Got there and was asked for my name and what I wanted by Ken. I booked appt ahead with all the…read moreservices I wanted so I thought he just wanted to make sure it was me, or want busy and how many Raquel's do you have appointments for this morning? I said regular polish mani and gel pedi (didn't mention additional 10 minutes massage or brows bc, again, I had an appt and thought he was just confirming me) I was rushed through half the mani then sat down to do pedi. I asked the guy for water but I saw other people were offered a drink when they sat down. He put it down and turned off the massager because he was painting my nails. Ok, cool. It wasn't turned back on at any point. He started the pedi without turning the water on and I was confused. He said he thought I wanted gel polish change on my toes and I sad no, I want a full pedi with gel. I figured he was giving me blah service bc he thought I wanted a plain mani and pedi polish change so I asked for 2nd most expensive pedi because l thought, let me spend some more money so they could treat me nicer AND end up with the pedi I want. Nope. Pedi was rushed. He BARELY scrubbed my feet, I'm not exaggerating when I say he used the pumice for maybe 20 seconds on each foot. I didn't say anything bc I thought he may come back and do it better after he took the gel off. This guy pulled my feet out the jelly stuff (slime with jelly balls in them, I asked for it but regret) and did my whole pedi with jelly all over my toes, feet, and legs. Didn't wipe off until after he put the towels on. At this point I even asked another employee her name because she was doing a better job and I want to know who to ask for next time (her name is Lee) After all that I asked about the brow tint I booked and he said the the lady wouldn't be back until maybe Thursday this week. I left with no additional massage, no brows, dry hands and feet. But the place is cute.
