After her initial appointment, the pigment had completely disappeared by the time she was due for her recommended touch-up. Despite providing photos showing there was nothing left to touch up, she was still charged for another appointment, only to experience the same disappointing results. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of empathy or willingness to resolve this situation. I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone in management, including contacting the owner, Anna, directly, and have received no response. The business refuses to communicate over the phone and insists on handling everything through text messages (generated using AI), despite previously having no issue contacting me by phone. Instead, I am left going back and forth with a receptionist who does not appear to be adequately educated on the services being provided or equipped to handle customer complaints. I have repeatedly requested to speak with someone who has the authority to address this situation, yet those requests continue to be ignored. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable resolution, they continue to insist that pigment is present when the results clearly show otherwise. My mother originally wanted black eyeliner but followed the artist's professional recommendation to use dark brown, without being properly informed that the results could be significantly lighter than what she wanted. Now, instead of taking responsibility, they are suggesting she return for black eyeliner, as though spending even more time undergoing another procedure is an acceptable solution. At this point, we are not interested in additional services from an establishment that has already failed to deliver satisfactory results on multiple occasions. We have been more than patient and have made every effort to resolve this privately, but the lack of communication from the owner and management is completely unacceptable. My mother trusted this business, paid over $500, and deserves more than dismissive text messages and excuses. Customer service should not disappear the moment a customer expresses dissatisfaction. I would strongly encourage anyone considering permanent makeup services here to be cautious, because if something goes wrong, based on our experience, getting someone to take your concerns seriously is nearly impossible. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional and this will be escalated.

Along with that, the bright LED light was on the entire time of my facial making it difficult to relax since it was so bright. The specialist also kept leaving the room and coming back during which was distracting. Lastly, there used to be a nice steam and other facial features during your visit and I didn't have that this time. Just seemed expensive for the length of time and a cleanser+mask treatment. I had my brows done by Gina on October 5, 2018. If I could give zero stars I would. When I called…read moreher to schedule the procedure, I was excited and failed to ask a lot of pertinent questions. Gina on the other hand had no information or advice to offer. I had read about the procedure, and every studio I called was booked. Gina was the only one with availability right away. First red flag. At the time I believe she had 6 reviews and they were all 5 stars. That seemed good enough for me. What I failed to realize is that all the people who left reviews were first timers on yelp. A clear indication that they were probably friends and trying to boost her ratings. Second red flag. When I arrived, I was ushered to a little back room with a narrow make shift bed reserved for waxing eyebrows. Gina applied generic lidocaine to my brows. She told me her boss has to order it for her because she is not licensed. Then she left me for 30 min. During this time someone walking by turned off the light in the room which I was. So I laid there in the dark until Gina returned. She asked me what shape did I want? I showed her a picture as an example and she went to work stenciling etc. Then she brought out her tools. She literally had to place her case of tools on the floor while she worked because the make shift room had no table where she could place them. While she was busy microblading my brows, someone walked past and turned off the light again thinking there was no one in the room. Smh. When she was done and did the big reveal I was speechless. She asked me if I liked it and I did not respond. I told her I didn't understand why the brows were so big. Also my left brow had an exaggerated arch and the right brow was arch less. They looked nothing like the picture I showed her. She explained that the brows would shrink and fade and i would need a touch up. She told me to rub a thin layer of aquaphor during the day and a thick layer before I shower and bedtime. I paid the $400 fee and left there unsure of what the heck I just did. So I go about my day and my life. I do not receive one compliment on my brows from anyone. Strange because I received lots of compliments when i filled them in myself. So by the third day huge chunks of scabs are falling off my brows. I'm shocked because the scabs are full of color. Literally four days later the scabs have completely peeled off and I'm left with a faint trace of a bad tattoo on my brows. I text Gina on Tuesday October 9th and attach a pic to show her what's left of her work. Mind you my brows have not healed and I'm having to fill them in anyway. Gina told me that's what happens and I should look up microblading. She then said she could reschedule me for a retouch the following week. That is the last I heard from Gina. She never scheduled me. Never checked back in. No after care follow up up, nothing. Gina and this salon seem to be all about the money. She sure does not care about the clients. I was not confident in her ability to provide the brows I wanted so I probably would not have gone for a retouch. At least the tattoo she gave has faded enough to where I can fill it in and make my brows look natural. $400 is a lot to pay for a 30 minute tattoo. Just make sure you do your research before getting this done and use someone who is experienced and reputable.
