This was my first time getting lashes. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. I went with a more natural look and am impressed by the quality of the lashes! I would recommend this location. read more

Bree is honestly the greatest person I have ever known or I could just feel that way because my eyelashes are so on point. People assume I am just pretty but they don't know that without lashes I am just a potato. I think ten times a week someone says how amazing my lashes are. (Pun kind of intended.) Bree is the best!!! read more

8.7 update: Business was responsive to my call on 8.5. I went in 8.6 with a clear statement to all that I had only 45 minutes. I Was assured there was plenty of time to be fixed. The tech was amazing and made my right eye look fantastic. It was 2x better than when I left the salon the first time. So much more full. Only problem is the quality was so good, my left eye looks sad now (looks like it did when I left the first time- but sad in comparison). The tech had more time and wanted to fix up my left, which I did not have expect them to do, but I had to go to work... So while I am beyond pleased with their response and how it was addressed, It would've made more sense to reschedule me to have the time needed or just do my right eye back to match my left. I will only go to my new lash tech in the future - and will update the review again in a few days. I'm overall pleased but still looking lopsided and was told to go ahead and schedule my fill in to get me back to normal... 8.5: one star: Very concerned and going to can in for support... Received a full set on Monday night. Right eye to about 75 percent of the appointment time, but I figured the tech got in a groove and the right just went fast... After I thought the left wasn't quite as full, but maybe I have asymmetrical #of natural lashes... I've always done extra volume sets before so maybe my old private party tech just made things even so I wouldn't notice (I'm staying open here). Also my with my private party tech, id get a less than 50 percent fill ins at 3-4 weeks... I've always held well. Friday I'm thinking wow!! I'm so happy I did this! They look great!! Saturday... Wth happened to my right eye?! Where did they go??? My lashes are still there, the extension are not. Sunday I took the photos. Left eye looks amazing... Right is looking jacked up! I can see white at the base of my right lashes that the picture won't show. No water touched them for 3 days! I clean gently, brush as needed- again they were perfect for a couple days and then boom gone. I'm 6.5 months pregnant... So I don't sleep on my stomach and the sides are still ok, so it's not from sleeping. Its got to be from speeding through to get my right eye done during my session. read more

My membership at Amazing Lash is a game-changer! They make it pretty affordable to get my lashes done every couple of weeks and the service is great. These ladies always make sure your lashes are perfect at the end of the appointment. Bre is my all-time favorite lash stylist. You have to go check her out at the Ballantyne location if it's your first appointment. I've been sending all of my girlfriends to her because she's the best of the best. Needless to say, I finally found my happy place :) couldn't imagine going anywhere other than Amazing Lash Studios. read more

So after reading the review from the customer who said her purse was stolen. Accusing a Place of business of stealing your property with out 100% proof is slander! I get you were angry about your appointment and the trouble you went though to get it. But this review is very unfair! I've always found Amazing Lash to be an A great place of business and the people that work there have always been very helpful and professional and really do care! read more

Went in today for a second visit, after becoming a much better educated consumer. Hakeem was my tech, and she was amazing. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. I almost forgot to mention Mercedes. She is a great front desk presence and ambassador to the I do want to add that I was not given a discount or a redo without fee as offered by manager or whomever I talked to. The manager on duty never acknowledged my issues once I was in the salon. This bugged me enough that I cancelled my subscription. I wrote that review after my service, which was great, thinking the manager on duty was going to take care of me as offered. I forgot to go back and update. read more

My first experience with this location was being badgered by not one, but two people to get a membership. I politely said no about 7 times before having to flat out say I'm not interested please stop. The 2nd time I made an appointment for a touch up and went in I was told that "based on your last visit you should need a fill in not a touch up" (my lashes usually last 3-4 weeks and it was barely two so no thank you I only need a touch up) and when I said I only needed a touch up she then told me that the price quoted on the app was wrong and I would have to pay an additional $22 ( $82 instead of the 69 I booked for) because of the tech doing my lashes, or she could put me with someone "less than that tech" but I would have to come back another time. She eventually waived the extra fee, but not before saying .. and I quote "I'm going to get my a** beat for this.... Before I left it was suggested that I be very careful as to whom I book my next appointment with because the prices shown when making appointments thru the app are not correct for certain lash techs... umm no, how about you not have false advertising and fix your app to reflect the appropriate pricing. I told the desk person I would not be back as this is NOT worth the aggravation and there are plenty of other lash studios that do not practice business this way. FYI if it is advertised that way and is the price quoted when booking, you are legally bound to it. Side note, tech was very nice and lashes are great, I tipped her the extra "fee" directly. Always happy to pay what I sign up for... You can see the pricing in the photo. Consumer beware they do this to everyone who books an appointment thru their app. read more

Amazing Lash Studio - This is the price I was quoted for the lash stylist and then they bait and switched. Shady, just fix app to reflect proper pricing. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Didn't work for me. I have had single lashes installed before, so not sure if it was the technician or the technique. I had a full set installed and did go out the county the next day. I was told that you should not travel to a humid location for at least 48 hrs after you get lashes. That was the first I heard of that, because the first time I got single lashes I traveled to a tropical location and didn't have a problem. So I went back and had a refill that was more like a full install due to so many falling out. After the second install I traveled to St Louis ( temp was cooler than Charlotte while I was there) and I had the same thing happen. Way to many lashes fell out for it to be normal. I will not be going back, as they only offered a 10 percent discount when I went back ( guess they called it user error, since I traveled, although almost every lash fell out). Oh well. read more

I FINALLY found a place to get my lashes done that I LOVE so much! I'm so happy! I met Rhonda (the owner of Amazing Lash studio) last summer at my complex and she suggested I came in.. It took a while to actually go in but finally did and SO glad that I did! It was such a great experience. The girls in the front were so welcoming and sweet.. they didn't push anything that I didn't want to buy on me which made my experience so much more comfortable. I then met my lash tech named Bre. She was so sweet and listened to the look I wanted. She gave me exactly what I wanted and more! I am very please with the entire experience. Bre is my new to go to person !! I highly recommend checking out Amazing Lash and ask for Bre!! read more

I came to Amazing Lash Studio to get my lashes done for the first time and I had a great experience! I couldn't have asked for better service. My lash consultant Amanda was so informative and welcoming she took her time to walk me through everything she even helped me pick out the lashes that would be best for my face and style. My lash stylist Lauren then helped me get settled and comfortable before starting my full set. My lashes turned out AMAZING!!!! My lashes look exactly the way I wanted them to they are full and beautiful. Once I was done I had to sign up for the membership there was no way I couldn't. Thanks ladies for an amazing lash experience, I highly recommend this studio if you like to get beautiful lashes in a professional and clean environment. I am in love with my natural set. It took a few specialists to find the right fit, but once I did.... I was hooked. I won't go to anyone else. Natasha has worked with me to get the look I want and to keep my retention at least 50% at my two week visits. Love her! Love my lashes. read more

I have had a membership for some time now and enjoyed my experience with the lash techs. I just can't justify the amount of money spent up keeping the lashes and the membership payment each month. Canceling your membership here is nothing but confusing and frustrating. I went in yesterday in person to cancel my membership because you aren't allowed to do so over the phone. The front desk was not helpful and stated that I must give them a 48 hour notice and told me they were going to charge my card anyways.... Then proceeded to tell me that me coming in person to cancel wasn't enough and I just wait for the manager to send me an email with information to actually cancel my membership..... please do not give this company your card... all they are trying to do here is suck more money out of you... I came in person and did what they told me to do and I leave even more frustrated and another $100+ taken out of my account. Don't go here if you are asked to put your card into a system..... read more

I've been getting my lashes done for about 7-8 years and have had some good lash artists and unfortunately some BAD ones too! I was referred to Bre several months ago and I showed up with some seriously janky lashes and was feeling desperate! Once you get LASHES, it's hard on the ego to be without them. LOL! I am LOVING her! She takes such great care of me. She really took the time to talk with me about which style + length would be best for me. She's efficient, thorough, detailed and super fun to chat with! I look forward to my appointments with her. I've been extremely pleased and if I ever have issue, she fixes it right away. I very highly recommend her! read more

This was the first time I've had lash extensions, so I must admit I was nervous. When I first walked in I was very impressed by the decor and cleanliness, it's super cute. Everyone was nice and they do offer memberships but I didn't feel pressured to buy. My technician was Ruth, and she is ah-may-zing! She asked a few questions to make sure she understood my preferences and comfort level. The appointment did take about two hours, but totally worth it! She took her time and I felt zero discomfort other than a bit of irritation from the pads on my lower lashes, that went away quickly after it they were removed. I'm super impressed and can't wait to come back! I woke up today not needing makeup other than some blush. Win! read more

I had an appointment scheduled and arrived to find that even though I had my text confirmation from them, I was not on the books. I had an important event the next day and no serious hustle was attempted to get me in after they obviously made a huge error. I have no desire to do business where I am a number instead of a person. As a business owner, it's all about customer satisfaction and no attempt was made to ensure I was taken care of! Obviously, Amazing Lash Studio is about the money period! On top of no lashes it also ruined how I feel about photographs for my event, etc. read more

Walked out of a refill appt with Ryan today after she rudely told me I was a half hour late and she wouldn't be able to do a full refill. In fact, I was a new customer to the lash studio and was completing their new client paperwork. I also spent time in the lobby discussing the many membership options I would be interested in joining with the extremely friendly and welcoming receptionist. But for the expense of a refill to be harshly scolded for being "late" and that the service was not going to be completed to perfection, I was not going to stick around. If I could leave 0 stars I would, extremely disappointed in the treatment of their clients! read more

I went to Amazing Lash and loved it! I am concerned about some of the reviews but my experience was above and beyond. So far I have seen multiple different stylist and all have been great. The price is awesome and they are busy so I know the stylists have practice. I get concerned with booth rental girls because they just don't have the practice and I worry about the certification. I am a licensed esthetician also and know you can get a certificate for an 8 hour course. Can't imagine someone working on me with that kind of experience. Thought I would share my experience so that others don't get discouraged by the silly reviews posted. read more

Don't go to this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional. They don't explain all the terms to the monthly program thoroughly. They give you the RBF if you say you don't want to sign up for the monthly membership. When you do sign up, they make it harder than flying to the moon to cancel it. The manager is not willing to work with you at all. Even with their incompetent, ever-changing staff who can't even ring you out for a transaction, the manager won't take accountability for those sorry excuses for employees (maybe that's why they have a horrible retention rate because there's a new front desk person every time you go). They just want your money. They don't care about you as a customer. So, take your money elsewhere. Besides, the lashes come off after three days. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Just horrible. read more

I joined the membership and for months was working with a stylist that I had developed a rapport with only for them to try to tack on a premium charge to continue seeing her. Also getting out of the membership is not as simple as they made it seam. They will also have poor customer service skills when handling dissatisfied customers. Their way or the highway. I had high expectations and was super excited to get lash extensions again after 3 years of not having them, and I was super excited about their full set of lashes special price of $59 for their first time customers. The whole consultation, setup, etc was fine. I was comfortable, the girl was nice, but man was I disappointed in the results. She sold me on an "upgrade" to get the 3D lashes to add more volume. I was so disappointed because my lash stylist was so slow and the results were so unnoticeable -- even with the 3D! I have had lash extensions before and my girl was very quick and took about 1.5 hours to do a full set and they were full and lush and beautiful! I was so disappointed. I really want to give them another shot but I really think they need to hire a few more experienced stylists. My stylist had only been doing lashes for 2 months, so basically was still learning, which is probably why she wasn't able to put many lashes on me. She had me for at least 90 minutes, maybe a little longer and it looked like a 30 min refill. So disappointed. read more
