Now, she is trying to get back her reputations on Yelp. I had permanent eyeliners by her. She is so professional and yep, she is one smart lady. She knows how to make her clients comfortable and very knowledgeable of what she does. Her new salon is so clean and smells so good. I just finished the 2nd session and it was much more easier than the first one since she learned my skin and how it responds to tattoo ink. My eyes are still puffy but no pains at all this time. As a cyclist I do a lot of road and mountain biking, almost 5 to 6 times a week. My upper body and my legs are always sore, so I was referred to Endless look for a massage treatment by a fellow cyclist and I must say after the first treatment I felt no tightness in my upper body or my legs. Here's my story: Years ago when younger, I had permanent make up applied to my lips. I hadn't done any back ground check to get information on the business I went to. The color that I had on my lips was terrible. It was a blue/grey color, so bad that even years later after fading, people would still comment to me, asking if I was cold cause my lips were blue. Doro, took me in and worked to get the color corrected. Because if the dark color Doro had to cover up, it took three treatments, but I'm so happy she stuck with me. I had a Groupon and was looking forward to getting my eyebrows done. I feel so upset that I wanted them done before summer. Two days before my appointment I was sent a text to reschedule then a few weeks later before my rescheduled appointment I was sent another text to reschedule. Then last week before my appointment I called to confirm and was sent a text saying I wasn't even put into the calendar and that either I didn't originally have an appointment or it wasn't put in and that they Never schedule for the time I was scheduled for and she doesn't remember me rescheduling or she forgot to reschedule. At this point I don't feel comfortable having my eyebrows done I am sure she does great work but I felt she was rude and unprofessional.
