming to assist her. Then when she was getting her mani they stopped the male tech that was working on her to assist with another upset customer. So she had to wait again...They were telling new customers it's going to be an hour wait. I've never seen so many upset customers one of the techs she was all over the place. Every time something was going on she would stop working on my friend. No one had time for all that sorry sorry. I was done an hour before my friend was. We both had pedi & mani. I was so embarrassed this happened to my best friend. Can't wait for the owners to return...smh read more

Tried this place out as it is close to my house and had a 20% grand opening special. First off, I was blown away by how many color options they had! Made it super hard to pick! The manager of the salon was awesome! He was very informative about the different types of services they offered and answered every one of my questions as if there was so much time in the world. Although he did have to stop a couple times on my nails to check ppl out, He apologized each time and definitely did not rush at all. Everyone seemed to be super nice. I got an acrylic fill in & pedicure and I love my finger nails. It's hard to find someone to do acrylic that is not too thick and just the way I like and he did an awesome job! Although this is a 5 star rating, I had contemplated giving 4 stars only because of the pedicure, but i didn't feel it should affect the overall rating because the salon and the staff are awesome. I had a deluxe pedi and definitely enjoyed the massage and other aspects of the pedicure but the polish job was not all that great. The manager had to fix my two big toes as it looked like the guy who did my pedi used too much polish and it started to dry looking saggy like. Even after attempting to fix my big toes, i still felt like once returning home and taking a closer look, they were not 100% because instead of removing all of the polish and starting the polish from scratch, he tried to salvage some of the polish and just smooth it out, which ended up giving it a "lumpy bubbly" look. But unless my foot is in your face, From a distance one would not be able to really tell so overall I'm happy and will return and just make sure to pay more attention to my polish job on my toes next time or do gel. read more

I had my first and what will certainly be my last visit at this nail salon. I stopped by on my way home from work and figured I would give this place a try as it is new. I got the organic pedicure. I sat there for a bit and dried. Went straight home and sat with my feet propped on the coffee table for 2 hours. I thought after two hours I'd be good to curl up on my couch with a blanket. When I got up and looked down the polish was smudged all over the place. So first I took pictures to post so everyone can see the waste of $50+ dollars. Then I went to remove the polish and it literally wiped right off. No effort needed. Now everyone who gets mani and pedis on the regular knows that good product and a good job don't just wipe right off. Either they alter their products or have literally no clue what they are doing. Don't waste your time or your money. You've been warned. read more

Kanha has done my nails a few times now, French S&S. She does a fantastic job. My nails are not too thick and last every bit of 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I would recommend her! As far as the salon, very nice! Clean and accommodating! Kudos all around! read more

Stopped in for a basic pedicure and SNS on my hands. The service was good, they checked my temperature and required everyone wears a mask. It is a nice salon with big TVs and comfortable chairs. They charge a $3 fee to supple each customer with a new nail kit that you can keep and bring back to get your nails done. I ended up paying $73 for the whole experience. They prefer cash tips. I wasn't offered anything to drink more than likely due to the mask restrictions. I don't get my nails done often due to the price it cost but I am happy at the quality of work that was done. read more

I was just visiting family in Charlotte and this was a great place to stop for nails! I'm usually a fairly picky place when it comes to nails but the yelp reviews were good so I thought I'd give it a try! Super clean and friendly service! I got the SNS it was $40 and they offer 10% off of services and 15% off if you use cash which I recommend! The nail technician offered me a complimentary beverage when I sat down (they had both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). The nails were quick but well done. They had a ton of colors to chose from and no bumps on my SNS which was great! She even gave me a free lotion on the way out. On the weekends they do not take appointments, but there was no wait and it was a very nice experience! Would highly recommend if you're looking to get your nails done in the area! read more

This place is nice. Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and sometimes I hate to leave. Overall excellent choice to relax.

Staff is great the first time but I guess they are not trying to build a larger customer base, after the first visit they were acting so standoffish I left never to return. Just wanted the same women who did my nails the first time to do them again. But no go , anyway I'll try another place, Lords knows there are hundreds. read more

I love the ambience of this salon. However I witnessed something disturbing today, that was beyond unsanitary. I'm not sure if this man was the Manger, he seemed to be in a position of authority. I witnessed him "Rinsing " out dirty wine glasses. Not washing but rinsing them out with his hands ( No sponge or Washcloth) with little to no soap at all. Then proceeded I put them out for use. Just rinsing glasses out with your hands after you been touching feet doesn't make them clean. I won't be drink any complementary beverages from this salon again. read more

I visited this nail salon after grabbing a few things from the Charlotte Premium Outlets which is literally minutes away, and had such an awesome experience that this may be my "home" nail salon...even though I live 15 minutes away and pass tons of other nail salons. The service was superb! Angie my technician's hands are magic! She was also honest when I selected a color that didn't show up well in suggesting I pick another color. They don't try to up-sell you into other services. It was really great and worthy of 5 stars! Oh...and pexi-glass shields are at each station and masks are required. read more

Came here by accident because I thought it was the location that I had been to previously, that actually did a PHENOMENAL job (Governor Morrison Street). They charged me the same amount as the previous location did for a dip manicure, but didn't even do any of the manicure steps at all. The other location even put an acrylic tip on one of my nails, and didn't charge me for it. This location, however...no cuticle cleaning, no nail clean up whatsoever. Didn't even offer me the option to add a tip to my shorter nails. After I paid and tipped, I went out to my car and noticed every single one of my nails was completely caked with white gunk underneath--she didn't even clean them out. I had to go back in and have them clean under my nails, after paying $50 for absolutely no manicure whatsoever. My two thumb nails are 2 completely different lengths. And two of my nails are already cracked and broken--this was 4 days ago! I would advise anyone to visit the Governor Morrison Street location over this one, every time. I was considering going back tomorrow to have them repair the broken ones, but it's honestly not even worth the time. I will just go for my next one a little earlier, and will definitely be going to the Governor Morrison Street salon. read more

This is my third time visiting Premium Nails and Spa. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt before I decide how I feel. After 3 visits, I can't give them more than 2 stars. I typically get a basic pedicure and SNS nails. The pedicure is always good-- not very hard to mess up. The nails are a different story. They always make my nails WAY too short. I l don't like my nails incredibly long, but I don't understand why it's so hard to not make them look like nubs. Despite the length, I understand nails grow and mistakes happen and I brush it off. Later in the service she messed up a nail and so she was starting over on that one and was drilling off the previous nail SO fast. It was getting extremely close to my actual nail and my finger was getting hot and she was clearly in a hurry just to get it off. At one point, I kind of pulling my finger back because it was so hot and even she thought she had filled off my actual finger nail. I think that is extremely careless and I understand you're busy but that could have ended incredibly badly. Once the service has ended, all she did was put in my shoes for me and she said "that hand is still wet" and she walked away. So Im assuming at this point she wants me to sit and let it dry as she's going to clean her stuff or go to the bathroom or whatever while my nails dry. She's gone for about 25 minutes before I realize she's not coming back. Didn't tell me I was done, didn't tell me to get up and wash my hands, didn't come back to check on me just walk away. I ended up getting up and checking myself out. No I don't need someone to tell me how to finish and check out of a nail salon but she didn't even tell me I was done. Just left. Again, just very careless and to me just seemed like she was in a hurry the entire appointment and didn't care about giving me the best service. All in all, aside from the length and my finger nail almost getting ripped off my body, I'm not unhappy. It's a pretty color and she was a nice girl but this is the third time I've had less than the basic requirements for good customer service so I will not be returning. read more
