Also update the gel pedicure I received.. is already coming off and a pinky nail has been lost.. gel polish should last weeks.. not days. Ownership has changed and I have been twice since. The first time I got the hot stone pedicure which costs more and felt like running the stone up one side and down the other was not sufficient. I also still had a callus on my big toe so they aren't pumicing enough. Second trip I was in the chair and a woman came in looking for a specific tech who wasn't there. There were 3 capable adults at the front counter to help her while she was questioning their experience. My girl decided to get involved and now I'm sitting in the chair with no service like a chump while she tries to convince her to stay. We were able to get a appointment for me and my two daughters at the same time. They were welcoming and very accommodating. My daughters never had nails put on. They took the photos of what we wanted and made it happen. We felt bad as one rude customer was being very mean to one technician and a mom brought a group of 5 girls around 9 to get pedicures. The girls were very loud and disruptive so I felt bad for the staff. They did a great job. Wish it was more peaceful that's why I didn't give 5 stars but that wasn't the staffs fault. So disappointed with their service . I was debating about leaving a review or not but I decided I was going to do it. Not only because they lady who did my eyebrows almost left me with only a half one , also because I got the gel manicure and it didn't even last a week. While visiting family about 10-hours away, my lovely niece set me up with a beautiful set of acrylic nails. Now home, I found myself desperately in need of a fill. I used to visit another local salon that was great but, I was a bit short on time so I decided to stop here instead. I arrived shortly after the salon opened and was able to be seen immediately. There were plenty of employees ready to take a customer, despite there already being a few at the salon. The decor is very warm and welcoming. The staff was very polite and my fill came out great! I don't like thick acrylics and the woman who took care of me did a great job of ensuring that wasn't what I got. The nail color selection is huge and, the entire process was done in less than an hour. My one and only complaint is that some of the edges of my nails were left a little rough but, nothing that a quick file at home wasn't able to resolve. I was unsure about stopping into this location after reading some of the reviews but, instead, I've found a new nail salon to frequent in the area! read more

Have been a customer at Blooming Nails in Indian Trail, NC for over 10 years. Had our last Pedi today. I always got the deluxe pedi because I love the hot stones. No longer included can het got for an extra $7 only after I asked did you change the deluxe pedi package. My husband always gets the basic mani pedi combo it use to be $38 after he was done he was advised the price had increased to $50. I'm ok with price increases but think you should advise your customers of the change. Anyway we will need to find a new nail salon. read more

I have gone to this location to get my nails done a lot through the three years that I have lived in the area and I can honestly say that they have good technicians. It does seem that there always new technician, but overall they have both good/great nail technicians. But the problem that I have when I do go to this place of business is that the female owner always has a hostile approach towards me. I am never greeted or approach with kindness, that I see when with other clients. I don't know why she I get this teartment when I come to get my nails done. I made an appointment over a week in advance for myself, mom, and daughter as an early mother's day celebration. When making appointment I specified I wanted all 3 of us to be done together. We arrived 15 minutes early but of course they did not take us early. Five minutes after 2 they took my mom. Crazy prices and terrible product. My daughter who is 3 got a mani and pedi that cost $30 and completely came off in the tub the next day. My mother did the same and cost $50 and looked like crap. They didn't scrub the feet, massage or cut cuticles. The fill sets are a joke. They free handed hearts on the french tip and ended up looking like dots and charged $73... that's nuts!! They love to get all into your business and the last time my girlfriend tried getting her nails done they chipped within two days. We called asking if they would fix them seeing as in it had only been a short time and they refused. She finally when in to BUY a whole new set of gel and she had two employees attack her and yell at her about her decision and tried making her buy the most expensive SNS they sold. My first visit here and I was not impressed. I usually go to Lee Nail Spa but saw reviews about this place and decided to give it a try. When I went in I said I wanted a mani/pedi and was told to pick out my color. Waited about 5 mins then was put in the chair for pedi. I thought great getting in right away. Will 30 mins later someone starts working on me. I arrived at 1:50 and was hoping to be out by 3:10. Well, nope, still didn't have polish on my toes at 3:15. They were about to put wax on my feet but I told them to just do the polish and I had to skip the mani. I never left until 3:30!!! They need more staff and should tell you if they can't help you for 30 mins. The lady that came in ahead of me left because of her wait. Since this was my first visit and they were all very nice. I will try them one more time and hopefully get all that I paid for because they still charged me for the deluxe even though I didn't get to finish. read more

I came in for a full set of french tips. I had a large air bubble in one nail, and asked for it to be fixed. I was told it would cause damage to my nail & was unfixable, so I asked if I could have a rhinestone over to cover it. There was lots of discussion between my nail tech & a guy behind the table as to the cost initially. However I did end up getting two rhinestones free. My nails tech was short, and two days after my service my nails are already starting to lift off the back towards my cuticles. I left the salon with acrylic drops under my nails, as well as uneven nail beds. I still tipped $6 on a $41 dollar service after being told a lower price initially, and then heard a comment walking a out about "why not $10". I didn't leave $10 because of a HORRIBLE experience, the technician should have been glad there was a tip at all. My nail lengths are uneven, my nails physically hurt. I have air bubbles in 8 of my nails. This is by far the worst nail job I have ever had and I will NEVER go back. If I could leave no stars I would. read more

My nail lady she offered me water which was nice but when she was doing my pedicure I felt like she was rushing I told her that she missed an area all she did was just look at me. she wasn't very talkative at all. I felt very uncomfortable after my pedicure. I did get a manicure after (should of left) told her if she can please cut my cuticles cause I have a lot and she was saying no I can't cut I only can cut what's around. She stood up and the owner took over (which was weird) and she was telling me that normally there not supposed to cut cuticles. At this point I was-so over this place. The owner all she talked about was that someone gave her a bad review and what she was saying about the salon wasn't true. at this point I think she was saying this bc she knew I was aggravated and not happy with my services and didn't want me to write a review well here it is. By the way my daughter got Acrylic nails and omg it looked so bad she wasn't happy. I had to go to Sally's in the same plaza and buy nail supplies to fix her nails and mine. Had my acrylic nails done a while ago but when I did the lady really took her time and they turned out the best I've ever had them. They werent't sore and the paint didn't chip. They lasted so long until I had to take them off for sports. Also I got coffin and medium length and they sculpted them perfectly and the length was perfect. For sure 5/5 read more
