I too find it very strange that they don't have mirrors in front of each stylist... in fact instead of individual workstations it's set up more like a bar. So, the day I went in for my service, the place was pretty empty. They got me in & out fairly quickly which is good because I had a meeting to go to afterwards. I told the stylist that I wanted loose beachy curls and she did pretty much what I wanted. However, I was disappointed that it did not last beyond a day after the service. When I have gotten blow-outs at other shops, my hair usually stays fabulous for 3-4 days afterwards. So, for me the price was not worth looking good for just 2 days. I am not sure if I will go back next time I am looking for a shampoo & style.

Everything was great with the initial treatment but Maria called to cancel the touchup appointment as she had the flu (understandable). However, when I called to reschedule she asked to call me back and never did. I left 2 voicemails asking to reschedule and she never returned either call. I am now left with unfinished eyebrows and apparently I am out the money I paid for the retouch. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Needless to say it looked nothing like the picture and my daughters hair was too thin to do that; however if she cut the ends texturized it would have done much more like she wanted. She didn't realize I spoke enough to understand anything they said. Some of it was not that kind either but they were very kind when speaking English. Other than that it is a beautiful but $$$ salon to be lied to.

About a week before my last appointment they call me to say my stylist was overbooked and they need to schedule me with a different stylist. After pressing on the topic, they finally admitted she no longer worked there - so they lied to try and keep my business. Then when I asked about her last name - they told me they didn't know it! Someone works for you for years and you dont know their last name??? I don't do business with dishonest people.
