Wow...Great customer support!! My regular eyelash tech in Fort Mill had an health emergency and was unable to do my lash extension refill today, the day before I was heading out of town to my granddaughter's wedding weekend. I started to panic because I've been going to her for years and didn't know where to go to get my much needed lash refill today. I opened Yelp to find a possible local lash tech with an excellent rating plus availability to take me in as a "walk-in" customer. I wasn't coming across anyone on Yelp I felt comfortable with so I checked for anyone in the Ballantyne area and came across iLash Charlotte and liked their reviews so I took the chance just to drive there and walk in without an appointment. The ladies there were fabulous! They understood my dilemma and Jaylee said she had some extra time to squeeze me in to do the lash refill. Needless to say I was so excited and appreciative that Jaylee did my lashes for me. Jaylee was so patient, sweet and understanding of my last minute and unexpected walk-in. Jaylee did an AWESOME job with my lash extensions. It's been a couple of months and I wanted to update my review! This is the best place in Charlotte. I now go to Amanda and she's a magician with lashes!!! I have a crazy schedule and she's always willing to find me a spot! I always leave looking absolutely gorgeous and my lashes last a long time!!! If she's not available, I go to Melora and she too is a doll!!! While you are there, make an appointment with Virun. She's the only person that I allow to touch my eyebrows. Ive also had her facial and I've seen amazing changes with my melasma. I just can't say enough about this hidden gem!!!! read more

Utter disrespect for customers. 30 minutes after the appointment time (which they pre-charge you 50% for to ensure customers show up on time) , Alison said she still can't tell me how much longer I would need to wait. I explained I had another appointment afterwards and wanted to make sure I don't miss it. Didn't matter. Avoid by all means if your time is valuable - because in her mjnd my time and my drive there is worth nothing, and she feels as long as she refunds me the 50% prepayment it's all fair and square. I took a classic lash training class, and this is how it went. We got kits that came with the class. The kit was missing a foam pump bottle and mine was missing a nano-mister - she said she forgot to order the pumps and proceeded to give me a used nano mister. Mind you I paid about 900$ for this class you would think they would be prepared with all the money they were making. The first day we sat there and listened to the instructor speak for a while. Wasn't bad.. she then had a client come in and while she worked on the client she had us in the other room "practicing" on sponges. We were all allowed to try one or two lashes on her client. The next day we arrived and she was currently working on a client . This was the day we were all bringing in our models to work on and some of us if not all were nervous - Alison is a hustler and was using our time that we paid for to work on a client. What I didn't understand was the glue that she had us practicing with was NOT the same drying time glue she gave us in our kit. There were four girls in the class and I was not the only one getting frustrated. The instructor would leave one room to go help another student and we wouldn't see her for an hour at a time. In fact One of the girls in my room called her out on it and was ready to pack up and leave. None of us were able to complete a full set of lashes in the time allotted. I was VERY disappointed and felt I had wasted money. I will say she is talented at her profession. But I really think she teaches to only benefit her wallet and does not truly have the heart it takes to be a real educator. She says she doesn't hustle anyone but literally her slogan is "heart and hustle" I have gone on to take another lash training program that has 100% changed me as a lash artist. I got my first set of lash extensions here and was going religiously for about 4 months. I stopped not because I don't love my lashes, but to save some money but man I loved this place! Professional and very clean, Allison and her team are awesome. Lisa was my girl and she has impeccable notice for detail. My lashes always looked amazing when I left! I went to ilash Charlotte for eyelash extensions with Summer and microblading with Virun. I had a wonderful experience with both ladies. They answered all of my questions and educated me on their services. I am very satisified with my lashes which are now longer and have more volume. My eyebrows are fuller, darker, and more defined as well. The atmosphere is great at ilash Charlotte and I would definitely go back again! read more
