She is kind, thoughtful, patient, and truly passionate about her work. The setup was perfect with music, wine, fruits, and more--such a great vibe! Lisa was detailed in her lesson, patiently answering all our questions and addressing our makeup concerns. The experience was fun and stress-free as she carefully demonstrated and practiced techniques with us. Each lesson was customized to our needs, and even though our session ran over time, Lisa never rushed. She stayed later to do a photoshoot with us in four different outfits and styles, making us feel comfortable the entire time. It was a memorable experience, and my makeup looked amazing afterward! I highly recommend Lisa!! She just radiates good energy and her work is amazing!

I too find it very strange that they don't have mirrors in front of each stylist... in fact instead of individual workstations it's set up more like a bar. So, the day I went in for my service, the place was pretty empty. They got me in & out fairly quickly which is good because I had a meeting to go to afterwards. I told the stylist that I wanted loose beachy curls and she did pretty much what I wanted. However, I was disappointed that it did not last beyond a day after the service. When I have gotten blow-outs at other shops, my hair usually stays fabulous for 3-4 days afterwards. So, for me the price was not worth looking good for just 2 days. I am not sure if I will go back next time I am looking for a shampoo & style.

Everything was great with the initial treatment but Maria called to cancel the touchup appointment as she had the flu (understandable). However, when I called to reschedule she asked to call me back and never did. I left 2 voicemails asking to reschedule and she never returned either call. I am now left with unfinished eyebrows and apparently I am out the money I paid for the retouch. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would have given a zero rating if that was available. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Literally seconds after telling us it would. I wanted to walk out and come up with another style with my daughter and come back another time. It was too late to leave unfortunately. I was pretty appalled she would tell me one thing and the co employee another. I assumed the answer to the employee was the correct one but it was already too late to stop. Needless to say it looked nothing like the picture and my daughters hair was too thin to do that; however if she cut the ends texturized it would have done much more like she wanted. She didn't realize I spoke enough to understand anything they said. Some of it was not that kind either but they were very kind when speaking English. Other than that it is a beautiful but $$$ salon to be lied to.
