Amanda explained to me step-by-step how the tint, shaping brows and what my skin could look like afterwards. I was thankful that Amanda took the time to explain the whole experience. "My goal is to help you feel confident, cared for, and on the path to your dream brows" is a false statement as she did quite the opposite and ruined my day. I asked her for a lighter color to fill mine in, but the "premium" pencil she handed to me is actually a shade darker than the shade I had on when I walked in the door. When I told her I was not happy with the result, her responses was "well that's just what you're working with with your eyebrows" and was genuinely so rude. She told me that I already know how to fill mine in so it was MY fault that I'm not happy with the service. She will most likely respond to this message with some customer service voice, but she is not what she makes herself out to be on her website. She will talk if you want or silently focus on your brows. I appreciate this because there are some days I just want to come in and relax without chit chat. She has a policy of not accepting clients past 7 mins late as this keeps everyone on track. So I can always expect her to be on time for me, which is appreciated.
