A girlfriend referred me here & I've been coming now for about 3 years. NEVER disappointing, they do fabulous work, they are clean, they are incredibly friendly and it's a great environment! My nails here (I get pink & white acrylic) last longer than anyplace I've ever had them done at (over 10 years having P&W nails) and they rarely break or chip - if they do they are very good at helping quick fixes! Also, all of my pedicures here last twice as long as anywhere else, especially the french pedicure. All tech's have been meticulous and I'm never unhappy with any service! I asked for a certain design and was assured they could do it. My nails look nothing close to what I asked for. I got a rush job because it was the end of the shift. I was charged $110 for this!!! Went back and was told to come back later or another day. She stood outside and discussed the situation a good 20 minutes when she could've been using that time to make sure her customer was satisfied by fixing My nails. I've been following Nini for years so happy for her that she finally have this place of her own for couple of years. I normally go to Beautiful Nails before I go on vacation and this visit was no different. I bought a Deal Saver deal online for a classic mani/pedi. I always enjoy getting my nails done here. I think the people who work here are very sweet and very accommodating. The classic pedicure includes a massage and salt scrub. The manicure also includes a massage, but the salt scrub is kind of DIY, they put scrub in your hand and send you to the sink. I was able to get a design on my big toes for $5, which is pretty standard. They do a great job with the designs and will run with it if you let them. One of my favorite nail places in Charlotte and I will be back, at least before my next vacation :) read more

I'd stop going to this location for quite a while because my nails kept peeling and breaking within a week of me getting them done. I went back recently because the lady that does my nails is out of town. This time I brought my niece with me and within two days and $100 later between both of us the tip of her mail just broke off on her way out of town? Also Just two weeks prior to that one of my nails cracked in the middle after only a week and a half of getting them done. It was so painful. My daughter went with her friend to get her nails done a couple of weeks ago and raves about a) how CLEAN the salon was and b) the excellent service. I was in need of a manicure and went in today. My experience was exactly the same. I forgot to get my technician's name but she was fantastic. TONS of colors to choose from, I think the most of anywhere we've been. We will both look forward to going back. 11/2019- we've now been to this salon multiple times and it's always the same... EXCELLENT service, superb quality and insane amount of colors to choose from! Arrived after after I called for appt for pedi for hubby. And a mani for myself Waited half hour. Someone squirted liquid on my hands. Put them in little baggies and hot mitts. Finally my tech arrived. Proceeded to push my cuticles back. And started cutting. I said they're never coming off unless you soak them. She didn't get it all. My chair mate next to me had Tommy come over. Brought a bowl with water and soap. I soaked. He completed my mani. However no one filed my nails. This morning they are chipped!!! And I'm on vacation. Not doing any work whatsoever. Seriously. This is why I rarely get mani. When I do my own THEY NEVER CHIP. SO DISAPPOINTED. MY husbands tech left point on his toenails. Ps. I come here for a few years now, and I would've given them a rave review earlier, but I didn't realize I could do that on this app. Anyway I love this place! They are always super friendly and it is very clean as it is their bathroom! None of the gender neutrality mumbo-jumbo it's just one bathroom for everybody with one toilet and a door that locks. I've been here once before and they did a decent job. I came back because I got a $10 off coupon for my birthday. Got my eyebrows done and a mani pedi. 1. When I left I noticed there was so much wax left on my face and there had been some bleeding from the wax burning me. 2. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON INN THE STORE ........ I was getting my pedicure done by the man who worked there and that was the only good part. He did an amazing job and was so nice. But I was getting a gel manicure and the lady made me hold the gel light in my lap and she was doing my nails the sAme time I was getting a pedicure. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I was holding my arms up The Whole time while she was pulling my arms by my wrist or literally shoving them away. It felt like It was so rushed my nails don't even look good and they started chipping that day. The whole thing took 45 min when I should be aBle to relax for longer. Then I was told I could only stay for "10 more minutes " for my toes to dry. Like I said I was the only one there 3. I showed them my coupon and it was obviously from them (it was an email address from them with their company name and street address) and they literally fought with me saying they couldn't use it Because it wasn't their coupon. I had never been there before, but the deal offered a good pricefor a Hot Stone Pedi and a classic Mani, so I figured I'd give it a try. Joon and the entire staff was so nice and welcoming. This is probably the best pedicure I have ever had - my feet are as soft and smooth as a newborn baby! I also received an eyebrow wax and Joon did a great job shaping the brow. First off, they have amazing massage chairs! That is the first star, other than that, I was not impressed with my service or the results of my pedicure. I got the "Jelli Pedicure", which is the most expensive option, but included goodies such as a stone massage; so I went for it. So the "Jelli" is this product they put in the water to make it jello-fied. Imagine your feet in a bowl of half set jello, and you're there. Gross. Also, since it changes the water, they don't run the jets, they sit there and scoop water with their hands onto your legs and feet. Onto the pedicure- the scrub was so diluted with lotion it just didn't do much, the "lustrous mask" just didn't happen, nonexistent massage- I had hot stones rubbed (not massaged) up and down my calves for five minutes each, the callus removal was half hearted, and the paint was applied so poorly that I could have done a better job at home (which I probably will do tonight). In all, really bummed out to have spent $45 plus tip (I've been in the service industry, I find it difficult to tip less than 20%). Back to Posh nails I go. I thought I would try something closer to our new home, but Posh is worth the extra 5-10 minutes of driving. Edit: After seeing all the polish all over the skin of my toes and still not dry after an hour under the drying table, I went to Posh and had them redo the polish. Just shows you that they dilute the polish so much with the preservatives. read more

my mom and i have been frequent customers here. but after months of going my nails kept lifting after a week or chipping after a week which led me to believe it wasn't just by chance. we were sick of the price for only having our nails for a week. the last time we went, my moms nail tech made her bleed which left her with an infection. she has strong and long nails but after our last appointment they all chipped and broke off. cheap and fast job here. do not recommend. read more

also went here with a livingsocial deal with my mom and got a mani/pedi. 1st thing: make sure to make an appointment. we went in friday afternoon around 4pm and the whole world decided to get their nails done that day. even with an appt, we waited about 15 min before they were free to help us out. but once we got going, the massage chairs were awesome and they did a phenomenal job. the mani/pedi included a paraffin wax for both hands and feet, a leg/hand massage, and scrubs for both as well. i must say they were really good with my toes and i was very happy, but with my fingernails, i felt in the end they started rushing a bit, but overall i was still happy with the end result, esp since i got a deal on the whole service anyways. they have beverages available for people to enjoy, good array of nail polish colors to choose from, and the layout is so that you're not crowded into a small salon. one thing that did bug me was that they used the same utensils and didn't bring out a fresh new pair for each customer. overall service was nice, and the service was great, it took over an hour to get both mani/pedi done but it wasn't bc they were slow, but more bc there was so much that went into the mani/pedi itself. mom says she'll def be returning, and maybe i will next time in im town. read more

I love this place! As someone who doesn't get their nails done too often I'm always nervous about where to go and what to expect. My nail technician, Wendy, was so nice and did an amazing job! I wasn't sure about my color at first so she let me try a different one without any hesitation. I like that this place has seated areas to get your nails done instead of the nail bar that's popping up everywhere, it makes the manicure feel more personal and worth the money. I've tried several nail salons in South Charlotte & gone to this one about 5 times in a row & each time got a different tech, hoping that 1 of the nail techs would do a great job because their color selection is the best! Unfortunately only 1 tech, the only guy there, gets the cuticle clean-up & paint job done perfectly. Everyone is very friendly, but 1 tech paints layers so thick that each nail was messed up only after 1 hour of getting them done. Another made my cuticles look worse, not better, & painted past the nail into the cuticle on some nails. I was not told beforehand that the exact same service I have purchased for years would be more. I asked about the increase and was given an unreasonable excuse. NEVER going to this place again. While the nailpolish was decent (6.5/10), the site staff was a solid 2/10. Very rude. Since the moment we walked in, the ladies working seemed off (having a bad day maybe). Once my nails were done, my toe paint happened to mess up when the lady was placing the slipper on. No big deal- she began to fix it. Unfortunately, once it was done there was a visible bump as it was not neatly cleaned up. When I asked her to fix it she began saying it will be fine once it dries and that she already fixed it, and I told her it was still bumpy. She said I fixed it what do you want me to redo it? When I said yes- she decided to throw a fit and THROW MY SANDAL off! A guy working there luckily took over and fixed the nail (which by the way she obviously did not fix the first time like she claimed). Definitely not going back here as there are far too many other salons with great work AND service. read more

This man literally chasing me out the door when I came in only to see the time for a pedicure and this man is screaming and pretty much chases me out forcing me to come back. I've been here once before and if it's not a front lady rushing me in saying we can do this right now.
