Due to unforeseen circumstances, my last visit was December 28, 2025. Excited about the opportunity to regain the level of beauty I used to enjoy after my consistent visits and meaningful conversations with my stylist, I was asked to submit a photo of my lashes before they could book an appointment. After explaining what type of service I was looking to get and stating the stylist could make her own assessment of what I'd need, I could not get scheduled in the absence of sending a lash photo. This is not the level of service one would expect after showing patronage over an extended period of time. Lash Lounge, do better! I chose your establishment for several reasons. Now, I question my choice.

I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

I got a little nervous seeing the facials being done in an "open area" but felt relieved when Monika D came and whisked me to a private room for my treatment. The treatment room was very nice with its electric fireplace mounted on the wall, spa-like music playing, and a very warmly heated massage table. Monika explained all that she would do but I could not even recall any of it once she started her amazing treatment. I do know that she exfoliated and moisturized my entire body with elements of massage incorporated. I have had wraps in the past, but this was different. I have had to shower after wraps to remove the applied products but Monika had a technique to remove products as she provided the treatment. I lost count of how many times I fell asleep despite my best efforts not to do so. I was just that relaxed. Monika assured me that my ability to relax to the extent of falling asleep was actually a compliment. I didn't want to fall asleep because I didn't want to miss a moment of the pampering. I left with skin that feels amazing. My only negative comment (if that's really the best description) is that treatments are not "cheap", but you get what you pay for. I will definitely go back (I booked my next treatment while I was there), but this level of self-care will be saved for more special occasions rather than the routine.

When you book, you see all of the available stylists and their different rates, which can start at $35 or so for a woman's haircut. I do feel like the quality varies by stylist - and isn't necessarily correlated with their rate. On my first visit, one of the more expensive stylists seemed to rush my cut & blowdry, and barely spoke to me. I came home with parts of my hair still damp, and ended up straightening it myself since it was frizzing. Most recently, I booked with Gianna, who was so lovely and took the time to understand what I wanted and offer suggestions. I really enjoyed chatting with her, and she did a great job with both the cut and blowdry! Overall, I recommend Dolce Lusso for a convenient, solid haircut as long as you find a stylist you like!
