Made an appointment for 6 pedicures. Contacted the business twice to make sure there would be enough nail techs to do them at the same time since it was a granddaughters celebration. Arrived for our appointment, 2 techs, 2 were already doing clients. We were seated at the chairs told to relax. Eventually a 3rd tech came in, did one person's pedicure, moved to the next, started another and then the other techs helped out. My toe was nicked and I was told it was like that before I got there which was bs. My granddaughter saw me grimace when it happened. On top of all this our nails looked terrible. The "manager" must have known we were upset, we each received a $5 gift card. $266 later and we left dissatisfied. read more

My friend went here and after 2 weeks her pinky's started to hurt. She went somewhere else to get them removed due to the pain and they said the nails applied to her nail beds were too big and that caused water to get under them and create a fungus. She called them to let them know what had happened and the man was SO rude to her. He kept repeating "are you done talking" and hung up on her. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!! I have tried several indian land salons and there's none better than Bubbly Nails. All staff are experts at what they do and very professional. My personal nail technican is the absolute best! I often get SNS and the compliments always come. This time we decided to add 3d mickey mouse diamonds for an upcoming WDW family Christmas vacation. Her and L Kay took their time with our nails even though we were their last clients. They were talkative and friendly. L Kay was gentle with my poor damaged nails. Today was my first visit for a regular pedicure. This is the first nail salon I've visited that scheduled their appointments accurately. I was seated shortly after arriving, I might have waited 2 minutes. The nail tech worked ONLY on me; no bouncing around to other customers. Smelling cigarette smoke from the shop next door or from outside ruined my experience. It was extremely strong and if you're not a smoker, offensive. When my last girl left, I had to return to my vagabond ways of drifting between nail shops, dying to find that one that would fit for me. Y'all, I found the one. I called beforehand and practically interviewed the girl and she just rolled with it which I really appreciated. When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted, and the staff was happy, vibrant, and engaging. I did a gel manicure, and she paid specific attention to the catastrophe that is my cuticles. In this time of pandemic panicking the owner of this salon was cool and calm through it. The safety of her clients as well as her employees was her highest priority. While I am not a regular here she squeezed me into the schedule before the world shut down. As I had my pre-isolation pedicure and SNS manicure I listened as she called client after client to move appointments around not only for her safety but theirs. It was clearly apparent that she has close relationships with her clients and there is a mutual care between them. I may not return after the apocalypse as I'm hoping my regular place reopened but I would highly recommend this location for those who want more than just someone to do their nails. read more

I'd gone to bubbly nails in the last and it was my goto nail salon. However, I got annoyed the last few times because I'd have someone working on my mani or pedi and then they would leave in the middle to work on someone else. I started going to a new salon mainly because of this reason. However I went with my friends today because it was basically the only place open. I walked in and was asked what I needed. I said a gel mani. I sat with my friend for about 20 mins and then we were seated at a nail area. The man started to process to take off our gel polish. We sat there for 25 mins and then he moved us to the other side so we could sit with our other friend, which was kind of him. However we waited at least another 25 mins. I finally took the foil off because it was driving me nuts. A lady started taking off my polish finally but was a bit rough. She ended up cutting the cuticle by my thumb. The man then came back (no clue where the lady went) when I said something to my friend about leaving since I had already been gone for over an hr and a half, and still have no polish. The guy told me one minute...and he would come do my manicure. He came over and was obviously rushing (they were very busy and only 3 of them were working). He was also very rough and used his nails along the side of my fingers to get rid of any polish. Which didn't work. The skin of my fingers was stuck to my nails. He then left after he put the Polish on. I waited another 5 mins expecting the massage part...nothing. finally I said ok I'm going to go. He said oh you want lotion? I said no. Never mind it's fine. I was then charged 35 dollars for a half manicure that took over 2 hours and wasn't even completed. He did apologize for the wait but I feel like we should have been told there was going to be a wait. To be honest I probably wouldn't have waited and would have held out for classy nails to open on monday. There is a reason I stopped going to bubbly nails. If you don't mind having 3 different people work on you and have them run between you and 6 other people then this is the place for you. If you like to have a dedicated person who takes their time and does an excellent job and is honest to you about wait times, AND costs less...go to classy nails by the sun city harris teeter. I stopped by here today with my MIL and my daughter. We went in and 11:15, and we were immediately taken back and our pedicures began. All of our pedicures turned out lovely, but the person who did mine stopped at the painting and went over to start another pedicure. My nails were not painted, he never communicated that he was moving, nor that someone else would finish me up, despite also being there for a manicure as well. 90 minutes after walking in, my nails still were not painted, nor a manicure started. I ended up needing to leave once my toes were finished (I'm a nursing mom right now and had plenty of time when I walked in!), and I'm severely disappointed that what I walked in to get done was not finished at all and certainly not timely. read more

I've always loved this place, but I hadn't been back since they went under new management. I decided to give it a try, and was pretty happy with the environment and everything... until I had to go pay. They were charging me for a completely new set! I called the day I got them done and they said that it would be the SNS color change is the same charge as a fill in! I was livid! Not as livid as I was when I got to the occasion I got my nails done for, because I had 2 nails pop off when I got there! The next day I had another one fall off! It's ridiculous, because it hadn't even been 3 days after I got them done! Beware of prices! It'll bite you in the ass and you won't get a refund! read more

NEVER. AGAIN. I got SNS and it took over an hour and a half. Only one person there knew how to do SNS and he was very inconsiderate and rude. He hurt your skin around the nails with the tool and was very rough. During the process, I started bleeding and afterward my skin stung very bad. My nails did not come out great, the polish is uneven and has marks in it. It was very overpriced and I will never go there again. read more

Chose it because it was close, fairly priced, and I needed something done quickly before going out of town the next morning. Average service and experience (not unhappy, but not overly impressed). I was sitting in a chair next to a young woman who frequently uses the salon, and she was quite happy with the services. It was nice meeting her and listening to them visit with her. I assume this means their service is good enough to have repeat customers and know their history. However, when I left, I felt I would return if I was in need of nail care, but would definitely be shopping other salons for a better fit. read more

NOT my 1st rodeo, I have noticeable arthritis in my fingers and he TWISTED and squeezed and scraped me SO hard I was in pain!!!! I knew he was being excessively rough with me but have no clue why he was except for he quoted my one price BEFORE he started on my nails and ANOTHER higher, of course, while in the middle of my nails which annoyed me, I will admit. At the end I took his card and calmly informed him I would tell ALL my friends NOT!!!! to give him ANY business and would show them the card so they know which salon to avoid.
