I thought it was the sweetest gesture. The receptionist inside, was genuinely welcoming too! I was following a stylist who moved over here (Ashely) that had done my hair before, and I loved it, but she was out of town and recommended any of the other gals there. I ended up with Emily (who I saw was posted as employee of the month by the way ) and she did a wonderful job with my hair. Back story: I tried to get a rush appointment two weeks prior before going on vacation at a random salon in the area, and was not satisfied at all with outcome. I gave that Stylist a chance to correct it, and the color was worse the second time around with me having a skunk stripe on the right side of my head. When you have to fix another stylists two week old hair color, you got your work cut out for you, and Emily totally nailed it!! Now!! I have a dilemma -- both stylist are absolutely amazing -- who do I see next time? Ugh!! No matter what I'll be back-- for the first time since moving to the area, I'm looking forward to it.

Today, I went in for eyebrow, upper lip, and forehead threading. Unfortunately, she shaped one of my eyebrows very poorly. I've attached a photo for reference so you can better understand the issue. She removed far too much hair, and my eyebrow now looks uneven and unacceptable. When I raised my concern, she simply said, "It's okay, it will grow back soon," without showing any concern or accountability. I paid $32 for these services, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this, I question the professionalism of the staff. I am also unsure who the owner is, but I would like this issue to be addressed. This was a very bad experience for me.
