She said she'd do what I asked for but it'll be considered a full bikini at that point, but would only charge me a bikini line as it's my first time and I'm confused what I want. I had no problem paying but what drew me to trying this particular location besides proximity to my home, was the free for a new client. She removed far too much hair, and my eyebrow now looks uneven and unacceptable. When I raised my concern, she simply said, "It's okay, it will grow back soon," without showing any concern or accountability. I paid $32 for these services, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Based on this, I question the professionalism of the staff. I am also unsure who the owner is, but I would like this issue to be addressed. This was a very bad experience for me.
