She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. The girl was sweet and gave me a first time discount. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.

We made an appointment, told the receptionist, and 3 employees as we were asked what we were getting multiple times. We each got our pedicures with no issues besides me having to repick my color because they couldn't find the original one I chose. Then the woman who did the pedicure started my pedicure. My mom was left in the pedicure chair for the entirety of me getting my nails done. They never did my mom's manicure and tried to blame her for saying she was taking a break from getting sns as an excuse for not giving her the regular manicure. We told multiple people when we were there and our appointment was for two manicures. They were prioritizing people walking in without appointments over us and forgot about doing my mom's manicure.
