My friend and I went in for pedicures around 6 PM. We enjoyed having the salon to ourselves (it was a Monday evening). The pedicures itself were fine no complaints there. I removed one star because my friend got regular polish that she needed to wait for to dry. Our pedicures were done before 7:00 pm and they were cleaning up around us and making us feel rushed. I chose this place because it's one of the only salons in our area open until 7:30. A worker brought my friend reusable flip flops but it was raining outside and they wouldn't have been able to wear outside. I removed the second star because my friend asked for cuticle oil and the worker refused. We had to beg for her to finally give her the oil. Also note that there aren't any TVs around the pedicure station so if you are going alone definitely bring something to occupy yourself. read more

$40 for deluxe pedicure. While I did not feel rushed I did not feel that the foot massage was 15 min long. I've seen nail salons set a timer to make sure they massage you for 15 min so that's the reason for the four stars. Otherwise they are attentive, friendly, and professional. The chairs are new and the staff is legit ! This place has all you need to get in and out in a hurry or sit back and relax for an hour! Their nail techs are licensed and efficient and the attention to detail is what makes this salon an exceptional place to go ! Don't make the mistake of thinking cheap is better or you might find yourself on the loosing end of a nasty nail infection. I hate leaving bad reviews but it is unsafe to go here. Just a warning that this is the choppiest of all chop shops. Truly disgusting and unsanitary practices. They used open tools and a file and buffer that had been used on prior clients. The manicure itself was subpar, I left more dry and unkept than I arrived and when I asked why he didn't clean under my nails he said "they grew like that". Huh? I was going to get a pedicure but could not fathom staying and putting my feet in a unclean bin. Pass for your own safety. read more

I went to here about a month ago and they did a wonderful job with my nails and toes. The second time, they were just as nice and considerate as the first time. My third time was also great. I hate to say this but this was the worst mani/pedi that I've ever had. I just wanted a basic gel mani but was told dip would be much better. It's very thick, bumpy, and each hand is uneven. I asked him if he could smooth it out but the only fix would be to soak it all off. He was nice but rushed through the process and was very careless. My toe polish looks very streaky and uneven. I wish I would have just done them myself :( Will definitely soak everything off soon. Do NOT recommend. (Based on other reviews, it seems like the ladies do a better job. I came in for a fill and gel polish 45 minutes before closing. I was welcomed in with a smile and directed to pick a color. They were ready for me right away. The chairs were comfortable, and the salon did not smell of chemicals since they use a gel acrylic instead of powder. Linda was pleasant, efficient and skilled. Overall great experience! read more

Got a full set acrylics in coffin shape and matte. The nails are beyond crooked. After filing I wasnt to wash my hands just had them brushed off (after he used the brush to wipe the dust off his own arm) so I can already see 2 days later where its starting to lift. He told me he didn't want to do matte like I asked because someone else he had didn't like matte and came back two days later to have them redone (now I know why that really is). I asked for the glitter nail to have a normal top coat but instead that one was matte as well. Didnt line up the nails to make sure they were the same length so several of my nails are quite longer than the match on the other hand. There are several bumps all over the nail. Don't even want to return to have them fixed it's that bad. read more

I was so excited to try this place after reading the reviews and seeing photos but my experience here was awful. Im giving this a 2 star because the lady who did my french tip pedicure did an amazing job however the one who did my full set was awful. The shape was horrendous, uneven, too wide and lumpy. The more i expressed my frustration with the acrylic set, the more the lady told me it was fine. When in fact it wasnt. Not to mention the lady tried to charge me more when I expressed to her that it needed to be fixed. No reason the salon was empty from the time i walked in To the time i left, also the nails were very rushed but im not too sure why if the salon was empty. However, this recent experience was a little different. I was charged $5 more for my service than last time. I walked in and asked if they had time to do an eyebrow wax and the lady takes me to the back waxes way above and below my actual eyebrows and then hands me a Mirror. I would have rated 1 star, however - the pedicure was pretty good, administered by a different technician. Today was my first visit to this nail spa, and I only went because my normal salon was overbooked and I couldn't wait a few hours. I received a basic pedicure and a gel manicure with gel soak off. Again, the pedicure was good, but... The gel manicure was terrible and one of the worst I've ever had. I'm including the soak off - the most painful soak off I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating, it took forever and the solution wasn't working so it was just scraped off. The person who did this was terrible at painting nails. Some nails barely have any polish, some nails have excessive polish. There Is a small tip of a nail missing polish, which I address later. And of course the polish is on the cuticle too. I did have to correct her on several things throughout the service (clipping and filing evenly) but it was mostly about the paint job. And she pushed me to put my hands under where the UV light is... and if you know about gel... once the UV light hits it, you can't correct it. She even found a mistake after it was under UV light and tried to clip it off, but she barely made anything better but just kept going! I am NOT one to complain in the moment... plus, I didn't have the time because it takes awhile to soak off and do a new gel manicure. She had to have known that I wasn't happy because I kept starring at my nails with no smile. To end the service, she threw some lotion on my arms and probably gave me the most haphazard massage I've ever had. When she was done with me, I pointed to a part of my nail that had chipped polish... this was the closest I can come to complaining. She filed it a little bit and sent me on my way - it is still messed up in that corner! But here's the kicker... the lady at the front that took my payment, likely the manager, looked at my nails randomly, didn't make a comment and just took my card. So 2 people thought this manicure was okay? I feel sorry for the lady who did my pedicure because she was good. I will not be returning to this place, and I'm considering asking for a refund for the manicure. read more

Horrible definitely worst gel of my life. They were completely dead in there yet I felt like I was being rushed out the entire time. Nails are spotty and thin from over filing and not being dried enough also nail tech seemed annoyed at asking for another coat (since it was basically invisible) my GEL POLISH chipped and peeled the very next day. It looked like other people were having a better experience so I think it was the girl who did my pedicure who made me not want yo go back. Very good price but I just did not enjoy it.
