I was incredibly concerned because she clearly didn't have the focus required for a proper haircut. Sure enough, she ended up chopping off way too much length and leaving it completely uneven on one side. To make matters worse, when I complained, her solution was to tell me she "didn't know what they could possibly do"if I did not want to make it shorter and even it out. Maybe actually take care when you're trimming somebody's hair instead of having multiple conversation conversations while doing this? On top of it and the stylist have an attitude. They told me I should've said something before I left the salon. I literally got pushed out saying it's really pretty now you can leave and look good. No one measured anything after the cut, which is what I'm used to every hairstylist. I've met till now has always measured both sides of my hair before I've gotten up from the chair.

When I asked the woman about it, she rolled her eyes at me. The man who did my nails was talking to his wife SO LOUD in Vietnamese the entire time. He would randomly stop working on my nails, turn to face her and talk. This happened over and over again. I was there for 1.5 hours, and I just got a single color acrylic set. On top of that he did such a terrible job, the nails are completely uneven I have such a bad headache from that interaction. It's so rude to talk loudly the entire time to someone else while the customer is trying to get a peaceful experience. I will NEVER go back here, I regret giving them my hard earned money.

I wasn't coming across anyone on Yelp I felt comfortable with so I checked for anyone in the Ballantyne area and came across iLash Charlotte and liked their reviews so I took the chance just to drive there and walk in without an appointment. The ladies there were fabulous! They understood my dilemma and Jaylee said she had some extra time to squeeze me in to do the lash refill.
