Pooja is very talented however she is extremely biased and lacks professional maturity. When I entered her room she threw a mask down on my chest and asked me to please put it on. I put the mask on immediately and told her that there is no current mask mandate and it would be helpful if she put a sign up asking people to wear mask before we entered her room. It does say we need to wear mask however it's in very fine print when you book her services. In addition entering a room unmasked and then putting on a mask defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. She worked quickly using wax for my brows and I was surprised she was able to do exactly as I asked. The location is a little hidden but not hard to find at all. I was dropped off but if you are driving I suggest you park in the parking garage instead of using the valet that is available. Service at the front desk was very friendly. The location is clean. I just recently moved to charlotte and I knew I'd have to find a good eyebrow expert soon to take my messy brows. I was very impressed by Pooja, firstly the salon is spotless and the receptionist was very friendly. I was taken exactly at appointment time, I opted for a wax rather than threading and I am so pleased with the shape! They look fab.
