I love this place! A few months ago I had a really bad allergic reaction to some lotion on my face that sudden appeared out of nowhere and resembled acne. Fast forward and it seems that the acne is under control (or at least controllable) but I was left with hyper pigmentation (dark spots) on my cheeks and forehead. I was introduced to Kelly (owner of Haven Spa Boutique) and she immediately sat down with me and gave me a full skin mapping (under the bright light...I mean the works). She customized a facial program for me and I have noticed a tremendous difference. My skin is softer, less breakouts, and most importantly...the dark spots are fading! I know she will get my skin back to were it used to be and better. Since then I have also gotten my eyelashes tinted and they turned out great...it looks like I have on light mascara most days. I truly recommend this place...you won't be disappointed (plus she takes continued education which is a major score for me...it make me trust her more with my skin knowing she's taking additional classes for different types of skin)! read more

I'd been calling around all day for a place to give me a same day appt after work with no success. I called her and she was in the middle of a client and said she'd call me back when she was finished, and she actually did! This let me know I was in good hands. She accommodated me which I greatly appreciated. She is a very friendly person with a great conversation. I purchased the Bella set. She made sure I was comfortable and her conversation made the time fly by. I mentioned that I needed my brows done as well and she was able to do them AND teach me how to fill them in because through our conversation I mentioned I'm not good with makeup application. She also mentioned she'd be soon offering low cost classes for the regular person not a makeup artist. I'm excited about that. She is now my go to person for brows and lashes! It is absolutely beautiful when you first get them but then it fell off within a week. I contacted the owner and she said to come in at a certain time, however I was not available at that time. She stopped emailing me so I eventually made an appointment for that following Friday because I had a trip to go to. The owner was there but never offered to redo them so I paid for a 2 week fill set when I barely had the original set for less than 3 days. Another esthetician (Deniza) did it and the set that she did was amazing. It lasted a lot longer and looked so full. I continued going because I had the membership and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just appears that it barely last 2 weeks. What turned me off is that recently she changed the membership guidelines- she is now charging you a full price set if you don't have more than 20 eyelashes on each eye when you come in a fill but how can this be when you don't appear to have 20 to begin with. She is a very sweet lady (I won't take that away from her) but the service just sucked for me. To each it's own. read more

First of all it took forever to get an appt. I would message Kelly about available times in my schedule and she wouldn't reply for 3 days or more most times, so by the time I did hear from her those times were unavailable. This went on and on for many weeks, but is not the main reason for my score. I got eyelash extensions from her. I have had eyelashes extensions previously, but from another salon. I am experienced in caring for them, and how they work. Those lashes lasted over a month. My lashes from Kelly lasted less than a week - about 5 days! on my left eye and about 10 days on my right. I immediately contacted her, even sent photo proof. She was confused that they were falling off so fast, but never offered to make it right. Instead she only accused me of showering too soon or using a cleanser on the lashes, neither of which are true. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $99 plus tip to have lashes for 5 days, and she didn't offer to redo them. read more
