He would randomly stop working on my nails, turn to face her and talk. This happened over and over again. I was there for 1.5 hours, and I just got a single color acrylic set. On top of that he did such a terrible job, the nails are completely uneven I have such a bad headache from that interaction. It's so rude to talk loudly the entire time to someone else while the customer is trying to get a peaceful experience. I will NEVER go back here, I regret giving them my hard earned money.

I was incredibly concerned because she clearly didn't have the focus required for a proper haircut. Sure enough, she ended up chopping off way too much length and leaving it completely uneven on one side. To make matters worse, when I complained, her solution was to tell me she "didn't know what they could possibly do"if I did not want to make it shorter and even it out. Maybe actually take care when you're trimming somebody's hair instead of having multiple conversation conversations while doing this? On top of it and the stylist have an attitude. They told me I should've said something before I left the salon. I literally got pushed out saying it's really pretty now you can leave and look good. No one measured anything after the cut, which is what I'm used to every hairstylist. I've met till now has always measured both sides of my hair before I've gotten up from the chair.

I checked out their website and saw this was a female owned and operated place dedicated to guys. One of the owners is Larah. I went to see her seeking her help. What to do with this head?? She devised a plan and as soon as she started I knew, I just knew this young lady knew her stuff. Upon completion I was thrilled. She inputted my first and last name along with my phone number into her system to get me registered. She is very sweet, and I can see myself coming back. She did a great job on my short brows, but hey, short brows need love too. Since I live in Florida I was not able to come back. Because of the they insisted on a full refund. I truly appreciated them taking the time to give me a call and making things right. Overall the nails and the eyebrows looked good. The problem was the injury I sustained during the service on my heel. I appreciated that they cared and I will give it another shot when I am in the area again! Super pretty place, they have a nice parking lot outside as well. The equipment is a mix of very pretty and new with some older stuff in the mix. Nonetheless they can get the job done. Sadly even though the nails turned out very nice there are some things below the surface that made this experience not great. The most obvious is the overall price. In itself is ok but I could not believe that they charge 16 dollars for eyebrow wax. It is a service that should be much cheaper.... I have found places that charge under 10 dollars for it so almost 20 is ridiculous and I would not have done anything here if I knew. Sadly I just assumed that this place was not price gauging wax service. Now the pedicure was a gel. The chair was nice and they serve nice soft drinks. The person who did my foot did a great job with the basic pedicure with only one huge detail. He used tha "cheese grater" thing so much that my heel is tender and has cuts that have been bothersome and not to mention leaves me open for infections and huge possible medical expenses if I had a weak immune system, or if I actually get an infection. I am a nurse and work on my foot long hours and have this pain and discomfort from the excessive use of that tool is bothersome and has affected my work. Past but not least. I hate mentioning this as I am an immigrant myself but I will cause they could have done what I did and he didn't. I heard about American manicure and I googled it. I kind of liked the photos and asked if he could do it. His English was very limited as he was Asian. That is not the problem in itself. The problem was, because he don't know what American manicure is , or didn't understand my question, he dismissed me. Didn't google it like I did to see what it was, or called someone else in the salon, which was empty I was the only one there at this point. He could have asked another staff if they knew what it was. Then he asked if I wanted ombré and I could notice in his voice the annoyance, he said ambre or French. So none American I guess. The American looks ombré but I'm not a professional on this area so I'm not sure if the two are the same z so I just sad French. He understood real quick. So ye overpaid, did not get what I wanted and got an injury. That was my experience.

Came in today on a slow Thursday to get my nails filled in. I walked in and was greeted and told to…read morepick a color. When picking a color, another woman came over and said no you need gel. I agreed and she walked me to sit down and handed me a book to pick a color. She started doing my nails and she seemed very rushed, tired and overwhelmed which was odd since they were not busy. As she was doing my nails, she cut my left finger, she was sloppy filling in the acrylic and she was kind of shoving my hand into the lamps and not really explaining anything to me. She never asked what shape I wanted and the nails ended up looking bad. They look like press ons and I have NEVER left a bad review of a nail salon before. This was my first time coming and I will not be back. At the end when I checked out, she never told me the total and just waited for me to hand her my card. Then she asked if I wanted a receipt. I think overpriced for just a fill in. I hate to leave a bad review but do not go here if you want high quality nails. See pictures attached.
